Thanks, Mac, for reading and the compliment. I appreciate it. This was based on something that happens to me a lot, and the day I wrote this, it happened like above. I've been trying to practice different ways of opening up stories and chapters, and this one felt like it should be shared.

I'm extremely happy with my boys in blue tonight. My Lightning have as of tonight won the President's Trophy for the 2018-19 season, was the first team to secure a play-off spot, back to back Atlantic Division Champs, and home-ice advantage for all play-off games. We still have ten games to play. If we win six, we will be tied with the NHL recorded of most games won in a season, if we win seven we set a new league record. I'm on cloud nine right now. Also, tonight was the 189th consecutive sold-out home game at Amalie. Let this be a lesson... that Tampa is a Hockey town.

Thanks, AC. In real life, it's been sixteen years, and "Tyler" is a happily married man, living in DC with his hubby, working on Capital Hill. "Andy" is currently in college going for an accounting degree, years delayed from finishing what he started.

Same here on the Corned Beef and Cabbage, and Hockey. Just heard a little while ago, they expect him to recover fine. It could have been a lot worse than what happened.

If anyone is of the praying sort, we could use some. One of the boys ran into the sliding glass door, and it shattered on him. Plate glass. They've rushed him to the ER. But any prayers, positive thoughts, good mojo is welcomed.

Alright. Schoolwork for today, finally done. My Lightning won tonight over the Capitals. Now, I can read a story, or write something, or veggie out with some Black Desert Online. Not sure what yet. Also, I'll mention it again, I LOVE SciFi movies and shows. I appreciate any suggestions people may have, so I know what to look out for. Also, my philosophy is, "There is no such thing as bad SciFi. Some are just better than others."
