I have to say that this story is turning into quite a page turner as the plot keeps changing. I hope that Kris's girlfriends death doesn't continue to be a sore spot between he and Nessa. I hope that he's able to work through his problems like any other person would. I made a comment a few chapters ago and I said Lorant was a she when in fact it's a they, I hope that at some point you'll tell us what Lorant is and if they are a guardian angel or if they're just an angel that protects those in their care. I'm glad that Nessa has somewhere safe to live while she recuperates and beyond, especially since she has demons trying to either kidnap her or kill her.
-
I like Lorant as well, she seems to be a guardian angel for everyone in the house. I can't believe Kris had to be so gruff with Nessa when all she wanted was a glass of juice. I hope that once Nessa heals a bit more and is able to get around without having to worry about her wound coming open or bleeding again she has better luck with her house mates. I hope that the one that starts to have feelings for Nessa isn't Kris. We'll have to wait and see who it is.

I'm glad that Galen went to see Eddie as he might be able to help Galen through this rough stretch. Galen needs to get a handle on the emotional roller coaster he's been on, by talking to someone else who's been suffering from PTSD and forced himself to carry on a normal life again and not let the stress get the best of him. I hope that once Josh calms down and sees the whole picture of why Galen left the way he did he'll understand that he needs to get a handle on himself and then see if the relationship with Josh can be a successful one. Alannah was right when she said that Galen and Josh were in a relationship with each other as they'd been running the household together and had been sleeping together for months. Neither of them even tried to talk to the other about what if anything they wanted to get out of the relationship or anything else. I'm sure that Josh wasn't trying to act like he part of the problem between him and Galen. I hope that they'll work things out and continue to become the couple everyone thinks they are.

Very good chapter. I think Galen is starting to get used to being around other people, although he still has a ways to go. It seems like his therapy is helping him to be able to do more than he has since he was rescued last year. I'm glad that Galen has friends like Josh, Alannah, Jody and Sally.
-
I feel bad for Galen as he is in really bad shape right now. I hope that by being there with Josh and Alannah Galen will start to heal, maybe if Josh takes Galen out to the barn to see Buck that might help him to start healing. Galen went through a very physical and mental abuse at the hands of Michael a.k.a. Roger while Josh was in the house totally unaware of the abuse taking place in an underground bunker. Josh was so gullible and then lied to for the 8 years he and Roger dated. Roger told Josh that he was kept away all the time due to his job. Only it turns out that Rogers job was taking unsuspecting young men to the hunting cabin and then to the bunker to be tortured to death. I feel bad for Liam as well because he tried his best to be there for Galen as his brother and cousin as well as his caregiver. I'm glad that he took on the responsibility for the care of Galen, I don't like the idea that he took it on by himself. I hope that with some rest he'll be able to help with the care of Galen as well as returning to work as the sheriff. I hope that Jody will come around to help with Galen. Thanks for writing this wonderful story.

I have to agree that Josh's actions at the end of the lesson and then at dinner spilling the soup all over Ethan's lap. I'm glad that Galen stood up to Josh about his behavior. I hope that the feelings Ethan's feeling right now will go away soon, because right now it seems like he's not feeling very good about him and Galen is going to last. I also hope that Galen will stay with Ethan even if Josh breaks up with Roger and tries to get into relationship with Galen. If that happens and Galen agrees to give him another chance I think that will destroy what Ethan and Galen are trying to build up which will also destroy Ethan's fragile ego. Galen is truly hiding his true feelings for Josh as he tries to build a stable relationship between them. Galen needs to be honest with himself about his feelings for Josh before he can truly be able to tell Ethan about his feelings for him and only him. I'm really enjoying this story so far.
-
I'm liking the story so far. Galen is a troubled young man who has to fight like heck to keep from acting on his feelings for Josh. I'm glad that Liam knows him so well. I like that Josh, Liam and Alannah went together to buy Buck for Galen for his birthday. I'm wondering if the relationship between Galen and Ethan is going to keep getting stronger or will Galen fall more in love with Josh. I'm glad that Galen has friends like Jody close by again.

I'm glad that the official part of the adoption is finally done although I don't know how it's going to work between Robbie and Don. The surprise party was a great idea although I think the fact that they tossed Robbie into the pool and then Nicole not letting him out without having to remove his briefs as well even though Sue said he was to keep them on. I'm almost afraid of what's going to happen with Nathan, Alex and Tom all at the party once they figure out that Robbie has been with all 3 of them, especially since Nathan is the current boyfriend to Robbie. I hope that all of them will get along with each other. I wonder what Tom will think when he finds out why Alex is friends with Robbie. Great chapter in the story about Robbie and his journey from a happy home with his mother in England to losing her to cancer and then moving to Canada to live with his aunt and uncle and their family at the request of Robbie's mom as her wish for them to adopt him. I hope that we'll soon find out about Niagara Falls.

I agree that Carrulo needs to figure out what he wants and then tell both Luka and JJ what he wants from each of them. I think that with these supposed bad guys coming to Goodwell and then knowing where all of the sensors and video cameras are is a bit concerning as it seems like to much like a coincidence. I hope that Brad, Wade, Matt and the other's sit down and talk about the way these guy's knew enough to get onto the property after Jack set up the security and alerted the FBI of a possible attack by a drug cartel. I think it's a little suspicious that the FBI just happens to be just a phone call away. I think that the time that Will and Alex spent together might be good for both of them. Alex is holding onto a lot of crap and he doesn't understand how to keep his family safe. I hope that everyone will be safe after this and the FBI agents are real so that the attackers will be prosecuted. I really liked this chapter, and I'm loving the story.

Interesting story so far. I hope that Kohen is able to get his life back on track now that he's been rescued from the aliens and the room he was kept in for 7 years. I'm glad that Aparoe was able to remove the garment that Kohen had on that was grafted onto his nerves. Now that he's waking up hopefully he'll remember what it's like to eat and drink regular food and liquids and then start regaining his strength.

Another great chapter. I think it's going to be a very long night for those who are at Wade's for this meeting. I'm glad that Jake was able to arrange security at such short notice. I just hope that the 3 guys Jake brought to be security will be enough to stop an attack on the property as well as stopping the attackers from the house. I think the idea of Alex's mother being alive and right in Virginia is a great thing if she remembers who she is. After a severe traffic accident and her being comatose for so long her memory may not be so good. I'm happy that Alex may get to see his mother again after he attended a funeral for her when he was 8 years old. If that's the case then his great grandfather must've been aware of the fact that Alex's father was up to no good back then as well. I think the Duke should not only get security for his great grandson but for Alex's mother as well, if it's possible. I hope that Alex will be able to go see his mother tomorrow as he was informed that it would be wise to stay there for the night as there wouldn't be security for him to go to the hospital tonight. Alex's father and step mother are really hedging their bets that they can accomplish the plans they have made with the Mexican Cartel. I hope that Alex's mother is fully competent so that she can verify that she never divorced his father because she has been in a coma for years after the car accident when Alex was a young boy. By making the statement that would mean that Lord Preston's children would have no claim to the Dukedom as they would've been conceived as bastards because the marriage between Lord Preston and Sabrina Granger was not legal due to the fact that he was and still is legally married to Margaret Preston. This meeting has been very interesting and informative after Elizabeth made the statement that Alex's mother was still alive. Margaret Preston may be the Black Widow as it appears to mean that she's possibly the only person who can stop Sabrina Granger from trying to make sure that one of her children will be in line for the Dukedom. Thanks for another great chapter in the story of the Black Widow.

I also loved this chapter. I'm glad that Paddy got one of the things he wanted for his birthday, the stop to check up on Stephen was great Paddy never suspected anything. When he saw the puppy he was overjoyed that he was getting the puppy. I hope that Paddy will be pleasantly surprised by the party, unless he knew about it already. I hope that Stephen feels better after he broke down from being told that he had been doing very well and people believe in him. I think what the vet said about Stephen was also something that he had done on his own not being told to sit with the client for 3 hours while she mourned the loss of the companion she'd had for years. Then Stephen goes every Monday and gets flowers and takes them to the lady saying that they're from everyone at the vet clinic. Stephen got a raise in order for him to be able to continue taking the flowers every week. If the lady hadn't called the clinic to thank them they would've never known anything about the flowers. I'm glad that Stephen has been able to get the support he needed to turn his life around, now he has a stable place to live, attends school again, has a good job and has people behind him including Liam, who was the one beaten by the two guys Stephen was hanging out with. It was Liam who got more people to help Stephen after he said that he didn't blame Stephen for the beating that he got from the guys in the shower of the gym. I hope that Adam gets the temporary job on a permanent basis, I think he deserves that after all that he's been going through. He had applied for the position before and been passed over for it. I'm glad that Reiley is becoming a big addition to the family, everyone seems to be spending as much time as they can with her.

Chapter 94 Too Cute to be Single
Butcher56 commented on Dodger's story chapter in Chapter 94 Too Cute to be Single
I'm glad that Tom was able to make the trip from England to Canada to see Robbie and be there to witness the adoption. I'm glad that Tom likes Nathan as well, I think he'll have a great time while on holiday from his home in England. I'm glad that Tom isn't angry with Robbie for telling Nathan about what they did before Robbie left England. I hope that everything goes well for the adoption ceremony and then Robbie has a good birthday. Thanks for the latest chapter in the story it was a great chapter. -
I have to agree with droughtquake that Makarovia already seems to be a fusion culture. I agree that Peter seems to understand what the people of Makarovia are going to get used to a new country along with the differences that come with it. I don't know if Olek or Alla see what's truly happening or if they have blinders on. Olek really appears to be happy with the changes that are happening all over the country. I'm glad that Drew and Wayne made it without any problems other than the gripes about how noisy the flight was. After Peter and Eric showed them the new improved underground tunnels Drew wanted to go get his camera and recorder so he could fall into his reporter role. I really liked when Drew got some of the children and their parents together and started asking what they thought Santa was going to bring them and they had no idea who he was talking about. Thankfully Peter told the children that Drew didn't know about their beliefs and he needed to be educated. He also said to remember that Drew didn't speak much Makarovian but he would listen. I think the trip to Makarovia by Drew & Wayne was a great idea as they're seeing the beauty of the country during the winter and they're both learning about the country as well. I agree that the uranium is a great resource for Makarovia but greed, lust and other such evils will show their ugly heads soon after the world realizes that they can't just go take over the country and take the uranium for themselve Olek is grateful that the family is getting bigger with Eric, Helga, and Mario, along with good friends such as Drew and Wayne. With his toast during the dinner Olek said that he saw a new Makarovia and it was due to family and goods friends. I wanted to say that I really love the stories you write and the way that they draw you into them so that you're not just reading it, you're a part of them.

Marty and Robert Come to the VUN
Butcher56 commented on R. Eric's story chapter in Marty and Robert Come to the VUN
Another great chapter in the story. I hope that the military presence doesn't have any other ideas about taking over the research and then leave George out of it. I'm glad that Marty & Robert have made it to New York and to Holm's labs and the VUN. I hope that they settle in and start being productive members of the VUN. I think that Robert can help Stan with getting the lesser language program ready for public use. It'll be interesting to see what they come up with for the public language program. I wonder what it would be like if they started producing down graded computers similar to Buddy but not with the same capabilities for the general public. If they do something like that I think they need it connected to Buddy, but only on their side of the system. I mean that they would be able to get access to it if need be but the average user wouldn't be able to get access to Buddy. The liaison between the VUN and the president might be just what they need to be able to get the reports of what is going on at the VUN. Which just might come in handy next time they go to a new country looking for vampires. I hope that we'll see more chapters soon, it helps pass the time easily. Thanks for writing these great stories. -
I loved this chapter. I think the grandparents should be able to buy a car for Paddy if they want. I'm glad that the Prices have the privilege of taking care of Reiley while Ian and Paddy are at school and Adam is sleeping during the day as he's on the night shift right now. I'm glad that Pat has decided that's he wants to get a boxer as a dog for his birthday and it'll be a family dog. I'm curious about the boy who looks like Paddy, I wonder if he's a sibling that no one knew about. I'm glad that Stephen is settling in to his job at the vets office, and that he was allowed to return to school after catching up with everything he missed after being kicked out after the incident with Liam in the gym showers. Reiley is growing up quickly, now she's discovered how to roll over while Mr Price played peekaboo with her. I'm glad that Adam's parents moved to Kentucky to be near Pat and Reiley as well as Adam and Ian. I think it's great that their near everyone so they can be near the grandkids. I like how Adam's mom wins the arguments with Adam, she has that down pat. I'm waiting for the next chapter to see if anything else is said about the boy who looks like Paddy, also his birthday. Thanks for writing the stories you do.

Chapter 93 The Worst Kept Secret
Butcher56 commented on Dodger's story chapter in Chapter 93 The Worst Kept Secret
Great chapter. I totally dismissed Tom as the visitor because of the cost of the flight and that he and Robbie haven't talked for awhile. I'm leary of the attention Robbie will be showing Tom during his visit as I feel like Nathan will be put on the side burner and might feel like the third wheel. On another note I'm hoping that Alex won't come between Robbie and Nathan. I had a feeling that Robbie would finally get the answers about why everyone was being extra nice to him. Even though they denied that anything was going on. Robbie was really surprised that it wasn't a party for the adoption and that it was a visit from Tom, what also surprised him was that Tom was coming the evening before the adoption takes place. I hope that this week doesn't cause any problems between Robbie and Nathan, because they both have secrets that they're keeping from each other. I think Nathan knows Alex better than Robbie knows but he suspects. I agree that Robbie needs to be controlled at times and I think that's why he likes Alex as much as he does. I will say that this is another fantastic story by you, you can really put the emotions into the story so that you can almost feel them for yourself. I'm waiting for more of the story so that I can see what happens next for Robbie after the adoption and also see if the relationship between Nathan and Robbie stays intact after a week long visit by Robbie's life long friend and also to see what happens when Alex is released from the hospital. -
Interesting chapter Mark, I think that this is a great start to figuring out who the Black Widow is. I like the way that Will stood up to Elizabeth Danfield, then when he was on his way back to his seat Nana stopped him asking why he didn't think that she wasn't his friend, he told her about when Trevor was beaten up she sent him sailing down the river. I'm glad that he knew how to get his point across without having to begin a shouting match. Thanks to his upbringing he has learned to control his anger at least most of the time. I'm leary of Jake because they don't know if he was turned in Mexico to the cartel side. I hope that I'm wrong about it, but now upon learning what the code word being used for the operation everyone is at Goodwell for is the title of Alex and Mary Ellen's son Ricky he immediately said he had to talk to Wade, Matt, Brad and Will, after he asked the Duke and Alex who they told they were coming here. Jake asked about security at Goodwell and told Wade that they needed security and now. JJ was awfully calm when Carrulo came in slamming the door open because he had his arms full. JJ even offered to help carry some of the stuff John was carrying. I hope that they can settle their differences when they go out to dinner. I can't wait to see what happens next in the story. I have to agree with a few of the other readers that Will is becoming my favorite character in the story.

Another great chapter. I'm glad that Peter is accepting Eric's traditions such as getting up in the middle of the night just to watch the traditional Christmas movies that Eric has grown up with. I'm also glad that Eric is accepting of the traditions in Makarovia. I'm very happy to see not only Peter and Eric as a couple, but also Olek and Helga being another. It appears that this coming new year will be very positive that it will be a great year for Makarovia as the Prince will be getting married and then possibly Olek and Helga as well. I really like the way that everyone was reading the letters from the children to Saint Nicholas so that they could determine whether or not all of the needs of the families could be granted or not. I think they might be able to do more once the money from the uranium starts to come in. I'm loving the story very much, it just seems to get better as time goes by. I loved the snow ball fight between two general's, a Prince and a lord that seemed like lots of fun. I'm glad that everyone had a good time with it and no one got mad at anyone else. I liked the type of hot chocolate that Eric made and I'm going to try to make some myself as the weather can't seem to make up it's mind about whether or not it's going to warm up and stay that way. Thanks again for writing these great stories for us to enjoy and become a part of them.

The Old Ones Gain A Voice
Butcher56 commented on R. Eric's story chapter in The Old Ones Gain A Voice
Like Readerpaul said great chapter. I think the issue with the general wanting to send in military personnel to be security is his way of trying to take over something he nor the president don't know enough about. I'm glad that George, John, Colin and Devon standing up to the general was the best thing they could've done. I'm not quite sure if the cartoons of today would be a good idea for the old ones to watch because of the violence in them. I hope that Devon's ideas of showing more cartoons and watching the reactions of the old ones with the help of the improvements Stan made to the DelKenzie device will be an asset to learning about their past, possibly even around the time of their birth. It sounds like it might be a great tool for putting words to their signs. I really like the statements made by Devon, John, and Kevin that basically told the general that even if the VUN is in another state or another country he'll still get the reports of what they're doing at that time. I hope that we'll get a few more chapters of Makarovia as well as Blueblood some time soon, I understand that life gets busy with work and school as well as other things. I'm just making a comment about possibly getting more chapters when you can. I really love these great stories and since I'm on disability I have quite a lot of time to read. -
I have to agree with centexhairysub, this is definitely a very interesting chapter. True there is a lot going on in it, but I think that's what keeps us informed & interested. I'm glad they were able to get out of going to the dedication of the bell in New Jersey, as they were wanted there because of Jeannies name being on it. I think Brad needed to hash things out on his own in regards to Jake. I'm glad that Jake gave Brad this time to get things right about what he was told (at least I'm hoping that's the case here). I'm a bit concerned about the issues Jake brought up about Lord Preston, and that if he's the big drug lord everyone thinks that he could be. I think JJ's come along way in just a small amount of time with regards to his whole bitchy attitude towards others. I hope he can work things out with Carrulo. I think he still has a ways to go with Darius in order for their relationship to be back to where it should be. I hope that by Jake going to Washington D.C. when he did will get them the best information they can get on Lord Preston. I'm wondering what Wade & Matt will have to say about the situation with Lord Preston when they get the information about his dealings in South Africa. I'll be surprised if they find out that Lord Preston isn't a drug dealer or something else along those lines.

Another great chapter in the story. I like the holiday season in Makarovia, it sounds like a great time of fun and fellowship with the people who live there. I'm glad that Eric seems to be soaking it all up and really enjoying everything that was going on in the ballroom. They had puppets telling the tales of the season and about Jesus, it was done as a mixture of the East and West religious beliefs melded together. I'm glad that there are people who are willing to take in children who have become orphaned through no fault of theirs. Just the story that Peter told Eric about a male couple who took in a brother and sister after their mother went mad and killed their father and then herself, the children were alone for a little more than a few weeks, they were sick and starved when they were found. I hope that everything works out for Helga as she struggles with the thought of being a structural engineer along with being married to Olek making her a queen. I'm looking forward to more of the story when Drew and Wayne come to visit with Eric and Peter in Makarovia and the wedding of Peter and Eric. Thanks for writing these great stories I really get into each and every one of them, I feel like I'm part of the story.

Chapter 92 Showing Some Skin
Butcher56 commented on Dodger's story chapter in Chapter 92 Showing Some Skin
Great chapter. I'm wondering what's up with Sue and Nathan's parents. It seems like everyone's being extra nice all of a sudden. I'm trying to figure out why when Robbie stayed at Nathan's on the night of the dinner with Don and Sue. When Sue came upstairs with Nathan's dad to get Robbie to go home and he pretend to be asleep, it was decided that he could stay where he was in Nathan's bed and Nathan would be there to watch over him. Since that night everyone seems to be turning a blind eye to Robbie and Nathan and the fact that they're having sex. I hope that Alex will be alright after getting beaten up by his dad and then he showed up at Robbie's house interrupting Robbie and Nathan while they were having sex. It was decided that Alex and Luke are going to stay at Don and Sue's house until something else could be worked out for them, while they're staying there Robbie moves in with Nathan. I have a feeling that they'll be having sex a lot more as well. I can't wait for the adoption, hopefully it'll be in the next chapter. -
Another great chapter as usual. It appears that both Peter and Olek enjoyed the hockey game, and Alla doesn't seem to liked the idea of them playing due to the fact that there doesn't seem to be any rules. I'm glad that both Peter and Olek had someone to help take care of them. I'm glad that Drew & Wayne are coming to Makarovia right after Christmas to spend time with Eric and Peter since they never got to Boston. I like that the people of Makarovia are taking advantage of the tunnels and getting to the palace so that the children could bring their letters for St Nicholas so that King Olek could get the letters to him. This is a big part of their culture and religious beliefs. I'm glad that Eric is enjoying his first winter and Christmas break with Peter in Makarovia.

Great story it's getting better all the time. I'm glad that Quinn was able to get the approval from the ISF Council for the reduction of the research staff and then to use the other accommodations for a recreation area for permanent staff. Actually I should say Maenyl got the ISF Council to agree with the proposal. An agreement was also made that one third of the ISF members stay at Prometheus Luna Base for a period of one year and the other two thirds will return to earth. It was suggested that it would be one member from each agency be at Prometheus Luna Base for a period of one year. Also the URPS would have two representatives stay with the ISF Council for a period of three years. After the meeting was over they all went to the main restaurant to have a meal. Quinn and Maenyl spent another three days on the ship going back to Ganymede where they were back with the rest of the family. Can't wait to see what happens next.
