I am here because my very best friend Derek came out - well he was outed by hormones and not knowing how to hide his internet history. He was actually my first boyfriend apart from, "If you let me borrow your pencil, I'll be your girlfriend," stage of life. We had the space and sadly he didn't have any family apart from his stepfather still in the state. So I guess my Mom unofficially adopted him for six or so years. Being in such a small town there wasn't a whole lot of stuff for him to relate to. We both easily ran through all the gay movies and such that we could find here and what came on television. So I actually started writing and he started reading. Getting to know him through all of his depressions, anxieties, fears.. the years he became comfortable with himself and became a bit of a slut... don't worry he admits to it. Then Jason who we both went to school with who was outed by his twin lived with us for two years, which actually caused my mother to have a few fits, but we got through it. So I started writing for him as well. Derek eventually found Greg about his Junior year in high school. Greg and Derek are still together, by the way - eleven years. I found Nifty around that time, either Sophomore/Junior year by, again, Derek not hiding his web searches. The layout scared me to death and a lot of the stories were wayyy too raunchy and the layout too porno. But I posted stories there and then formed my own Yahoo group after noticing a lot of the authors that I read had them too. I later found GA through Dom and some other authors. I didn't join, the forum layout worried me and I wasn't used to communicating online with people. So I stayed with my Yahoo group and it expanded to close to 3,000 members. Not a lot of them stayed past signing up for it, but eh. Then a reader kept pushing GA on me and told me that it was fine. The little shithead wasn't a member himself, I miss him at times but we lost touch after he started college. But I finally did join and post my stories here. Starting out I was only brave enough to wish people happy birthdays. Anyway, I don't show Derek, Greg, or Jason my stories anymore. I don't think I've mentioned to them that I still write, they probably think I stopped a long time ago. Long story short, I guess I can say that I was one of the people Dom brought here.

I'm just going to say, good for her. It doesn't really matter about the when, why, how, etc. When a person has become comfortable enough within themselves is what is important.

Not sure of his name, but the guy that won the Skiing event, that one where they went for like ever... a sort of marathon... Or something, he was cute. lol. Very tall.. too bad it's cold so shrinkage is a factor, so you just don't know... but he was a hunk of man. SIS 24 I found myself staring at the clock on the microwave as the sky darkened. It wasn’t that far of a walk to the library for me, where everyone else would be parking. Thankies JoAnn! I need to check these older stories for reviews from time to time! I thought about doing a few shorts with these characters, but I likely won't ever get to them. It was refreshing to do a comedy.

Nothing. Just like married people who find a nice match outside the marriage. If they want to remain committed to the person they are with, then they don't act on those feelings. They will come up, we are only human. Our brains and our hormones try to get us into trouble, but it is our 'actions' that do. It will go away or fluctuate between bouts of jealousy/dismissal and intense attraction. But you are old enough to know that straight means straight and gay means gay, if the guy is straight, then there isn't a button on him that you can push to get your way as far as that goes. Just keep yourself professional by the book and do not allow yourself to even tip-toe the line. If you do, then you have opened yourself to 'possibilities' that only exist in your head. Won't be a wise or good course of action at all.

Personal expression usually is innocent, evaluated by the person that is posting, and based on their own opinions and factual claims. Trolling hardly ever is innocent and is geared towards baiting other people and distractions.

I can't see how anyone can be 'ok' with street racing. I don't understand that at all, that just blew my mind completely. You are endangering pretty much everyone else on the street, pedestrians on the side walks, and as well as yourself and everyone else involved. It is just as bad as driving drunk and just as illegal. Drunk doesn't even always kill, but speed most usually always does, the safety of a vehicle is dependent on street speeds, once you exceed those limitations, the vehicle you are driving is no longer safe, period. You are pretty much driving a deadly machine on a road that isn't made for that sort of traffic. I have never respected him. His antics far exceeds his talent. It just isn't worth it to me to care about anything to do with him. What I do hate is that these people are truly dangerous to everyone around them and all they do is get minor accountability for it.

Yep Greg is back. The reason Amy is no longer in the picture will come to light. And you bring up an interesting point with Clinton. I'm glad you did. *Tries to look angelic*. But it was a good sign that Corey kept to his original plan, right? Shows integrity I think. And I also agree, Corey didn't even trust Clinton, like a few days ago.. or a week or so ago? Lol, I'm not evil! Yeah trust isn't easy after a past they shared together.. it's easier now that Cj is out of the picture, but he'll be back soon as well. And of course I was going to bring Greg back I left that sooo unresolved for a reason.
