Hoping all is well (because that’s most important) 👋 🙏 Missing updates on this wonderful, engaging story.

It was a good, necessary discussion. I’m pleased and surprised at the openness each had during this first talk, all the cards got laid on the table. I think TC and David belong together, I’d like to see them back together but it’s not possible with both of their dominant tendencies. Navigating a friendship while you’re in love with a person you’ve chosen not to be with is a toughie....I’m going to have a problem with them getting involved with other people, lol so I can’t imagine how either one of them will feel if/when that happens. GOOD chapter.

“He knew she was going to comment and wasn’t surprised when she finally asked “So what was going through your mind while you were being a voyeur?” “I wasn’t a voyeur, I was observing.” David had corrected. She had countered with “Did you get sexual satisfaction observing another Dom working with his sub?” She caught him when he blushed and said “Not during the scenes, I masturbated afterward.” “Then you were a voyeur.” she replied in her clipped British accent, an amused smile lighting up her face.” That was my big laugh this chapter, (po-tay-to/po-tah-to, indeed 😆) David’s friendship with Dr. Charlotte and his reunion with Lyssa and Owen were moving; As a side note, I love both the twins personalities-very much a yin and yang thing going on with each being perfect as they are. The scene is now set for the much needed conversation between David and TC; It was a saddened expectation I had reading David’s conclusion on what he wants going forward but I’m not sure TC is on that same page and then again, the heart wants what it wants, lol. I view David as the more disciplined between the two of them, so he might stick to his guns....we’ll see.

Chapter 33 - Coming home - Part 2
FanLit commented on unilive's story chapter in Chapter 33 - Coming home - Part 2
You can let the story of what happened to Mark be a small side story if you don’t want to add it here. I understand why this feels done, as you’ve left the boys (excuse me, men) in a good place in their lives. Mark’s issue will be intriguing because for all that could’ve happened to him with the childhood he had, he’s lived a very fortunate existence, well earned but fortunate. If Mark’s incident involves James, I hope he’s dead. -

Well you’ll have to write more, as we need to know what happened to Mark. Thankfully, he’s clearly recovered from it but inquiring minds want to know: I’m not certain which would be worse, a physical or mental attack. We’re waiting for you to share....”Rob” 😉 -
I’m still holding my opinion on Nick; He’s already not “just a quick fuck”; I’m wondering how far things will go and hope it doesn’t endanger Mark and Rob’s relationship. Boundaries, guys....you’re a couple, not a throuple.

PART 5 - The New Guy - Chapter 26
FanLit commented on unilive's story chapter in PART 5 - The New Guy - Chapter 26
“Again, there's no Covid-19 in their world!!“ ⬆️ That right there is reason enough to read this story, *Sigh* -
Nice progress for TC. LOVE his relationship with Owen and Lyssa, he is clearly as important an adult in their lives as their parents and Mike; I wonder how things will work with him and them if he and David aren’t able to get back together. Can TC and David just be friends? Is that what they want from each other? Looking forward to hearing their first conversation with each other, as well as the deets from David’s trip.

I started to and then felt it was better to start from scratch, lol. -

In rereading this, I realized I forgot to pose a question originally: who was responsible for taking the pictures and video of Rob and Mark kissing? Were The Sun’s paparazzi that intrusive, or was it obtained elsewhere? -
I thought Dr. Charlotte was going to be a psychologist....not only was she a psychologist, she’s a sex psychologist!!!! LOL!! It’s good David wont have to wait to get back stateside for treatment, that he won’t be all pent up; Dr. Charlotte was a true gift to David. 🎁 Looking very forward to David’s next stop. Nice chapter, kbois.

I like TC. I like TC and David together (their connection is amazing) but in the name of love TC made some bad choices, more than David, in my opinion.

When you have the mindset of your way or the high way, you leave no room for compromise; When you don’t bend....you break. While David was shattered by what happened, it was TC who was broken by it. TC and David fell for each other back in college but that romance was thwarted by their tendencies; David looked at it with realistic regret, TC was angry at David back then and never really let it go. (TC’s childhood created an inability in him to compromise on the absolute submission he expected from his partner) When they got back into each other’s lives again, TC was on a mission-to be with David; He knew to be with David, he’d have to break him; It was never with malicious intent of course, TC genuinely believed him being in charge was best, he took David’s flexibility as a sign that he could make a total submissive out of him....when David wasn’t getting with the program, he punished him for it. TC’s love for David was an emotion he couldn’t control so he had to control David. I’m glad TC is getting help and support, it’s particularly sweet it’s David’s family and friends that have rallied around him, they are now his family and friends, too. Our two lovebirds still have a lot of work to do, individually and then together (maybe?)

Chapter 15 - Changing Tides

That was part of the commentary of the person who said you needed an editor. If I noticed an error in your work and wanted to bring it to your attention, I would inbox you, not post it here. 😊 -

While I notice a grammatical error here and there, you do very well. Interesting the one mentioning you needed an editor didn’t edit their own comment: “At leastNash is trying to make admins,” should be “At least Nash is trying to make amends” -

Good for Penn. He needed an adjustment in the way he thought of his life and Nash. At this point, I want them both to be happy, even if it means they won’t be together BUT two weeks in Hawaii?? Well lol, we’ll see what happens; Should there be a reconciliation, their relationship will be even better than it was before. Nice development Mrsgnomie and I look forward to the next chapter. -
Glad to see the second book!! Interesting and adventurous start. I get where David is coming from and it will be interesting to see where this journey (both physical and emotional) takes him. I’m still a fan of them as a couple but TC has much to atone for. A future with TC is not a guarantee.

My opinion was originally to support Kastan not having to be the one to personally deal with or execute his sister in law, in spite of being his brother the emperor’s “muscle”....yet Rushi is literally plotting his murder and isn’t above manipulating and/or harming his immediate family (Rashan and Jihan) to do so; From that perspective, Kastan will have to be the one to kill Rushi, as he will defend his son and husband by any means and would want to personally do so, so consider this an about face of my previous opinion, lol.
-
Everything Jihan has ever needed is at Silver Shore, whether he realizes it or not. In Kastan, he has an equal partner whom he can depend on in every way; They will both teach each other what they need to learn as far as depending on someone else emotionally. It is fortunate that their relationship includes romantic love as well as trust and respect. Unlike Nieth, I think “the burden of a sword against an empress” should fall on the emperor because he loved her and because she has given him two sons-these are not her considerations when she plots treason against her own husband-not even her father’s sacrifice stays her hand in betrayal; That should not be a task asked of another family member, whichever faction that dispatched her father should also handle her; The only exception to this would be if Kastan had to physically defend himself or his family against Rushi. For all the frustrations this chapter brought Jihan, it was a nice break from the other drama and served to bring he and his husband closer.

Chapter 14 - Starting Over

Nicely said, especially the part about the stunting of Penn’s emotional development; Many people stay frozen in the time of a traumatic emotional event. -
Chapter 14 - Starting Over

“What’s there to do?... “I think you’re making a bigger deal out of this than it needs to be. You said it yourself, you need to focus on this crap with Lee. You need to get divorced and take his ass to the cleaners. Then you need a job and a place to live. You need to get things lined up so you can move on. Penn might be nice to look at but you haven’t even known him for very long. It’s not like you guys have history. It won’t be hard to make a clean break. Sure, it sucks, but whatcha gonna do about it? Penn and Cam are having a baby. They’ll need time to figure out what that looks like for them. He may want you but they need him. Shit, neither of you need a distraction right now. Ya both need to focus on your own drama.” I still say this applies and if Penn is broken he broke himself; Besides not telling Nash about the pregnancy in Thailand, he could have cleared things up after when they talked at the side of the road. If Nash wants to “fix” Penn, he’ll be going above and beyond; Penn’s communication skills suck.- 101 comments

When I was reading the story, I thought the most exciting thing I’d have to say was “road head!!”....but it’s not. Oh Mrsgnomie. Why?!?! It’s clear one of the three times Penn had sex with Cam was a few months ago; (or is it?) That’s a why in and of itself-the bigger why is why didn’t Penn tell Nash?!?!?!?!? If Penn really wants a future with Nash (because now I don’t know what the fuck to think) this baby would be a part of their lives; Even from a best friend perspective, Penn should have told Nash something. Knowing all that Nash has been through with deception and lies recently, I don’t understand how he thought keeping this a secret would be a good thing. I guess the baby’s a girl (Penny?) Wow. Wow.

Knott flavored salt, which makes it worse. 🧂

I’ve been thinking the same as the story progressed but tough titties for him. Even though we know Nash wasn’t cheating, the only thing that should matter to Lee is that his hoeish ass is the one that got caught.
