it does change with what you choose .. coconut oil is suggested for health benefits.. but i wouldn't run out and buy coconut oil if you have butter. My personal opinion is butter is better for baking or BBB for short..lol

While your mom's illness is sad, and you've had to deal with your father's passing, it sounds like you have a supportive family. In that, you're very lucky. And you've done your fair share of supporting your mom through her illness. You sound like you're ready for whatever is next, as much as any of us can be. I hope that good things come to you and your family.

We really like them.. found putting the eggs and lemon stuff into the blender works best. Unless you are really good at beating eggs. Putting them in the blender helps stop white streaks. They don't really affect the flavour, just the look. The lemon/egg mix will be thin so don't worry about that.. and add extra zest if you like them really lemony. Michael loves them.

it was humid today but the temperatures haven't been too terrible high yet. We haven't had the AC except when it got crazy those few days in late June. It was over 90. Right now we just have fans going. We have been drinking a lot of iced tea with lemon.

That's wonderful to hear. You be here when you feel like it. i totally understand not wanting to be here sometimes. i think we all feel like that now and again. Doesn't mean we don't care or want to be here, but sometime we need to look after ourselves. i hope life gives you more good days in the future.

A sad time for us here on GA and it may be for a little while. But you know he'd be mad at us if we didn't get on with life. With writing the best things we can.
