Work must still be done
As the clouds weep their cold tears
Shoveling, cleaning
It is the price I must pay
For working in the warm sun

Forming small streams on the ground
Relentless is rain
And yet each drop is special
As it soaks me to the bone

Finding warmth inside their stalls
But one won't listen
Whinnying for joy again

This is another wonderful edition of AAA. As always, its great learning about the fantastic authors here, even that wolf-whatever guy Thanks for putting this together Carlos and letting me be a part of it.
A lot of the poems I read here, as well as the ones I write try to paint a mental imagery. These, at least to me, are putting questions in the head. Questions that people should ask and discuss. Well done and thanks for sharing them
Thanks, Backwoods That's been one of the joys in doing this rewrite is filling in the pieces I missed the first time around. I'm happy with what I originally submitted, but in an effort to keep up with my posting schedule, I see now I sacrificed what the story is now becoming.

Liked this TJ really is becoming a better person. Granny was a fun addition. I really enjoyed Roberts reaction to walking in on the couple. Nicely done!
This is so beautiful and sensual, tim. A wonderful way for you both to wake. I've don't remember seeing you write something like this before, but the love in it is evident from start to finish. I can't wait to have my boy read it later to get his reaction. xoxo
