Went to a Five Guys in Grand Rapids while visiting Danny and Lachlan, a while ago. Took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive. It was good, but not worth waiting nearly an hour for.
Don't you also need the vaccuum machine and sealing bags, not just a water percolator? And the downside of Sous Vide, is that meat doesn't get that "charred" look, the browned caramelization on the outside. Or so I've heard.
