Beautiful story. DaBeagle never misses when he pens a story, and this one is no exception. The characters are well defined, and the situation draws the reader in and won't let go. This is a serious must read.

Another wonderful offering from an author who is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Written with compassion, strength, and hope, this story is a wonderful read and I can't wait for the next installment

Heartbreakingly difficult to read and comprehend how people can treat others the way the boys have been treated. Very well written and dare I hope, a bit optimistic?

Yummmmmm. Giordano's. Why is Brendan testifying for the prosecution? What's up with the seriously creepy Uncle? So far, we're lucky Thomas hasn't thrown up everywhere over what's happening. Hang in there Thomas!

I have hope. It may take a while and might be convoluted, but I trust Kenji to make the right choices. I hope River can keep the pieces of himself together long enough for things to iron out in the end.

I've read this series several times now and have thoroughly enjoyed it each visit. The story is well written with fully developed characters and a very good story line. A great read for a relaxing afternoon or evening. Grab your favorite beverage. Gather your favorite snacks. Get comfy and enjoy. You can't go wrong with this series.
