    Hey, Xander, Dennis, Jordan, and Ash! We have Mickey, the in-laws, Deirdre, her hubby, Grant, and Haley here. Mickey and the in-laws will be returning home for dinner, because Mickey's uncle and cousin will be joining them. Mickey's next-door neighbor will also be attending that gathering. He recently lost his dad (Black Friday, I think it was?), and his mom couldn't muster the effort to make Christmas happen, unfortunately. Mickey re-wrapped a couple of his presents for the kid to open. Remy and Rory are busy with their own family gatherings.

    This was the best way to end the series. The crossover is a very sweet, personal touch. All of your characters coming together like a family...I love it. And I'm going to make that salad recipe for dinner sometime this week.

    Even among the LGBT community, there are still some barriers that have yet to be crossed. Some people still persist in believing that you must be straight, gay or lesbian. Male, female, or trans. There is no "middle ground" for them. Jaden Smith and Desmond Napoles choose skirts on some days, and trousers on others. Lady Gaga and Joshua Rush are attracted to both males and females. Even my own brother-in-law, Mickey, encounters "bi-phobia" on a daily basis. Sexuality is not so black-and-white! What gives anyone the right to tell another person they must choose between one thing or another? Thank you for this story, Cole. I love that Dean and Pam are so committed to each other, despite Dean's parents being convinced otherwise.

    Scrambled eggs and sliced cheese between two pieces of toast. Not scrambled sandwiches.

    For dinner tomorrow, Appetizers will be Mac and cheese bites, bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts with a maple-Dijon glaze, and cocktail wieners. For the main meal, meatballs in marinara sauce with sub rolls and cheese. And of course, for dessert: Red velvet Cheesecake, and an assortment of cookies.

    I'd love some! I made lemon-rosemary shortbread already, but I have to wait until tomorrow before I can eat any of it!
