  1. It does help my productivity when I'm not constantly trying to heal a bunch of Altmer through a beginner dungeon 😛
  2. It is believed among the Faro that he was responsible for the downfall of the Artegos. It's not true of course, but people will believe what they want.
  3. The sun beat down on his head as he laboured, carrying rubble to a truck. There was so much to do, so much that he should be doing. But for now the king of Astara let his mind be claimed by menial labour. He pined for Mateio, missed the Faro’s smell, the way he would smile awkwardly at jokes. What had he been thinking, pushing the fox away? Adara was dead, gone. But his mate was still there, waiting to offer his support. And he had rejected it. Had rejected him, the fox that made his w
  4. Itumak stared down at Astara. This wasn’t the last time he’d see it. It couldn’t be. He would return someday. A hand touched the neko’s shoulder gently, Lian holding out a warm mug of juice. Itumak raised an eyebrow at the Daknar. “I thought you liked this drink,” Lian said quietly, lowering his head. “Thank you Lian,” Itumak replied, taking the mug gently. As bad as he felt, he knew it couldn’t compare to Aaron. But the neko had done his duty, as Arisa told him to. If that m
  5. Aaron hurried out of the ship, keeping Mateio behind him. “Stand down! None of my companions will harm you!” he called. Slowly the guns were lowered, Aaron breathing a little easier. A woman broke through the line of soldiers, kneeling before Aaron. “Your Majesty, we heard rumours you were dead,” she said. “I am very much alive, and wish to stay that way,” Aaron smiled weakly. “You and your soldiers are to be commended however. You have defended your homes admirably.” “Thank

Dont worry, Claire and Arisa should settle that soon enough.

Fun fact, that scene was written specially for you.
  8. 4 Ordaer 1413 Yeah yeah, I already missed a week. Like it really matters. Like any of this is going to make a difference. Let’s face it, I’m already an outcast. Living in this complex will not make anything better. Shit, I’m lucky if I can bring myself to leave the apartment for food. Fine, I have a problem, I admit it. But you know what? Mira can fuck off with all that, and how does this make you feel bullshit. Fuck, now I’m fucking pissed. This is going to be a long night. An

    A New World

Aaron curled up in the captain’s quarters, nibbling on a pastry Mateio had made him. Algaer, the Faro had called it. The fox had hidden himself in the bathroom, showering, and had declined Aaron’s offer to join him. Honestly, the elf was happy his offer had been declined. He may be better than most at keeping his wolf contained when he needed to, but he still had his limits. And Mateio seemed to push every one of his buttons when it came to his wolf. Aaron didn’t know what it was about the

“You’re sure this is the best way?” Aaron asked. “Better than any other plan we have,” Itumak shrugged. They had been stuck on the space station for three days now, everyone growing more and more frustrated by the lack of action. To pass the time, Aaron and Itumak had begun holding war meetings, trying to figure out different strategies to take their home back from the Empire. Their latest idea was a slow war of attrition. Mateio opened the door into a store with a shrug. “It

Interestingly enough, the fact that most calicos are male is not widely known. But there is a certain bar in Sarelin that celebrates calicos. Damian tried to get a job there when he was younger but unfortunately it did not work out.

    The Howl

You give me too much credit. I am merely scribing the story. It is the characters that tell me where to go.

I actually figured out why calico markings are seen as bad. But the reason might be a while in coming out.
  14. Mute. Loner. Angry. All can describe Claire. She has a vendetta against the world. But maybe, just maybe, there is someone out there who might save her from herself.
  15. 28 Varner, 1413 For the record, I am against this. I don’t care how much it is supposed to help. But apparently I have to take the risk of humiliation to get ahead. So here goes. Hi, I’m Claire, and you already knew that. Gods this is stupid… Am I supposed to write these like a letter? Who the fuck am I talking to? It’s not like Mira is ever going to read this. Okay, let’s try this again. How does one start a journal? Dear Journal? Well, if nothing else, I’ve laughed today. T

    Day One

Aaron stared at the screen in front of him. He was unable to make out the strange figures written on it, though a few seemed to make sense. And he had the feeling the member of the science fleet knew this. “Captain Mateio was correct in his assessment,” the bipedal dog said. “Your disease is made to replicate itself. The interesting point is your ability, your need, to change your shape in low gravity.” “Mateio took away my replicators, whatever they are called, right?” Itumak asked besi
  17. This is a subject I have dealt with nearly daily for the past two years. I am not trying to normalize anything, i am merely showing ine culture's solution to a problem many have. Personally, I find it sad that Sarah took the path she did. What you do not see here is the hours of agonizing over her decision, the thought I put into her situation, the steps that the medical professionals put in place to help her. It is a shame I was unable to show all that in the story, but a story is a finite thing, and I am not necessarily able to show everything that happens.
  18. I am sorry for your losses, and hope I didn't make your pain any worse by posting this chapter.
  19. Honestly, neither did I until about five months ago.
  20. The sun shone in his eyes, Jordan grumbling as he pulled the covers over his head. Sunlight… He was missing something. With a gasp, the werewolf sat up. He had forgotten to set his alarm early. “Shit… what time is it?” Leaping out of bed, Jordan grabbed his phone. He had no recollection of going to bed the night before. Had Lysander carried him to bed somehow? “Noon?!” the werewolf yelped, looking at the time. Throwing on some pants, the werewolf rushed out of the room, slidi

    Mistral

It took nearly half the day to reach Mistral, Sinjaro winding his way through the island. His feet were bleeding from numerous small cuts, his tail hanging low. Why was he doing this again? Jimila had given him enough gold to get by for at least the next week. He could probably find a ship to take him back to Auridon, maybe set up camp as a hunter. The Khajiit nearly cried as he spied the bridge heading into the city. Finally he could sit, get some food, sleep. And then buy some boots for hi

    Home At Last

He could hear the sound of the ocean, smell the scent of drying fish in the air. Such a beautiful thing, the ocean. It gave a whole new method of hunting, with spears and nets... Sinjaro’s stomach gurgled loudly and he groaned, sitting up. His head was pounding, an ache like he hadn’t felt since he stopped taking moon-sugar. “The Vestige awakens once again!” “Rajhin kodesh!” Sinjaro yelped, head whipping around. He saw the Prophet standing near a door, the same ghostly visage tha

In this universe it seems tge opposite is true. Elias was a calico as is Damian.

    The Howl

Jordan drank another glass of water, feeling frustrated. He’d just blacked out, it wasn’t like he was dying. Yet Lysander had left him at the hospital while he took Damian and the baby back to the apartment. There were other things Jordan could be doing, like picking up food for the baby. But here he sat, alone in another examination room, waiting for a doctor to tell him he was free to go. And there it was, the knock on the door. He set the paper cup aside, glaring as he waited for the door
  25. He stood over his assailant, blood dripping from his maw. Throwing back his head, Sinjaro let out a triumphant howl, a howl that echoed through the cave. He had finally killed the wolf that made him who he was. It had been nearly a year since he had found himself in Hircine’s Hunting Grounds, a year since he had given his soul to the Daedric Prince in exchange for the power that would allow him to kill the Nord who had attacked him. “The pup becomes a wolf, the hunter hunted, as it shoul
