  1. Doing well, thanks. Sorry to hear that, Bob. Glad that the boys are okay, though.
  2. Morgan and I are doing well. We're getting ready to watch a movie on Netflix. Mickey is watching with us, but Remi is at home tonight with his family. As for the nephews, Deirdre hasn't been around since last weekend. No news about them, but I might call her tomorrow.
  3. Hey, Bob. How are the boys? Hey, Xander, Dennis, Jordan, and Ash! Hope everyone is well. Hey, Cutie Pi!
  4. Afternoon, Dugh and Thistle. *scratches Thistle behind the ears* Glad Mum made it back home safely. And I look forward to the kilting stories. Hey, Gary.
  5. I spent $100 on a pair of Converse shoes not too long ago. Most expensive single purchase I ever made, but it was worth it. The shoes are AWESOME! Saw them featured on Desmond is Amazing's Instagram, and I was like, "OMG, I want those!" So I bought a pair.
  6. Strawberry shortcake sounds good right now. I'll take that as a "no". Such a pity.
  7. OMG! Planter's Peanuts came up with a pair of shoes called "Crunch Force 1"! Dear Lord, those things are uuuuuuugly! And they cost $170! As my Grandpa would've said, "I wouldn't wear those shoes to a shit fling!"
  8. No, that was deliberate. It's scientifically proven that salt (or salty food) makes your tastebuds more sensitive to sweet foods. Haven't you ever eaten caramels with salt sprinkled on top?
  9. Hey, Dugh, Mum, and Thistle. *scratches for Thistle* Hey, Clo. We get plenty of strawberries at the farmer's market. Jam is delicious with cheddar-rosemary scones. No mosquitoes here so far, despite the unusually wet season. Guess we lucked out. Poor Gary. *gentle hugs* Hope you feel better soon.
  10. Hey, Bob! Hey, Val. I'm looking for something new to read on GA. Hey, Tim. Hey, Gary. Glad you're mending. How's the new grandbaby?
  11. Hey, Bob and crew. How are the boys? Hey, Xander, Dennis, Jordan, and Ash! How is everyone?
  12. https://www.nifty.org/nifty/gay/young-friends/blind-sensations/ Here it is, though I don't think it's very good.
  13. Hey, Hunty. Sorry I missed you. We're doing well over here.
  14. I started reading a Nifty story called "Blind Sensations". I had hope for this one. It's about a 12-year-old who became blind at the age of five after a car accident. But the narrative sounds like an English lawyer. Maybe the story is set in the UK? So, it still sounds like a lawyer is narrating. Oh, and the boy has some form of clairvoyance, which allows him to actually "see" what a person looks like when he touches them. He can also describe his own appearance in the bathroom mirror. Is he totally blind, or just legally blind? There's a difference, and it affects the atmosphere of the story.
  15. Congrats, Gary! And congrats to your daughter-in-law, too! She's the one who did all the work, after all.
  16. How is Ash faring? Everything going good with her?
  17. Morgan and I will get nekkid sometimes, but not as often as the boys do. Mickey's cousin Sean is welcome, too, but everybody has to stay covered when Mickey and Remy's soccer buddies are visiting. Not every family is as open, so of course we need to respect that.
  18. Mickey and Remy are allowed to be nude, so long as they close the blinds when it starts to get dark outside. And they have to at least wear undies to the dinner table. Don't want to spill hot soup on the goolies!
