So doorbell / cellphone cams a hard NO. HOWEVER, mount a CCTV micro-cam (lipstick / spy) on post holding up mailbox next to curb or sidewalk, first 6-10 feet next to 'public' street is Public Property and a recording may be ADMISSABLE. Henry, still heavily sedated, would be in ICU and on constant monitoring would automatically sound alarms 🚨🚨🚨 as his heart raced and blood pressure increased due to his semi- unconcious reaction to hearing his mother's voice. That would immediately have that "senior nurse" and trauma team race to Henry's side and with the curtain momentarily pulled back Angelica would have seen Henry's face and rushed to him, or at least screamed his name. Which Henry would hear and bring him back from the brink of... 😦😮

I was going to comment about Devin and Mac getting a puppy ('Can we keep him'?) But realized that's too crass, especially after what Clint's Dad told Mac & Dev. At some point things will get resolved, hopefully with a empathetic talk between Mac, Dev and Clint. 😥 Great story so far, but the shape-shifting 🐺 "Evil Skinwalker" still apparently tracking them?? Is it possible that this former 'person' was good in real life and is trapped between Good and Evil and trying to communicate with Dev and Mac for help? Like injured wild animals that sometime seek human help?

Yet another well-written, detailed and heart-filling chapter @Andre Delport. Just as Ryan and Drew are juggling the myriad of tasks that are part of operating the Devlin-Majors hospitality empire, both on land and at sea; a poignant family reminder takes center stage with the anniversary of the tragic deaths of their children's mothers Beth and Nicky on that fateful ferry crossing in the Scottish highlands. (my Scottish roots know the area all too well, but we'll nay focus on the crossing ). As time passes, and the children grow up, their heritage and the Mums who will never get to share in their lives comes back to remind Ry and Drew of the promises they made when laying Beth and Nicola to their eternal rest, to have the children spend time with all their grandparents, no matter how far flung they are in the world. And so arrangements are made that span the globe (and rack up some travel 'miles' points for the "munchkins") . First, using part of the children's Easter school break to travel from Cape Town to visit Nicky's parents in Singapore, then onward to Scotland to see Beth's parents and Clan Cameron. Second, will be a Caribbean cruise aboard the 'Texas Lass' courtesy of their 'other' grandparents Joan and Dan Kinley (during the Northern Hemisphere summer). When the children return home, they'll have plenty of memories to use when writing their "What I did on my vacation" essays. Thanks again André. Looking forward to coming chapters.

In my 'salad days' I too liked exploring places in the dark of night. 😢 Abandoned and neglected places built by masons and other craftsmen in the 1900's or earlier, to last a lifetime. But decades or centuries on, stone walls slowly succumbing to the ravages of time, as Mother Earth works to reclaim the land. Trees pushing up through stone floors and walls to stand above missing or partial roofs. Only Moonlight or torch / flashlight to guide the way. Sometimes chancing upon others in furtive moments they thought private and secret from prying eyes, disapproving or hopeful glances. 😒
