I love your version of the Snow Queen. She is cold and emotionless, but all she actually wants is to be able to feel something again. Unfortunately, she doesn't care about the means to get there precisely because she can't feel anything, so even hurting or killing someone means nothing to her. Oh I just realized this is the last chapter. Fuck! XD when is the next one?

Also, Diego and Rachel's relationship ending has been foreshadowed for a while now, I think it's about time for one of them to break it off "I'm ready to give up a lot of things for you," Diego whispered. - oh really, Diego? And what would those things be? You don't even seem ready to come out Anyway, I loved the chapter! Michelle surprised me a bit with how friendly she is. Marg is definitely the one that could ruin everyone's lives as she pleases...

The blacksmith is more experienced in pounding the anvil, I'd say. And I may or may not steal this expression for a future chapter. Yes, Esthor's scepter is indeed mightier than Zane's sword, even though both weapons are long and hard. The king must not be paying him enough :D You're right, Fendrel wants revenge because of some injustice from the past. He has his reasons, which we'll learn in time.
