I have never been a JJ fan at all. But I do believe he is beginning to mature a little, and I think Kris can be very good for him and help develop JJ in his self esteem, and drive, and goals for the future. I hope Brad doesn't come in and stir up a bunch of shit, but I really don't think he will. I believe Jake and Stef will step in if he does. Kris may be a big hit with all 3 of them. But this family lives in drama half of the time. Great chapter Mark! Looking forward to the next one.

Well maybe this series will continue on for many books and we will be able to keep up with all the different story characters for years to come. LOL! I'm and old man and hope any future one comes faster!.

I have really enjoyed this story. I was hooked from the very first chapter on. I actually found and read @Mrsgnomiestory "Dichotomy of Love" first and thoroughly enjoyed it. Now I am looking forward to reading Jay and Loren's story next. I am hoping their story will keep us updated on Matt, Seamus and the boy's along with Perry and Kyan and their kids from "DofL" too. Thank you @Mrsgnomiefor all your work. Plan on going back and reading your other stories from the past before this series.

Well hopefully before the end of the story he will also adopt Aidan too.

I don't think the summer back home for Matt and Aidan is going to go over very well with Seamus. But also think that if Matt does do this, that after just a couple or 3 days he is going to be so miserable missing Seamus he will have to do some modifying with his time with his dad. I also think Aidan will start acting up because of not seeing Seamus for so long. Great story. Glad I found "Dichotomy of Love" read it and really enjoyed it and decided I would read more of @Mrsgnomie stories. Very impressed with her work.

Wait! When did Seamus also become Adrien's legal guardian. I don't remember ever reading that. I may have missed it but I don't see how. I know Matt got his papers saying he was.

I am really liking this story so far. Like a lot of others have commented, I have a feeling that Matt and Seamus are going to get very close. I expect Seamus to start showing up a lot more at this particular property he owns. He may not have gotten the scope on Matt and his situation from Denise after their first meeting. He probably thinks Matt is the straight father and not know of Matt's situation. But when he does get the scope, I bet we see a lot of him from then on. Look forward to reading the next chapter. Loving this story so far.

Now that JJ knows the upcoming visit I figure he will end up doing well with it. Kris on the other hand when he finds out he is going to meet Stef and Brad may be on pins and needles. l hope both of them put him at ease right off. He may end up being the best thing that ever happened to JJ. I don't think Gillis actually knew who Will was. He probably thought he was just another swim groupie that he thought he could just push around. But had no idea he was part of the rich and famous family. He probably didn't even know Will's last name. Great chapter Mark. Looking forward to the next one!

I just read the next chapter, so most all of my questions above were answered. I guess I just wasn't patient enough.

This is my first story of @Mrsgnomie that I have ever read. It has pulled me in to see how it unfolds. Enjoying it so far. I am wondering how he is getting by financially. Is Dayna's family funding him 100%? From what it sounds like his family isn't helping him. And sounds like they had not mailed out the signed life insurance policy that was going to be paid for by her employer. Or does it matter if it had been signed or not? But If I remember right it wasn't that big of a policy. Now about 3+ years after Dayna's death that should be gone. Or does he have some kind of income coming in where he works from home all the time? Just wondering who is financing the family.

You didn't know when you posted this, that just a hair over 3 months and Mathew Perry would be dead. We never know, never promised tomorrow.

Looking back and reading some of the responses, both mine and everyone else's 6 or 8 weeks later are funny. But my hate for JJ has changed over the last number of chapters. I am now pulling for him to become a more likeable, and productive young man with a clear direction in life. Since he is now in a relationship that I hope turns out to be very positive and lasting for both him and Kris. Travis and Kris could be great additions to the family in both harmony, wealth, and power. But if he keeps acting the same as he has always acted, hopefully it will be a double decker bus that runs him over!

Love it you are pushing them out regularly. “I have wanted to meet you for damn near my whole life,” Ian said to Stef. “I’ve read at least three of your biographies.” “That is kind of you to say, but I am not the hero of the hour, you are,” Stef replied with a smile. I interrupted their mutual admiration moment by introducing Grant. I liked that response to Ian by Stef. Shows a lot of class from one of the world's richest men. The stop off in NY is going to be a fun!! And I think will be a good move in building a better relationship and trust between JJ and the rest of the family. Maybe that will help JJ's direction of how his life should head. Should he further his higher education or be and apprentice at Stef's magazine, or both. Just mulling around shopping, partying, and sleeping till about noon has no real purpose. Kris has a career and JJ now needs one too. Maybe Kris being seen around Stef and Brad will enhance his status with both Goldman Sachs and his clients too. Who you are associated with can establish credibility. If Kris is good at investment banking he deserves the boost.

It really is an honor for Granger to host Lord St. Vincent for the journey over to Weymouth to meet with the King. Would be interesting if they were to encounter a French ship lingering some distance off shore along the way after they have cleared the Isle of Wright. Glad Grangers kids like Calvert and him seemingly to like them too. He may become Uncle Francis to them. LOL! Thanks again Mark.

Great chapter! Seems like for JJ life is good! And Will seemed down without the love of his life back in CA, but then Ian Thorpe may make life good again for him. Will can be Will again. By the way right after I started reading this chapter I got a notice that you Mark had already updated the Granger Series. @Mark Arbouryou have been a busy boy. Thanks for all you do!
