Been a good Thursday and Friday. Things are damn good around here. tim is happier than I've seen him. No real sense in looking back, but I wish I'd made these small changes long before now … but who knows. Perhaps the timing is just right. Whatever. It is now.

This is the point, Wayne. D/s isn't rocket science. There are a few requirements... a Dom, a sub, trust, honesty … how you get there, well no two stories will ever be the same.

tim asked to look at this chapter, for obvious reasons. Because I am a Dom/alpha top, he wanted to know what I thought of the interactions between Kent and Stanley. First, there is no real right or wrong in D/s relationships. I knew at a much younger age what I was because it permeated all of my life and interactions with people. Some come later to these things because experiences are different. I think that's the case here. I have subs that are twice my age who call me Sir, that's how it is. It is not an age thing at all. How Stanley and Kent have arrived where they are feels natural and real. I think you wrote this well, Wayne. I like the discussion. Subs should be respected and cared for. Anyone who says otherwise you should run from. Trust takes years to build and seconds to destroy. It is vital in a D/s relationship and we work hard to make sure it's maintained. There is no 'better' or 'less than' in D/s. We are each as important at the other and nothing without the other also. Communication, respect and trust are vital.
