    I know you and tim have talked about this ... I know he wrote about it when your Grandmother passed on. I am sorry for you and for all people whose family give up knowing some of the brightest, intelligent and loving people on the planet because of who they love. It is a beautiful and haunting poem that I am sure many can relate to even though they are not from Kentucky.

    Well, another lovely Friday has arrived. To those of us working today, I hope things go smoothly and quickly. For those of us not working, enjoy your time off. I certainly will do so. We, had a great day out yesterday. Saw an excellent film, Jurassic Park. The theatre has a Flashback Film Series and we hope to get to more. Next is 2001 A Space Odyssey .. all of us would like to see that. Also the film, Knives Out ...looks like fun hopefully it's not all in the trailer.

    Great advice rick … it's a pleasure to have you here in the DiC. you are correct, we do grow when we allow ourselves to learn from mistakes. you remind us we are human and therefore we err from time to time.     Good evening @MacGreg and subs and all. Nice day giving spankings, flogging and some discussion of what happens at private play parties. A good day. Welcomed home perfectly and just awaiting dinner. Now only three more days as we both have Thursday off.

    Well thankfully Natural Calm is exactly that, natural, however you need to find the right dosage for yourself. tim needs to take antidepressants however, at the moment we seem to have found the right one and the right dosage, so he's been feeling good for sometime now. he and his doctor tried the no pills approach, with CB therapy, but in tim's case it's not a good thing Going forward hopefully, your lady, wont have too much trouble. But the cloud back up is a good idea.

    Oh, the first night, tim used a whole trial package. Thankfully on our Friday night! Because he was a zombie the next day. Had to go back to bed twice … so he reduced the dosage to 1/2, like you and then increased it. Well, hopefully you can teach her to back up her files either to a physical HD or a cloud service.

    Good about the Natural Calm. tim noticed he slept better almost immediately. he takes about a teaspoon a night. I think it was about a week or so later when I noticed he'd stopped complaining about work; he just got up and went cheerfully. he found he's less anxious as well. However, he does notice an increase when he doesn't take it. So he is very religious about using it nightly. Good news about the drive!!
