Lol.. yeah Jenny got a good hit in. And nooo.. Cj isn't named from our resident cliffhanging goat. Although that scene was intentionally CJ, but that's the only similarity. The goat, although evil with cliffhangers, isn't mean spirited like this story.

Thank you for leaving a review! Yes, they are very comfortable physically with one another... you'll see what I may be hinting at if you continue reading.

Lol. I don't know if Corey's best friends have it in them to take on Big bag Coach Lee Wells. Thanks for reading. I'm halfway through Chapter 29. Might finish it tonight. Right at this very second Corey is pretty determined to follow through, we'll see if that lasts.

Oh we have a determined Corey now, so. We'll see what sort of things he does next.

SIS 28 Waking up I looked down to see Trouble prancing around the bottom of the bed looking over the edge. Groaning, I sat up and rubbed the tiredness of my eyes. Seeing me awake she let out a bark, but kept pacing the edge of the bed. Standing I slid into a pair of shorts and scooped her into my arms and walked her out of the bedroom and down the narrow hallway to the front door. I glanced over at the table to see Mom sipping a cup of coffee. She gave me a smile as I opened the door and wa

Lol. You riled up seems exciting, glad I achieved it. The "on your period" is a pet peeve of mine. But I'm finding men and women both say it.. it is actually rare to hear the, 'having my period' comment. Although in the south it's just not discussed a whole lot unless some guy finds their woman bitchy.. lol. Clinton and Corey may not work out.. at this point there's not a lot of reason for it. Clinton doesn't deserve Corey.. a lot of things have to be done.. yes. I see Greg two ways.. apologetic and respectful and manipulative. A Greg that would allow Corey to seduce him, may actually be a nice change, at least he had the balls to come back and try to win back the person he wants.. And yes, Jenny should still go to the police, Cj pissing her off, she may still yet. She has ammo.. eight or nine little yipping bullets.. lol. Well until 'Friday.'

I never could get into soccer. It just seems too anti-climactic most of the time. They get all the way down towards the opponent's goal and one good kick sends the ball all the way back. Or they get an off-sides call. Although the shots on goal can be entertaining... Baseball is just as stagnant at times and anti-climactic, but I do watch baseball. Maybe it's just what I grew up being a part of. Soccer is just now being coached in our grade schools where I grew up for shits and giggles.. they hardly ever have a team large enough to fill all the required positions. It's just not here and likely never will be and that's a shame. Probably why I'm not a fan of hockey either - there's no coverage or nothing here. Although I think there is a minor-league hockey team in Kentucky - possibly? Baseball is the only professional sport I watch. I dislike the NBA and the NFL.

Lol. Well Greg is banking on Clinton royally messing things up, so he's just biding his time. The real question is, should he have taken the risk anyway? As for Clinton and Corey both, something needs to happen and it's not going to be easy for either of them.. can't be at this point.
-
Yeah, I agree, Greg and Corey may be too different to be a lasting couple.. but you have to wonder at this point if Clinton and Corey aren't too different either... I see Clinton denying it where Corey hasn't.. no one has asked him about being gay apart from Jenny.. and he came out to her. But, Clinton has shown himself a coward.. and Corey has shown himself a coward as well.. I knew that people may fall out of respect for both characters a little, but I think I overkilled it a little bit. We'll see if they finally stop.
-
Aww. I see where it is difficult to feel sorry for Clinton when he allows Cj to bash Corey the way that he does. Maybe he'll redeem himself.. and maybe not. Life is full of these chances and a lot of the time we don't take them. But it would be nice to see Clinton do it. As for Corey, he's never really been the violent type, but maybe... MAYBE.

ERRRIICC!! Hi

SIS 27 The sun was just beginning to set when I made my way out of town, casting shadows and an orange glow on everything. I almost turned around every chance I got. I didn’t want to see Clinton, not really. I had to know if I had reasons to doubt him though. All those things he did I’d forgiven him for, but should I have? He had pushed me into the river and broke my arm. He had talked badly about me and laughed along with Cj’s jabs. He never defended me. With all that how could he have mad

Welcome back Mr. Goat.

Aww. I'm sorry.. If it wasn't an Anthology - it probably would have had a happier ending, or not.. but at least you liked the story, not all of them can be happy.

Story Review Featured Story: Roommates
Krista commented on Renee Stevens's blog entry in Gay Authors News
Aww Wow Louis. I had no idea you were doing a review. A very nice surprise. I enjoyed writing Roommates, I needed something to refresh me as far as writing was concerned so I started this story. Your review brought out depth in the characters that I probably overlooked as the author. I'll have to read it again for sure. -
Yayyy!! Congratulations Graeme!
-
Aww, you supplied nice insight on Clinton's mind... and thanks a ton for reading and reviewing.
-
I like this review, but I have to ask why you vilify Greg for remaining quiet and unfaithful, when Clinton has been unable to defend Corey at any turn. Back in Clinton's kitchen, the morning after, the party, the river, the wedding, the flag football game, etc. He was Cj's puppet through all of those and through all of those Greg was his rock. Now that Greg left and Clinton became that rock, Greg is now the "thorn" of sorts. Greg/Corey didn't have time to commit to one another. Clinton and Corey has, but that can only get them so far and 'if' Clinton goes back to the way he is around Cj, then there isn't a future there and never will be either. I think it is because Greg happened early and Clinton is happening now... for the most part. But the story as a whole - is Clinton any more stable and better than Greg at this point? I'd have to say not really.
-
Wow, you're moving through the story quickly. Thanks for leaving all those reviews. I tried to respond to a few of those, but didn't want to list any spoilers as you read through.. lol. Your reactions are nice.
-
lol. You got that right, the dog is a launching point. Poor Trouble.
-
Thanks for reading, Ricky. I'll try not to spoil it for you as you read.
-
Lol. I think it is a fair point, that Corey shouldn't have said anything to Greg, that Clinton was just saying those things to placate (is that the right word?) Cj in hopes of keeping their secret safe. But to Corey, it wasn't two or three weeks ago that Clinton probably would have said them and meant them.. or at least meant them enough to cause Corey pain/anger. That's where Corey is right now.. that even if Clinton seemed to have changed, what he has been saying hasn't.. so has he changed at all? You see all these good things that Clinton has done, but you can't forget that he played a major role in all the bad as well. And "Cj" I think earlier I kept switching from Cj to CJ that I think I was driving people crazy and my editor told me to pick one.. so I chose the one easier to type. I'm not even sure what the C and the J stand for, I don't think I've ever really mentioned it? If I have I can't remember. If it doesn't stand for anything, then the J would be lowercase? Or maybe I'm wrong.. haha. And the rink, yes. It was supposed to be a disaster date.. and taking a person banged up like Corey to a rink is a bad decision.
-
Hiii Benji, that is why the date bombed, yes? Or at least it should have been a fair warning that it would have tanked.. lol. Very dangerous, with a broken arm. And who is standing in shadows.. hmm, I can name quite a few people in that tiny town that are. The real question is, which ones will step into the light.
