And NO, for the anti-smokers, his death was TOTALLY unrelated to smoking - which he gave up years ago anyway. In actuality, "Tom Mullica passed away today. Tom had gone into the hospital for a routine hernia operation and due to complications, blood clots formed and he had multiple strokes. He was placed into a medically induced coma after he suffered organ failure and finally on February 18th he was taken off life support." He will be missed by fans of magic, great entertainment and just really nice guys.

    I liked drama theory better than the actual dramas :-P and I found the Globe Theatre fascinating. I have many favorites: Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, Richard III, The taming of the shrew. I saw a very modern The Tempest 20 years ago, complete with an ambulance car on the stage and naked men I found it more than interesting. The director was an infamous gay actor, later leader of the national theatre. The picture is from a newer play, just so you can imagine what we saw

    Thank you! Thank God I didn't have to bake my cake! It seems we have the year of untraditional birthday "cakes". My older son has birthday one day before mine, he had a pizza slice with candles. He is 5 years old, the candle in the middle was a tricky one, it lighted itself three times before I put it under water. I got myself a box of deep frozen donuts for my candles. Somehow I did not manage to upload the photos, I'll try it again from my computer.

    Thank you! In fact I had a very busy day with tutoring and shopping, I took the wrong bus in the city (two times ) I never thought I would be out of likes two days in a row without binge reading something

    Thank you, my friend! I'm happy that you are back! Both videos are so cool! The first one is THE birthday song of my childhood, back then it was simply unacceptable to sing the American happy birthday song even when in Hungarian. And the second is amazing, I remember seeing it in the news as a child. (I remember the rumors of Mercury being somehow not doing well short after this concert.)

    Mange tak! As for the birthday flags, it's almost the same case in Hungary as with the German flag, you have to be careful with waving: http://satwcomic.com/evil-flag Our twisted Italian colors are sometimes evil, some older flags are considered nationalistic symbols.
