    i watched a lot of tv. interrupted by work or sleeping for the most part. i didn't want me or my life.. so i watched theirs. i'd start at 6am.. and watch until i went to bed.

The Tourist, The Village, Secrets and Lies (australian original), Downton Abbey (loved it), a film called Brotherhood, The Borgias, Mr. Robot (amazing i loved it), Limetown, Being the Ricardos, Film: The Underground Railroad (brilliant brilliant), The Homesman (Tommy Lee Jones brilliance), Film: Our Friend (lovely true story.. we should all have such a friend), Minari (i love this one) and started watching Outer Range.. that was good too. That should keep ya busy. LOL

    i loved Versailles.. King Louis and his gay brother Phillippe d'Orleans (alexander vlahos) below It is sexy and fun .. and just full of excess .. i may watch it again. lol

    i watched Versailles on there too .. i loved that and Blue Heelers .. 14 seasons of it.. during my last depressed period.. i watched a lot of stuff.. it kept me from thinking.. and some good films too

    We had some for a snack today.. now.. to cook dinner.

    They look like mine, but mine are smaller. That's because someone like to have two.. so i measure out 1/4c and cut them in half. So, He is happy with the two. I've overbaked them and they are good even then. Also, if you wish to make them full size.. you can put ice cream inbetween two of them .. they are really good that way too.

    We only use splenda brown sugar .. the conversion is on the package .. The other splenda we don't like much and use Walmart's own, which is less weirdly sweet. i cannot eat stevia which makes me feel like i've swallowed fluoride and causes really bad pain. So, we just stick with those two if we need them. For most things i use honey or maple syrup in smaller quantities.

    i used 1/3 cup of 'real sugar' and the equivalent of splenda brown for the rest i think it was 6 tablespoons.

    not sure if i mentioned it but but i swap the amounts for oats and choc chips.. too much chocolate for me otherwise. i also measure out 1/4c of dough, which is what the recipe calls for to make giant mall cookies.. but they are too big.. so i half the 1/4c and make smaller cookies.

    We don't celebrate Easter but for some reason, we always have to have the dinner and required accompaniments. Sadly no windup chicks involved. But there are two Lindt bunnies, that need to be sent to two guys we know, sitting on the table. Yesterday, we cooked a turkey, that has been waiting since December to be cooked. We didn't make it at Xmas for some forgotten reason. And we had all the usual sides. Including homemade cranberry sauce. Now we can have turkey sandwiches, which are one of my most fav things in the world. I also got up at 6am to bake some banana buns and mall cookies. i'm working tomorrow, so we'll use the leftovers from yesterday for dinner tomorrow.
