@Drew Espinosa @spike382 Currently, I'm revisiting a BL manga called I Hear the Sunspot, by Yuki Fumino. Taichi, a neurotypical guy who was recently fired from his part-time job, meets Kohei, a college student who struggles in his classes due to a partial hearing loss. They enter an odd partnership: Taichi will help Kohei take notes for his studies, and Kohei will provide Taichi with food to prevent him from starving. But soon, their awkward friendship starts growing into something more serious....

Yeah, I remember some of his shenanigans over the years. 1. Raided his dad's liquor cabinet, at the suggestion of his boyfriend, Remi. My mother-in-law came home to find them passed out on the sofa, covered only by a blanket. They got grounded for that one, which they rightly deserved. 2. Went diving into the harbor at the Great Lakes Maritime Academy (A restricted area) and hit his head on some concrete debris at the bottom of the dredged area. Went to the hospital with a concussion and a brain bleed. He was lucky to survive that! 3. Went nude kayaking at the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, to the amusement of some younger boys he was mentoring at the time. 4. Asked me if we could have a treehouse built in the backyard, after watching an episode of Treehouse Masters on TV. After I went running around to look at building permits, and made a few phone calls to the appropriate officials, Mickey tells me that he wasn't actually serious about it; he just wanted to see how far I'd go. I wasn't amused by his supposed "prank" and turned the tables on him. I had a treehouse commissioned from a local carpenter/contractor, then gave it to Mickey as a Christmas gift.

He's Morgan's younger brother, my kid brother-in-law. He's 20 years old, now.

We're doing good, thanks. Morgan received a bonus at work, as an appreciation for his hard efforts during the summer tourist season. I usually get my own bonus at the end of the year. I'll be making quiche Lorraine for dinner tonight, at Max's request, and Uncle Mickey will be joining us for dinner.

I'd heard that he previously worked as a bouncer at a nightclub. He began wearing the chains when customers lost their jewelry, in the hopes that they would return and claim their missing items. Since the chains were valued at $300,000, he stopped wearing them after Hurricane Katrina, saying that it would be an insult to those who were suffering.
