  1. This is the truth for many people. Life should be grabbed and embraced, yet so many are afraid to fail, afraid to take that step. I understand why this is so for some people. Usually they are responsible for others, especially children, so they put their own dreams aside. If I had children I would have done the same. But as soon as the little darlings are out the door... I'd make some dreams come true. This is a wonderful poem, tim. I especially like; morning's gold and evening's silver. Wonderful imagery. xo
  2. Thank you. It's just some side effects which are common. That was a first however. I could live without going through that one again, if I'm honest.
  3. Hi all. tim is doing okay. At least today he remembers who I am. Trust me, having your husband look at you and say, "Do i know you?" Is a little on the freaky side. At least he believed the nurses when they told him who I was. His headache is better and he's doing okay. He and Dan spent a quiet day at home. It was beautiful out so they sat in the garden, read, talked and drank iced tea. He says he'll see you tomorrow. I hope you're all doing well.
  4. Just stopping by to say tim won't be around today. He had a procedure done today and has a nasty headache. We'll see how he's doing tomorrow. Thanks and I hope you are all keeping well.
  5. You should watch them. They are very good.
  6. Haha. Poor tim tried the obvious: You Shall Not Pass!
  7. Hmmm, seem to have a shortage of participants here. LOL
  8. Short, sweet, interesting and fun to read. I liked the detective and the police procedure in this story. It would be nice to read more about Detective Ross. I recommend reading this wonderful short story.

  9. tim! Congratulations on your 10th year anniversary on GA! You've created beautiful poetry and written some excellent stories. I look forward to reading what you create in the future. xo
  10. Good s'mores are poetry. That's true. Now like I'm being herded into the kitchen to provide my version of 'help'.
  11. You'd be bored silly by page three. tim's written a few things that describe our lifestyle which are better than whatever I'd come up with. I've written blogs about it. That should be enough for anyone. LOL. D/s in our house is: Michael is the D, tim is the s. I take care of him and he makes me great food. There's a little love tossed in too. The end result is very few arguments, honesty and trust, and a happy marriage. Of course there's now Dan who isn't D or s really, but for some reason it works. Like s'mores.
  12. Always the comedian, eh, Wayne?
  13. Probably about our lifestyle, which includes some kinks.
  14. Nothing wrong with a kink or two.
  15. Good lord, what is going on in here. Poor tim. But never mind, he will rise to the top like a well-proofed sourdough, never crumbling under pressure. His mindset is rare, never overcooked by mainstream heat, and always seasoned with perspective. Critics tried to butter him up or slice him down, but he’s too sharp — grate-fully unbothered. In a world full of microwave takes, he’s slow-cooked, marinated in truth, and served extra basted.
  16. Keep it up! you'll find something.
  17. Hope he doesn't get as tall as I am. It's not all it's cracked up to be. Finding clothes at least here in Canada isn't easy. I order them from the States, the quality is better. My mom is about 5 feet tall. She still chases me with a broom! lol
  18. I can understand that. Not a fan of cooking myself. I know I just would not do that. I know tim prepares things and freezes them. Not full meals however. I suppose it might be an necessary evil but you may not have to do it forever.
  19. I knew that you know. I also know that I put sh*t off and paid for it dearly. So, I hate to see others waste time and/or avoid getting help. I don't anymore when it comes to my health. It affects me and the promises I made to my husband. You've always said to tim that the meds he has to take just help balance chemicals within him. He tried going without them. I agreed with that, then when awful things happened, I didn't. I know you like to try on your own. I hope it works. It may happen that you still need some medication, but less of it, which is always a bonus. Meal prep. I don't even know what that means. You know I'm not great in the kitchen, thankfully tim and Danny both are. Is Meal Prep a requirement to eating right? Really? Would a subscription food service help you? I'm glad you're off to the doctor. People love and need you and you deserve a long and healthy life.
  20. I'm somewhere between Wow and Love for this one. Personally, I think you very aware of who you truly are but keep it quiet until you have a drink or a gummy. Those trigger the flood gates. You do know that alcohol is terrible for you, messes with hormones and makes you fat. Stop drinking. I don't have much good to say about drugs either. And don't tell me you need a drink ... you don't. Take it from an ex-drinker. Best thing I ever did... well other than marry tim.
  21. All right. I'm done here. You lot have a good night. @Reader1810 just cover your eyes at the craziness above.
