    What brand did you get? I've been looking to get one for the apartment. Yes, normal and needed. It's how new growth and new life happens in the wilderness. Though, I feel we need to introduce more beavers to the environment, and create more wetlands.

    It's been Satan's Ass Crack for the last week now. Thank the gods for AC. As for Gators here in Florida, the saying is, "If you see a body of water, from a puddle to a lake, if it's wet assume there's a Gator in it." But also remember, in the second grade, they taught us Gator survival skills.

    Excellent poem, tim. I sometimes echo the feeling that you expressed here. It did remind me about the Book of Job in the Christian Bible, where Job's friends came to sit and wait with him, as he went through his trials.

    Happy Thursday everyone. I'm loving all the reaction videos on Social Media right now of the Europeons coming over to the USA for the World Cup. It's fun watching someone have a life changing experience, eating Biscuits and Gravy at Waffle House.

    If I can get something going as a Digital Nomad, yeah, I'm going to move down there permanently. Otherwise, it'll be to visit my bebezinho, until we can get him into the states.

    Yeah, I'm still in Tampa. Haven't moved to Brazil yet to be with my Baby Boy. But by the gods, I will be going down there soon.

    Had a Saturday appointment for Lab work. Decided afterwards to go flea marketing. Imagine my disappointment that places that have been around since before my birth, are now rental apartments.

    There's a fine line between, swapping a word and doubting yourself. I've always been told to not edit until after you have a chapter done, and started on the next one. If you give yourself time, between when you wrote the scene, and when you go to edit, that might help give you clarity on when enough editing is enough.

    That's all that we can do. Only control the things within our control. But it's easier said than done. That's a lesson I'm still trying to learn.

    You just have to be careful when you do the canning. My grandma used to do it all the time, until one of the jars exploded on her. She was taking it out of the water to let it cool on a cooling rack, and it blew up going everywhere. Luckily she wasn't hurt from the glass breaking.

    Hello there. My every so often check in to say I'm alive. I started writing again, on secret project. One book is completely finished, and second is almost done. C-Ya around. Hopefully more often.

    How does one immigrate to Canada? Being serious as I just applied for a job with a Non-profit in Toronto, and the Hybrid commute will be hell from Florida.
