    Reminder: Do not complain about not having spare time to your Husband. He said, What do you need to get done? I said, quiche (precooking brocolli and grating cheese, beating eggs), Peach and plum crisp (Frozen peaches but plum needed washed, de-stoning and chopping) topping needed to be made., then put some odd pork from the freezer into the air fryer for snack for a certain someone. He said, Get into the kitchen and get it done. You'll be finished by lunch time, then you can make lunch and I'll clean up after lunch. Sigh...it's now all done and we're eating lunch. Suddenly, i have 4 hours free.

    Happy Saturday. Have a few things to do. Finish editing a chapter for someone. Making a cheese and brocolli quiche and an peach and plum crisp. Then make lunch and dinner. Maybe if i'm lucky write down some stuff on my own story. I'll reread my antho soon and then send it in. I'm retired, why do i not have time to do things? LOL

    Why did you not write anything today, tim? A) Well, we went to the store and grabbed cheap pork tenderloins and cheap apples. The apples were 99 cents a pound. They are usually $2.99. We ended up with nearly 9 lbs of apples. Which we then cored, peeled and sliced. We cooked them for a couple of minutes in some water with splenda brown sugar and cinnamon. Now they are cooling, and we'll package them and freeze them for winter apple crisps.

    It was you who told me about that, it's much easier and they come out so nice and brown. I froze half and made soup with the rest. It will finish cooking and then it will sit overnight and we'll have it tomorrow.

    Well, it's Wednesday...and also Makeup Day… so put some on, take it off and toss out old stuff. Don't be messing with your face and eyes! In other news there are 4lbs of onions in the slow cooker. They have been cooking about 12 hours now and are lovely and brown. There is french onion soup in our futures. Yum. My anthology story is done and edited, just need to upload it. And that's about it for today. Have a good one!

    Happy Monday... Dan dragged me out for breakfast. i had a cup of coffee, my first in about eight months. I didn't much enjoy it as much as i thought i would. i did enjoy my breakfast though… a scrambled egg, fruit bowl and a pancake. Very nice. Still have a headache, but it's less intense today. Dan and i will make burger patties and process some delicata squash for the freezer. Making a curry for dinner tonight. So, a few things to get on with. Today is also Star Trek Day… So happy that too.

    i've had a headache since morning.. had a nap, went out for a walk, drank water and tea.. took drugs... they are getting worse.

    Michael is out atm... and we're going out for a family meal tonight so that should be nice. Danny and i are just making a bunch of stuffed peppers for the freezer.
