    Totally forgot to mention...... (yes, those are multiple dots Tim😆🤭😉) I have a sneaky suspicion Bill Martin is 'Peter' on his way to meet 'Dan'. Of course names and places have been changed to protect the innocent. 🤣

    You learned your lesson well. This version was a vast change from the rough draft and so much better. Like @Canuk, I have my reservations about the longevity of their relationship, but if they can keep the lines of communication open, they have a good chance. Kudos to you for tackling a new genre. You have a talent for words that gets better with each story. I'm looking forward to what you can show us in A Squire's Tale Great job Tim!
