Another great chapter. I'm very happy to see that Ian, Adam, Paddy and Reiley are settling in and will soon be living in a new house where Patrick and Reiley will have their own rooms. I loved the introductions Paddy made to everyone about his grandparents, as well as the introductions of everyone else. I'm so happy for Pat whenever he introduces his grandparents, I think he's happy to have them around. I like that Ian's parents have moved to Kentucky so that they'll be near Pat and Reiley, I think it's great that Ian's dad takes Paddy to play golf on Sunday morning and his mom shows Paddy tricks in the kitchen. I'm glad that Ian and Adam have been becoming closer to each other and the youngsters. I'm glad that Paddy has accepted Adam as another dad, it seems like their on the way to becoming a great family. I'm glad that they have the extended family around as well.

I think I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed such a great story about anything else as I have this story. The more it continues the more I seem to love it. I envy Colin, Devon, George, and the rest of the vampires and regular people these characters call their family, the money that Colin and Devon alone have is something that I wish I had a tenth of the total wealth that they have. I don't think I'd be struggling month to month as to where I wouldn't have to worry about whether or not something got paid. I like the way that Colin seems to be able to make great investments so that not only his money would grow but George's money for Holmes Labs or the VUN. I hope that you'll always be able to add more to the story for many years to come, as long as there is something to write about. Thank you for the work you've put into it to now.

Dracula Comes To Manhattan
Butcher56 commented on R. Eric's story chapter in Dracula Comes To Manhattan
I have to say I'm very surprised by Nicolae and what he said to Gaius about not loving his mother because Gaius told Nicolae that he (Gaius) & Vlad were going to get married. Nicolae's wife Helga apologized for her husband's outburst saying that they're thinking along the way that they were raised believing that this kind of a relationship between two men was not permitted. Nicolae finally apologized for the comments he made on the roof of the VUN. Another great chapter, I'm going to read chapter 3 now. -
Another branch of the VUN is now a reality. I'm glad that Vlad and Gaius are now considered part of the family and are going to be married when they get to the United States. I like the improvements Stan is making to Buddy, even though Buddy's more than the average computer. Everything that has been added to Buddy hasn't even put a scratch in the hard drive or memory. Interesting beginning to the story and I can't wait to read what's next.

Chapter 88 Throwing Your Life Away
Butcher56 commented on Dodger's story chapter in Chapter 88 Throwing Your Life Away
I truly hope that the adoption will finally be a way for them all to become a true family. I also hope that Don finally comes around to see the things that Robbie sees as his understanding of why he says he's gay, if he tries to be hardheaded about the issue then even though the adoption becomes a reality I can't see any kind of true father son relationship happening between Don and Robbie. I'm looking forward to the next chapter. -
I tend to agree with everyone else that this is a great Christmas present. I hope that with JJ and Carullo having sex the way they did will finally get through to JJ that he's not the only person in the world. JJ may actually start to have a complete turn around with his attitude toward people. I'm willing to say that if this doesn't change his attitude then a stronger attempt at an intervention to get him to change his attitude. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you. I mean that especially since it's about 20 minutes into Christmas day. I hope that you have a great Christmas.

Chapter 88 Throwing Your Life Away
Butcher56 commented on Dodger's story chapter in Chapter 88 Throwing Your Life Away
I really hope Don doesn't turn out to be like he was in Robbie's nightmare. Don is turning into a homophobic bigot, he's trying very hard to get Robbie to conform to be a straight boy. Why does Don get off trying so hard to see how happy he was when he was going with Fran. The reason Robbie broke up with Fran was because he knew he was trying so hard to be something he wasn't. I'm waiting for the next chapter to see what happens when Robbie has to go talk to the judge about the adoption which has been set up for February. Another great chapter, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and all of the readers. -
Another great chapter. I think this conference will be interesting as we have no idea what they'll be talking about. The representatives from each country will be able to speak to the cadets that are from each country with an embassy to gauge the progress and also to see how they're doing. I can't wait for the next chapter so I can find out how the cadets will seem to the officials from their countries.

1st of all I want to say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you as well as all of the other readers, and the people with Gay Authors. I'm glad that everyone is back home in Kentucky and that Adam's parents are there to help them until they find a home for the family to move into. I agree that Paddy is going to be such a great big brother for Reiley and because of that she'll never have to worry about being bullied or anything else. I truly believe that between Adam, Ian, Paddy, both sets of grandparents as well as numerous aunt's and uncles and assorted other family members Reiley won't want for anything at all.

I'm wondering about the space station as well, what purpose would it serve. I hope that the cadet who was caught trying to bring cigarettes into the SRTA doesn't get into to much trouble since he admitted that it was wrong of him to try to bring them as he'd already been told that they were a banned item. The cadet apologized and said he would do whatever was required for him to stay in the program. The story is getting better as each chapter is made available to read. I'm really enjoying this story.

I find it interesting that so many of the applicants in each country had issues with the laws of the URP then after they were at the basic training facility on earth there was an additional 2 applicants to have a problem with the with the laws. I hope that those remaining applicants do well with the advanced studies in math and science as these are going to get them to better appreciate the work that they can do later after completing the 2 years of studies at the academy. I don't think that any of the colonies or the academy would have been built if the original shuttle had been sent on it's mission to see what was out in the solar system and they had found the cargo ship drifting in space and found where it came from. I hope that the new students to the academy will do well. Thanks Quokka for another great story.

I hope you can come up with the title soon, the story's been getting more and more interesting with every new part. I know that it's not easy to come up with a title so I'll give you the time to get one, as I'm starting to reread the whole story from the beginning, I think that by doing it this way I'm not really missing anything in fact I think I find out that I missed certain parts of each chapter by going back to reread the whole thing again. I'm glad that Dragon and Gaius are now considered to be part of the family. I hope that Robert does what he said and stays close to Marty to help him. I think it's great that Colin and Devon have told Robert that he might be able to work for either Holmes Labs or the VUN. Dragon's people should be able to handle things now without Dragon standing over them. I'm happy that Colin and Devon are going to help Robert if he needs it. Another great chapter, thanks for writing these great stories.

I'm impressed with the way this chapter went so smoothly, especially since they were trying to have a conversation about Robbie and him being gay. Only Don tried to say that Robbie was to young to know what he was supposed to be, Don kept saying that Robbie didn't really know if he was gay or straight. As it turns out the adults are all a bit sauced from the wine. Sue came down and said that Nathan was sleeping on the sofa bed and then after she left Nicola spoke up and said that Nathan was sleeping with Daniel, that went by with the four of them going on about who was sleeping where. I'm not quite sure how that turns out, I'll have to wait to read about it in the next chapter.

I agree that the United Nations Security Council over stepped in demanding that the technology that the URP uses be made available immediately. When that didn't work they made demands of the countries which were selected for the Embassies that they demand that the URP be told they couldn't build their embassies only that didn't work even when threatened with sanctions. I'm glad that Quinn and Martin had enough sense to get the approval for the Embassies before setting up the video conference with the UN Security Council. I hope that they can reduce the number of applications for training at the SRTA on Mars. I think that by doing the tests then the medical exams on each of the applicants in each of the four countries which they have an embassy, especially when the number of applications far exceeded expectations. This is a very time consuming task to get the number of cadets for the academy. I can't wait for more adventures.

Quokka your writing is second to none, as a result of your style of writing any reader can get involved in the story by putting themselves in the place of a character. I'm glad that I started reading the story as it is quite a bit different from the others you've written and that way each character is different as well. I think this incident with the ambassadors of the URJ being stopped in Honolulu by customs agents was uncalled for and the customs agents should have made the calls to the United Nations Secretariat, as well as the NZ Ambassador so that the ambassadors trip could have continued without having to call in the Star Voyager to take them back to the Earth Base so that they could speak to the NZ Ambassador and let him know that all future contacts will be via video conference. I hope that the customs agents get into a great big battle for their jobs since they refused the request of the forigen ambassadors to make a couple of calls in order to establish the fact that they thought they knew better than the ambassadors of the URP.

I agree that New Zealand is the best place for this type of event to happen since they seem to be the only country that has a stable government. I hope that everything goes well for the landing of the very first extraterrestrial ship landing, only some of the people on board are from Earth to begin with. Since the Earth natives are the top three members of the United Republic of Jupiter, I think that they'll be able to do exactly what they intend to accomplish. With only 7 media organizations represented at the landing it's going to be a nightmare once the story is told I think that they'll all be bombarded with questions about the landing and why it was kept quiet.
-
I agree that it seems like we don't know much about the characters and the time span leaves a lot of unanswered questions. I also agree that building the Colonies on the three moons of Jupiter that they can build the Colonies the way that's beneficial to them. Although I'm not to sure about the embassies around the earth and what their purpose will be. Will they be there to bring more harmony between the earth and the Colonies in space? I love the story and can't wait to read more about the adventures of the Preservation.

Another great chapter in the story of the crew of the space shuttle. Having run across the cargo ship the shuttle crew start exploring the cargo ship and figured out where it came from and how long it would take to get there. Once there they have some big changes to make as far as crew goes. Quinn becomes the owner of a cargo ship that's been fitted out as a scientific research vessel, they'll travel around the galaxy then return to the planet where they got the ship. Then they'll attempt to return to earth.
-
This was an interesting start to a new story, I can't wait to read more about the adventures of the shuttle crew as they travel through deep space and what they'll find out there.

I really like Dragon because of who he is and what he does to get people to do what he says. Devon is entranced with this thing that Dragon can do so much that he wants to have Dragon teach it to him. I hope that things will go as good as everyone hope that they will, with the victims and their friends being returned to their own countries as well as the plan for Colin and Devon to become blood seaking vampires again in order to prove to the doctors that are in New York for the conference and then show the process to the United Nations. I'm glad that Lucian agreed to go on the serum and was transferred to VUN-US in order to get the treatment and to start being cooperative and not cause any problems. I'm glad that Colin and Devon have such a great backing of people around them so that they won't be alone when the time comes for them to prove what they're saying is true. I truly appreciate the work that you put into your stories so that the reader becomes a part of the story. This was a really great chapter especially since the victims and their friends were able to get back to their own countries and to hopefully resume a somewhat normal life again.
-
I think that this idea of telling the world about vampires may be a bad idea as there are so many variables to consider although I can also see the benefits of telling the world. George had the right idea in that instead of telling and showing the UN in New York first give all of the information to the conference of doctors first. I agree with George that telling the doctors first would be better because they have the smarts to get what's being told & shown as real, especially if they show Colin and Devon as vampires then show the process of the serum as they work through becoming more human again. I think it may work better for those who were attacked in Romania to wait awhile longer to go home, at least until the VUN has the opportunity to let George talk to the doctors and then the United Nations council so that the victims and their friends can get the assurances that they will be able to get a new disc inserted every month so that they'll be able to maintain a some what normal life without reverting back to a blood seaking predator. Great story I'm really enjoying this story with more information in every chapter.

I agree with everyone else that Anna needs to either have a horrific accident or wind up in a mental institution for the rest of her life. I'm glad that the attorney is going to do everything possible for Adam, Ian and Paddy to go home with Riley as soon as the Dr gives his approval for her to fly back to Kentucky with her proud dads and big brother. Riley is a very lucky young lady who is going to be looked after by her family and numerous aunt's and uncles, she's not going to have to worry about being bullied or pusher around by anyone because she'll have her family there in an instant to handle anything she may be in the need of at that time. I feel sorry for the boy who wants to date Riley because he'll have to be interrogated as to his intentions with her. I'm glad that the guys have as much help with Riley right now, when they get back to Kentucky they'll have the skills they need to take care of her, along with one set of grandparents or the other there to help them until they have enough instructions on how to care for her. Great chapter, I am loving the story, can't wait to read what happens next, whether they get full custody of Riley or not. I also want to know if Paddy gets his dog or not.

I'm sorry to see such a great story end after just 3 chapters, I'm also sorry to read about Auntie Jean passing from an aneurysm. Poor Tom had to receive the news while awaiting his plane in Singapore while on his way home to Western Australia. I thought it was great of Tom to ask Sir Dad about an incident regarding a certain cadet at the ITS by the name of Jones, Mitch remembered the cadet and then Tom told Mitch about a new training officer who was doing a poor job of training his cadets, when Tom spotted a severe safety violation Tom started swearing using Australian slang when he heard laughter and turned around to see the Major bent over in half laughing. Tom couldn't figure out what the Major was laughing at, Tom told Sgt Jones to take his squad to the canteen for breakfast with the Majors permission. Once they were out of range of the squad Tom asked what was so funny, the Major asked Tom if he remembers what happened 12 years ago when his dad was stationed at the ITS and Tom thought about it and then told the Major what he remembers from then and that his dad was using the slang like he did to the Sgt. As it turns out the Sgt Jones that Tom started cussing at is the same Jones that his dad had used the exact words on 12 years ago. Thanks for writing another fantastic story about Mitch and Tom as well as the rest of the family. I hope that we'll see more about the Benning family in the future.

I'm glad that Tom was able to complete his training at RMAS and he received two awards for his outstanding performance by a cadet. Both were awarded by the Queen, one of the awards is only for a British citizen, as it turns out Tom is a citizen because a relative of his mother was a British citizen that means that Tom is a citizen as well. The last award he received was the Sword of Honour which is the one that is awarded to a British citizen. The Sword of Honour is the highest award given to a British citizen. After Tom received the sword he was told to stand fast by the Prince after which the Queen asks for Mitch and Angela to come to the stage where the Queen announces that Mitch will be starting to teach at the Academy in a year from then. I can't wait to read chapter 3 even though it will be the end of the story.
-
I was surprised by the fact that Tom was graduating from school and had been accepted by the RMAS. I was doubly surprised when Tom was called to the Commandants Office during his 12th week at the Academy only to see his dad talking with the Commandant when Tom walked in and did the proper announcement that he had been summoned to the office and was told that he had a temporary pass to go with his parent's. When Tom and Mitchell stop at the London zoo to pick up Tom's mom and siblings then after they drive up to Buckingham Palace, Tom asks what they're doing and is told that Mitchell was receiving the OBE from the Queen. Once they're in the room with the queen and the prince they go through the official greeting there's another knock on the door and the officer's from Mitchell's unit in Australia come in and they go through the introductions and then the Queen tells Mitchell and the others that because of his actions during the wild fire and at his previous station in England he was going to receive the military equivalent of the Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire. Everyone was surprised by the change by the Queen, with this award Mitch is now a Knight. I'm glad that Tom was able to be there with his family and witness first hand Mitch getting the award from the Queen which isn't an everyday occurrence. It will be interesting to read more about the Benning family and especially Tom as he continues his studies at the RMAS. Great first chapter.
