    I've noticed that here too. When I turn off the NBCSN announcers and listen to Lightning Radio. It runs about five minutes behind.

    I did just read this: https://www.nhl.com/lightning/news/a-homecoming-for-hedman/c-305969912 Seems in November, Tampa and Buffalo will be headed to Sweden for two regular season games. Victor Headman and Anton Stralman are both from there.

    When I looked at the stats earlier, it said the Avs were sitting just under the threshold at 79 points, and looked again, and they were at 80, and now in the wildcard spot. I may have read them wrong.

    I was a little worried when Vassy went out because of a broken foot. But Louie proved himself very capable of a goalie during that time. I still can't believe the big cat broke his foot during practice. Goalies can make or break a team. Like Swiss-cheese Holtby for a while there.

    Just turned it on. Rooting for your team Mac. I can't believe that the Blackhawks won the Cup just a couple of seasons ago, and they haven't been the same since.

    Thank you, AC, not only for the feedback, but also for posting the prompts. It was an interesting exercise. When I first started this short, it wasn't going in the direction I felt was right. So, it got shelved for a few months, and I revisited it this past week. The ending just flowed unto the page.
