There is more to this than just setting an asshole straight. Will has had an epiphany but doesn't quite yet know it. This really defines where he is versus where his peers and contemporaries are in terms of maturity. Will pulled himself back and analyzed how his actions could be hurtful to Zach after the Taylor debacle, and he chose to think of Zach rather than himself. Speaking of Zach, I've reserved my judgement while others were more vocal about their dislike for him. I was giving him leeway because of his age and circumstances. But no more. At this point it's really apparent that Zach is self-centered and only concerned about what benefits Zach. Of all the possible fuck buddies running around in Southern California, Zack is fucking his girlfriend's brother on the down low.
