Don't buy non stick pans! Cast iron, good stainless steel or the holy grail.. carbon steel. All need a little special care but they can be made non stick. I would kill anyone who tried to take my cast iron pans off me. I also have a small carbon steel pan that is wonderful. Husbands are good at not noticing mistakes cuz they love you.

Thank you. We had Shanghai noodles with chicken, spicy orange chicken and beef with broccoli and tea. It was very good. And enough leftover for dinner.

Happy Monday! It is blessedly cool...AC off, fans off, windows open. Current temp is 56F. Looking at a high of 69f today. Danny and i are going out for a few hours a bit later. That means lunch! Have a good day everyone! It is also Yukon Discovery Day today! This happens on the third Monday of August annually and marks the discovery of gold in the Yukon which triggered the Klondike Gold Rush.

but you haven't heard me talking about it...Michael's eyes glaze over after twenty minutes..lol Nah, He is very supportive and is the reason i have ... well a lot of yarn. Like... a lot. And i have a three tiered cart full of yarn, bags, notions, and beads, buttons and etc.

Ah, i didn't know anyone cared that much about me. Thanks, Gary. But once upon a time, they gave Signature authors these places if they wanted one, so it's my responsibility. I'd be popping in to make sure no one is getting too wild and crazy in the Sports section… LOL But sports are kinda like politics, not everyone wants to talk about it. i mean, if anyone but me wanted to talk about knitting or horse stuff, i'd open a topic for that. i can bore people senseless talking about those things… lol Hmm, that's a good idea ... i can post pictures of my knitting stuff there and torture no one. LOL
