Struggling with anxiety after witnessing a harrowing instance of gun violence, Manuel Soto copes through photography, using his cell-phone camera to find anchors that keep him grounded. His days are a lonely, latchkey monotony until he's teamed with his classmates, Sebastian and Caysha, for a group project. Sebastian lives on a grass-fed cattle farm outside of town, and Manuel finds solace in the open fields and the antics of the newborn calf Sebastian is hand-raising. As Manuel aides his new friends in their preparations for the local county fair, he learns to open up, confronts his deepest fears, and even finds first love.

We have Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+. Max likes to watch a Disney program called "En Pointe". It's a documentary series about young dancers. Honestly, I enjoy it, too. I love seeing how passionate the kids are about their vocation.

Sometimes I'll start a new show, and say, "Meh. Not for me!" and then change to something else. I'm glad they added that feature where you can remove an item from the "Continue Watching" lineup!

I've been trying to pare down my Netflix list.

I saw two movies on Amazon Prime recently. One was "Wonderstruck", and the second was titled "The True Adventures of Wolfboy". Both have some brief sadness towards the end, but it all turns out well.

Tried making a recipe for Nutella-Banana bread. The results were dreadfully underbaked and mostly inedible, except for a few parts on the outside. IDK if the batter was too cold, or if there was too much Nutella, or maybe the recipe needs improvement.
