I’m not remotely surprised that this counsellor is already showing signs of wanting to get violent with Robbie as I’d expect Don to find someone like that. Though I wish Robbie had been more cautious I’m not remotely upset that he didn’t lie about himself as if nothing else while Don might have pretended to believe it this jerk of a “counsellor” wouldn’t have bought the lie. I mean he likes to toss around words like confused but I seriously doubt he’d go along with Robbie agreeing that was/is the case as I’m sure he wants to “straighten” Robbie out thoroughly. When I say I wish he has been more cautious I mean I wish Robbie had found a way to have someone nearby maybe hiding just incase things took a nasty turn and hopefully next time he will now that the guy essentially threatened him. At the very least maybe he’ll hide his phone with the camera pointed at them or somehow record what’s going on so he’ll have proof if the guy gets violent, sexual, or both. I feel sorry for Robbie but he needs to let go of Nathan as pining after a guy he himself dumped is not healthy nor was their relationship exactly healthy. I mean if his suspicions about those videos are correct Nathan has been hoping for a threesome for a while and despite the fact Robbie might have enjoyed the physical aspects of it I predict there would have been a good deal of emotional fallout if he had gone through with it. I also still distrust Nathan’s sincerity and fidelity overall so I have hope Robbie will find a better boyfriend. I feel a little sorry for Daniel who’s kind of stuck in the middle though despite his claims there’s no way he’s not a tad biased in Nathan’s favor as he’s known him a lot longer than Robbie. I hope Robbie doesn’t keep trying to get info out of him as it just makes Daniel uncomfortable and it’ll just keep the wound open if Robbie continues to try to figure out if Nathan misses him. I think it would do Robbie a world of good if he could do the impossible and take a stress free vacation away from some of his sources of stress aka Don, Sue, and Nathan. Sadly, a stress free vacation is impossible plus he’d never want to return. Don has no blackmail material on Robbie nor anything he wants very much in order to bribe him so I don’t know what he could have up his sleeve as his secret weapon. The only thing I can think of is maybe Don has some way of blackmailing Robbie through someone he cares about though I don’t know what he could have on one of Robbie’s very few friends. It could be a bribe but the only thing Robbie seems to want besides Nathan back is to get away from his oh so loving “parents” so I don’t know what Don could offer him so he’d pretend to be straight.

Billy and Brandon need some much needed along time though he couldn’t abandon Trace especially with Mikey being so worried about his brother. One thing Billy could have said which would have sounded harsh though not untrue is that Trace is turning into a drunk like his father. Perhaps the comparison would help knock some sense into him considering he hates how is father has been in the past. I used to be worried about something happening between them if Trace knew and was open to the possibility himself yet regardless I think Bobby should tell Trace he’s gay considering he still doesn’t know as far as I recall. I mean he considers Trace a friend and trusts him yet he doesn’t know this important thing about Billy.

Daniel has been Nathan’s friend longer than he has been Robbie’s brother plus he doesn’t owe Robbie anything information wise in my opinion just because they’re brothers despite what Robbie thinks/wants. Robbie shouldn’t take his comment that Nathan is the same as usual as in not upset by their breakup seriously as that’s the bland response everyone often gives as Daniel is unlikely to tell Robbie how Nathan feels especially considering Nathan probably asked him not to. Of course some cynical part of me feels while he may miss Robbie to some extent Nathan will find it a lot easier to move on and is possibly already with a new guy if only a purely physical relationship. I can’t help this suspicion I’ve always had of Nathan despite him typically coming off as nice if a bit vain & self centered. Nathan wanting to meet up with Alex doesn’t mean he was cheating on Robbie with him nor planning to rather he might have been going to confront Alex in person with any suspicions regarding what might have been going on between him & Robbie. Of course I could easily see Alex betraying Robbie’s trust by having sex with his at the time boyfriend as I’m fairly certain that letter Nathan mentioned was likely left for him while he was already dating Robbie and I suspect Nathan has lied to Robbie about some things like his supposed lack of sexual experience so while I think this information isn’t really damning I can’t say it’s impossible that they were having sex while Nathan was dating Robbie. Nathan’s constant flirting that Tom noticed really bothered me and it could have been even more suggestive when Robbie wasn’t around and could have represented Nathan’s true desire to have sex with someone else. If it wouldn’t have gotten back to Robbie I wouldn’t have been surprised if Nathan had flirted with Tom or even blatantly suggested they have sex even if he phrased it in the form of a threesome with Robbie so it didn’t imply he planned to cheat on him. The best thing would be for Robbie to calmly confront Alex asking him what that call was about as well as asking him about that letter he supposedly left Nathan despite the fact I not only think Robbie being calm about all this is impossible but also because Alex has no reason to be honest with him. Maybe Alex is just trying to be a a good friend rather than hoping for sex but with his track record along with the fact he has a girlfriend I don’t think it’s a bad idea that Robbie get some space between them regardless of anything having potentially gone on between him & Nathan. The theory mentioned in the comments above about Alex having potentially been going to see Nathan instead of Jenny is an interesting one but it’s a bit out of left field so while it’s intriguing Alex apparently being bi would indicate to me that he’s more likely going to “see” Jenny than secretly hooking up with Nathan. I’m glad Mr. Andrews and Walter stepped in to help Robbie as we all suspected this counselor would do more harm than good as Don would surely seek a likeminded individual to “counsel” Robbie. What concerns me is his past actions apparently being bad enough to have him banned from the school grounds as negative rhetoric regarding those of LGBTQ+ community doesn’t seem like enough grounds for the school to ban him making me wonder if he’s physically abused people as a means of “conversion”. Still, the school might be within their rights to ban him because of his negative verbal actions as verbal abuse can be horrible as well. Don is going to blow his top when Mr. Andrews tries to dissuade him from using this counselor and unless Walter pulls some strings I see Don insisting Robbie see this guy as considering he’s not only Robbie’s guardian but his adopted father, due to Robbie in my opinion foolishly signing the papers to become part of this warped family, it’s not as if Mr. Andrews can exactly interfere with things that take place off school grounds. Robbie desperately needs someone trustworthy to talk to and confide in so he can gain some control of his anger as well as impulsive actions though I’m still not sure how much he can manage to control his anger when one source of his anger AKA Don & Sue will continue to antagonize him.

Oddly Perry is irritated because in my opinion Jesse was joking around like that to disturb the party somewhat because he’s finally showing some jealousy where Jessica is concerned not to mention he was truly getting tired of all those kisses especially being a gay guy. Perry is suddenly more worried about her and after one handjob seems more focused on her feelings as well as his feeling for her than Jesse. He seems to realize that and it’s making him feel conflicted as I expected it to. In the end part of this whole mess is the lies they feel forced to tell as he can’t be in a relationship with Jesse that allows him to show affection in public or around their friends, family, etc...while this relationship with Jessica not only is hormone driven but allows him to display affection where everyone can see it. Essentially it’s like he doesn’t even have an official relationship with Jesse and that’s likely part of why their relationship doesn’t work out in the end. He wants to be with Jesse like any “normal” couple yet because of all the homophobia he can’t. It’s sad that they’re already showing small signs of growing apart as they seem so sweet together.

Perry went with his hormones but at least he did something he wanted rather than just did it because Jessica wanted it. He’s still such a pushover though and even with Jesse saying it’s ok I couldn’t have done that when I have someone I say I love. He’s going to be feeling so conflicted now, Jessica has really fallen for him, and now he has this drama with Noah. He’s either about to get the big brother don’t hurt my sister talk or with his luck find out Noah is attracted to him as well. Perry keeps getting into messes with his inability to say no and bad judgement.

If Kyle was in there with Melissa I’m a kangaroo. Melissa isn’t the type to be shy and would have revealed herself to Perry with a grin on her face if it had been her in the room nor am I certain Kyle would be that shy about revealing her presence either if it was Melissa. I’m hoping it’s Jessica of all people though it’s unlikely as Perry isn’t truly interested in her in a romantic sense and it would make things easier if he found out it was her as he’d have an excuse to dump her. Of course naive Perry thinks it was Melissa and may never find out who it was. I don’t blame Kyle for cheating assuming they don’t have an open relationship considering Melissa doesn’t seem interested in being faithful either. I doubt Perry is the only guy she’s tried to have sex with and I bet normally they say yes so go Kyle. 😂

Yep, Jesse’s little plan really helped...make things worse. Perry keeps allowing himself to be pushed into situations he doesn’t want to be in. It’s no wonder he will apparently end up married to a woman yet still harbor feelings for Jesse. I wish Jesse would be a little more conscious of how Perry is and help him rather than often assist in getting him into these situations. If it weren’t for the whole church makeout thing with Jessica that Jesse planned things wouldn’t have likely have snowballed so much leading Perry into this relationship with her he doesn’t really want not that it’s totally his fault as it’s mainly Perry’s inability to say no that gets him into these situations. It would honestly help a little bit if Jesse was a typical jealous boyfriend who didn’t want Perry being with anyone else as it would have assisted in helping prevent some of these things as Perry’s feelings for him might have helped him learn to say no.

Sometimes I kind of hate Jesse. Once again he tricked and used Perry potentially for his own desires. I know he was seemingly trying to help Morgan but you know especially with his bondage kink that he was turned on by this whole thing plus the fact he planned all of it with Morgan ahead of time including the bondage scenario being Perry’s back has me suspicious if that was possibly even his idea since it is his little kink. He also should know that something is kind of psychologically off with Perry where despite him not using his safe word I’d still call this rape as Perry apparently can’t say no to anyone. He always puts others above himself and clearly from his inner thoughts he didn’t want any of this yet went along with it because he didn’t want to hurt Morgan. Now Jesse likely helped make things worse just as he warned Perry might happen as Morgan is even more interested in Perry from a sexual standpoint now. I’m not sure Jesse helped Morgan in any way except to acknowledge he’s bisexual which is something Perry can’t acknowledge for himself despite his attraction to other guys like Reggie. I think it’s great Morgan has realized he’s likely bisexual but I don’t think it was worth putting Perry through all of this. At the end of the chapter Perry’s huge heart has him acting as if nothing is wrong but I’d be angry with Jesse for a long time. Poor Perry needs to learn that he has value because obviously it’s his low self esteem that has him putting others always above himself. As I said Jessse should know this negative trait of Perry’s and should have known he wouldn’t use the safe word despite his repeated saying to Morgan he should do whatever he wanted because Perry knew the safe word. I will never be able to see this as anything but rape even though Jesse seemingly had good intentions. It’s just sick to me that Jesse helped arranged this with his claims of love for Perry and he just keeps pulling stuff like this though this is the furthest he’s ever gone. It is even worse knowing this is reportedly based on actual events as I feel extreme sympathy for the real life Perry.

Ugh Perry has just implied he has a crush on Jessica at the very least if not given the impression he’s in love with her even though he’s in love with Jesse. To me Jessica has already shown she’s not the best girlfriend by being a doormat when it comes to Clarissa and seemed somewhat interested in sharing Perry despite him making it obvious it wasn’t what he wanted. It took him saying he had strong feelings for her to get her to snap out of that and to essentially not assist in raping him. Of course poor pushover Perry was pleading with Jessica as if he would have gone along with it if she hadn’t finally said no while he should have just walked away. He needs to grow a pair.

Here we go with Perry giving into someone else’s desires and making them happy doing something he doesn’t seem to want to do. If anything his repeated offers seem like an insult implying that’s the only reason Gary wants to be around him rather than Gary wanting to be his friend. Despite Jesse repeatedly saying he wouldn’t mind something like this Perry is liable to feel guilty afterwards if he goes through with it.

Wow that was deep and a tragic story. Gary & Theresa have a unique relationship as not only is she ok with him being attracted to Perry but doesn’t seem to mind him acting on it either. Then there is the flirting with Perry and kissing him she did herself so I’m guessing they have an open relationship. Once again Perry seems to put everyone else’s needs & desires above his own with him offering Gary what was essentially a pity/gift blowjob when he considers himself in love with Jesse. I know he’s young and yet while we have foreknowledge their relationship doesn’t workout along with the fact Jesse doesn’t seem to care I can’t get over how free Perry is with physical things with others even if it is something small like a kiss. Honestly I’m a little surprised he didn’t go along with the multiple opportunities of at the very least handjobs from other guys that has come up in the past if only out of a desire to make the other person happy though to be fair more than once he almost went along with it seemingly just to make them happy. He’s 14 and horny so I wouldn’t blame him for being a little promiscuous especially when Jesse has given him permission yet I don’t like him doing it just for the sake of others.

Perry is such a pushover but at the same time in this chapter it feels more like he’s emberassed & nervous about Jessica’s advances rather than not wanting them like in previous chapters. Now he’s essentially dating her but he already has a boyfriend. I know Jesse says he doesn’t care, which is something I don’t get, but if Perry is going to keep claiming to only want Jesse then he needs to man up enough to tell her he’s not interested. The problem is hormone wise he is interested in her and technically he’s in an open relationship so there’s nothing stopping him except his own morals which are degrading over time. I think it’s partially Perry’s desire to see everyone else happy like his random wacky idea for a 3some between him, Jesse, and Tom with the belief it would help with the Derek situation by distracting Tom from Derek despite his seemingly not wanting to physically be with any guy outside of Jesse as he tends to get shy when it comes to anything sexual with other guys regardless of his apparent attraction to them. He tends to put the needs of others and their desires above his own.

Well I was expecting a twist and hoping Jesse wasn’t there at first. Then I changed my mind and began hoping he was because Perry getting beaten bloody for no reason seemed well messed up. Now he’s gone through all this, will likely get crushed, and have nothing to show for it except a major hospital bill. Kind of funny Perry has them so convinced he’s skilled and a little regretful Jesse hasn’t even taught him those defensive moves yet let alone the moves he refused to teach him. I can’t see Perry lasting for more than a few seconds once the fight actually starts though if he knows the “Karate Kid” it may cause him to hesitate though I doubt he will fail to fight Perry.

Well this doesn’t sound like a rape scene about to unfold or anything. I was hoping Jesse wasn’t there but at this point I hope he is as I don’t like the idea of Perry going through all this trauma for nothing.

Ugh Jesse has it bad I know money wise but he has a roof over his head as well as food in his stomach. He’s risking his life for money and it’s so not worth it. Maybe this description isn’t actually Jesse but he danced around with the wording never actually promising Perry he wouldn’t take part in a cage match rather he said the logistics made it impossible. It’s liable to be over something silly like wanting money to buy Perry a nice birthday present while Perry would prefer he not risk his life rather than do so for his benefit. Jesse is also a little naive as when Perry mentioned that people brought in weapons to this type fight Jesse said they wouldn’t let that go on when you know they definitely will. He’s probably done stuff like this before sadly.

Perry is playing with fire and is kind of a push over. Jesse clearly doesn’t care about Perry being with others yet despite Perry saying he only wants Jesse he keeps getting into these situations with Jessica. It’s like on one hand it’s hormone driven and on the other he just can’t say no. If he really didn’t want to be with anyone else but Jesse he could honestly say he’s not interested in Jessica without revealing the truth nor lying. I knew he wasn’t thinking clearly when he said his fictional relationship was over as Jessica would pounce then but poor Perry can’t stand lying. Of course I think Jesse is a little overtly paranoid because I think some people like Tom should be told the truth of their relationship as I think it would make things easier as while Tom would know Perry could be physically attracted to him he would also know he’s taken so he might get over his crush faster. I think Tom could keep his mouth shut and that it wouldn’t be a huge threat to tell him. Derek on the other hand with his past attempt to blackmail them and his claim/belief they were gay with no proof is someone I wouldn’t tell as I don’t think he has shown he could be trusted to keep it a secret. Derrin is also someone I might tell as he’s not the least bit homophobic but he also seems to have a big mouth so he might tell someone. Sadly Morgan has given hints he’s homophobic so sadly Perry can’t tell his best friend and I wouldn’t trust Jessica either as while the truth might get her to lay off she comes off as manipulative so she might use the information against Perry. She seems nice but cunning. Overall I just wish they could tell someone and that Perry could learn to say no. At this rate he’s going to end up in a relationship with Jessica and feel guilty even though Jesse acts like he wouldn’t care.

Glad to see that last chapter was a nightmare and not the awake kind as either way that situation was a nightmare. I knew that ending didn’t fit with Morgan’s character but wow I was glad to see it wasn’t a real event.

Damn sounds like Morgan was in on this whole thing. That’s why Derek replied they were tight when Perry asked him what Morgan would think if he knew about this. I am shocked. I can’t believe this is all about his brotherly desire to protect Derek from what might be seen as a threat against him due to his comments as I’m sure he has an idea of what’s going on. I hope I’m wrong and Morgan doesn’t end up raping Perry himself or something like that.

Ugh they should tell Morgan about his brother blackmailing them. I doubt he’d believe these pictures that I’m not even sure exist prove they’re gay and despite some of his words sounding homophobic I don’t think he’d hate Perry for being gay. In the end I think he’d help keep his brother quiet but sadly they’re going to give into the blackmail. They only have his word he’ll delete those photos so he could just blackmail them again later if he keeps copies plus their attitudes, such as Jesse’s anger over Perry being involved, are kind of confirming his suspicions that they’re gay. I wonder if he’s lying about the pictures because when he first started threatening them he admitted it would be cool if they were gay implying he was bluffing only to then suddenly claim he had pictures of them tougher that make them look gay. I’m assuming if he does have photos they’re at most holding hands because he seems uncertain if they are gay so it can be anything too intimate like kissing. It’s kind of sad Tom has feelings for this little jerk as they can’t tell him what Derek is really like. This would have been slightly easier if they had come clean and trusted Tom with their secret. It wouldn’t have stopped this though and he’d still probably call them liars claiming they just wanted Derek for themselves.

I get why Jesse did what he did even if it was for stupid reasons but he’s a totally different person when he’s in his acting mode. He keeps using his past as an excuse to not only push Perry away but now it almost seems like he could justify any bad decision by bringing up his past. I get that he has a terrible history that in truth Perry knows little about but he can’t keep allowing it to control his life. What will happen next? I just wonder if he’ll keep trying to push Perry away.

I get Jesse wanting to pretend to be straight for fear of what could happen if people find out and maybe this is somehow tied to the attempted rape of Perry...but it seems kind of shitty of him. He’s made it clear he’s fine with Perry doing things with other people but he’s kind of forcing him into this situation. Even if Perry enjoys making out with Jessica, assuming he does, he’s still not interested in initiating it let alone happy with with the idea of his boyfriend kissing someone else. It is kind of strange how Jesse’s personality can change so rapidly and I don’t get why this situation results in him being so much more outgoing compared to others. I’m guessing this is just a joke to him and he’s doing this for a laugh at Perry’s expense which is a terrible thing to do to someone you claim to love. I assume maybe it’s a joke or some twisted idea he’s doing this for Perry’s benefit because he knows he’s attracted to Jessica because of his claims of being 100% gay as I don’t get why he would want to make out with a girl for his own sake if he’s gay. He keeps making Perry jealous and sometimes it’s clearly on purpose like how he told Perry it was none of his business who he slept with along with how he refuses to tell Perry if he was attracted to Derek.

Perry needs to wake up to the fact he’s obviously bisexual and not Jesse-sexual lol as he lusts after both genders too much to assume he’s straight with Jesse being the exception. They’re kind of young for true love plus we already know this doesn’t work out in the end so some recent comments by Jesse have me seeing trouble on the horizon. First there was the comment I initially took as sort of a joke where Jesse told Perry it wasn’t any of his business who he was sleeping with but now this chapter ends with Jesse staring off after Jason as if he’s mesmerized/infatuated with him causing me to worry about Jesse being faithful. Perry of course had to throw in that compliment about Jesse’s singing talent which will likely lead to Jesse spending time with Jason. Jesse deserves other friends and could come out of his shell more except I get the same vibe Perry does that indicates Jason is likely gay. Two gay guys can be just friends but with Jesse’s apparent lust for or even dare I say crush on Jason it’ll kill Perry if they end up having sex together. Jesse doesn’t seem to care if Perry has sex with anyone else so maybe he considers them in an open relationship though I doubt Perry feels the same as Perry I don’t think would be as accepting of Jesse being with anyone else. Drama drama drama

Robbie never has it easy though while it may sound cold I’m happy to hear Nathan isn’t in a good mood. I honestly wasn’t sure how long he’d go before finding a new boyfriend and if Robbie is already jealous at the mere idea of Nathan “playing games” with someone else even though they’ve broken up he’ll lose it if he finds out Nathan was in fact cheating on him. In this chapter I wish Robbie had more control of his hormones as hooking up with a maybe curious cousin as well as being jealous of Jenny thinking that Alex could have had sex with him instead are both bad paths to be on. If Don found out what went on he could make Robbie’s life even more hellish than it is plus this Tommy despite asking him to keep it a secret might let it slip to someone himself. I also still don’t think a relationship with Alex is a good idea and I think Robbie needs a boyfriend to rely on rather than just no strings sex which is liable to be all Alex would be offering. I agree Robbie could use some counseling but I don’t know how much it will actually help. Yes, talking about it couldn’t hurt but Don & Sue’s continued treatment of him wont help his temper any. They’ll just expect this therapist to solve all his anger issues without dealing with the causes of them plus I still expect Don to find a biased therapist who will do something ridicules like try to convince Robbie he’s straight.
