Burney is as close to Lava Beds National Monument as I've been. I happened to see an article about hidden gems of the National Park system and this was one of them. It's possible that family has allies in various positions throughout the pack. So far, their one attack in this book was at a meeting that was well known before it took place. An isolated location means you can't blend into the background as well. It's also one of the reasons Trevor only shared where they were going to the smallest number of people possible. Skyler being protective could have blown that, but he's got the rangers keeping an eye out for trouble. There's noting ignorant about asking questions. Love this chapter more each time I read it. I still get excited when Owen finds the coin. The visual images you create of Camilo, Manny, and Marceo don't hurt either. All three sound hot. Both dives sound fantastic. It's something I've never given any thought to, especially since I've almost always lived in cold water regions, but it's got to be fun taking in the beauty under the surface.

Not sure I'd go that far and I don't have a lot of direct experience with rural communities. Seth did receive a major beating for being gay. That could chase potential dates further into the closet for fear of being next if they're found out. It could also be a numbers issue depending on demographics. A town of about 3000 people if you have more available men than women, some of those men might opt for at least FWB instead of going it alone.

Thank you, Raven. Seth is a typical horny teen that for the first time in his life is getting to spend time with three guys who are dating guys. Yeah, he's still in pain from his injuries, but it isn't stopping the physical response from being held by the guys. At least he doesn't have to hide who he is anymore. The fact he's got three strong bodyguards/big brothers has got to make him feel safer.

Yeah, Seth deserves to find a boyfriend, but it is a small town and I already had two from town hook-up with a visitor.

Aiden agreed with Trevor the gloves needed to come off completely, and that was before they knew about the custom ammunition. I wouldn't want to be associated with that particular family.

Thank you, Bre. Seth went through a couple evolution as I wrote this. First someone Trevor asked out after his sister outed him. Then simply a way to cause a split between her and Trevor, essentially a throw away character. And finally what we have, a broken teen who just needs a little push from guys he's attracted to so he realizes he doesn't need to hide.

On the bright side, the chapter will be waiting when you return.

Next release, May 8, 2023. Though bribery does sound appealing.
