    Just found out today that my employer has been consistently underpaying me for two years. Not only am I earning less than the minimum wage for a job without tips, I'm being paid $7 less than some coworkers who are five years behind me in terms of seniority. I'm absolutely livid.

    It's not confirmed, but there's a popular theory that this Bruno Mars song might have been inspired by Attack on Titan. I don't watch a lot of anime myself, these days, or read much manga. I have several manga series: The Stranger by the Shore, by Kanna Kii I Hear the Sunspot, by Yuki Fumino La Esperança, by Chigusa Kawai There's also Wandering Son, by Takako Shimura, available at the local library. It isn't Yaoi or BL, but it involves two young students who discover they might be transgender. Apart from that, every manga/anime I have is mainstream, for now.

    I ran into someone I haven't seen in a long time today. Rory, the kid who Uncle Mickey and Uncle Remy mentored a few summers ago. Only, he's around 16 or 17 now. He plays soccer on the high school team, a center mid-fielder. The same position Uncle Mickey held back in the day, if my memory is correct.
