  1. Jack is facing a choice... in the chapter I just posted! And I hope he'll convince you that he's done a lot of growing up, too. And that was one possible future. Not the real one which Jack will make for himself and his beloved Theo and Vee.
  2. What a beautiful and elaborate comment! I wish to be as talented. I do like the idea of Vince as a bit of a gypsy... he'd fit the description!
  3. Jack, like Theo, had his fair share of adventures, so let's see how much he's grown up...
  4. And you will have all the answers now. With the trio reunited, there's only a long happy end left.
  5. Yep, I love myself a tasty revelation stew!
  6. Indeed! Just wait for it!
  7. He's been through a lot... he must have changed at least a little bit!
  8. Yes, and not only of the Moon
  9. Chapter Forty-Seven – Child of the Sun, Child of the Moon Jack scooted closer to Vince. A chill had snuck inside him – how, he didn’t know, because he had so much fur to begin with – and it seemed like he couldn’t get warm no matter what he did. Vince was doing his best to lend him his body heat, but Jack was just short of having his teeth start to chatter. “Jack, what’s wrong?” Vince asked. Even if the guardian was doing his best to hide how troubled he was, it was obvious even to som

    True Heart

    He will
  11. Yes, but we know that he's not human tonight, lol! I only knew the quote in Romanian, and according to the Internet, it went like: "You're not human tonight, Marlowe." Funny thing, in Romanian, that translated as 'tonight you're not reasonable, Marlowe' - I have no idea why the translator made this choice...

That would be obvious! Now, I read Sherlock Holmes such a long time ago... Lawrence and Ali might be a little more hotheaded then that duo!

Then I declare the search for the perfect name open!

Hmm, hmm... would Bastien lie to Lawrence about Norris's tutoring?

I won't go into detail about Ali's condition, but it is one of the reasons why he isn't crazy about studying...

He is a charmer... so let's hope that makes readers forgive Lawrence for falling so quickly so hard.

Super song! And fun fact, when I was growing up, one particular myth going about was that gay men had Friday as their day or the week... so imagine what we were thinking about The Cure's 'Friday I'm in Love'! And it would make sense for the novel's soundtrack to be preponderantly European! But with a dash of music from the US, because indeed, someone like Madonna was pretty influential starting then.

Fluffy slippers, huh? What an interesting guess The twins might be mysterious... but you'll see enough of Ali to draw your conclusions, while Felix will pop up here and there.

The planting of the book is one thread that will be continued and will matter. Lawrence will figure out, eventually, who it was. Lawrence must find balance! It's the only way, but not the easy way.

True - I also noticed - I don't claim it's always the truth - that people with more intellectual capacity tend not to think themselves in terms of 'I'd never do that'. Lawrence accepts his attraction to Bastien - and he won't deny it.

That is his battle - and his war - to win it, he will either choose one or the other, or find a way to reconcile the two - love/lust with duty/principles

I didn't mention the artist... but if it felt that way to you, I don't oppose it! Yes, Madonna was on the rise in the 80s - even in my country, under a communist regime, we knew who Madonna was.
