Love is supposed to conquer all but how much more of this can Derrick put up with? If it’s not his classmates putting him down for not having money it’s his boyfriends family who are homophobic as a nice bonus. In the end the only people in his new life who want him around want in his pants to put it crudely. I mean Tanner loves him so it’s not just sex and Chris is clearly infatuated with him yet they seem to be the only two people who care if he’s around besides his mom of course. Otherwise he has no real friends it seems. That school is based on academic merit not money so that shows that he likely has more of a reason to attend than any of those snobs. Of course we know something is going on likely money wise too as his mom was pretty upset and overly stingy that morning so another shoe is about to drop. Derrick can’t catch a break.

I feel like Tanner is playing with fire by somewhat encouraging this or at least not discouraging it. I mean as far as Chris knows Derrick is single if potentially straight, before finding out he was gay or bi Derrick was drooling over Chris’ body not that Tanner knows this, and Tanner just finds the situation funny because I guess he doesn’t see Chris as a threat to their relationship. I know he’s right about how Derrick shouldn’t be rude to him but Chris is acting obsessive & stalkerish which isn’t being helped by Tanner telling Derrick to play nice. Sometimes you have to tell someone how you feel no matter how harsh it may sound to get the point across. I don’t know if telling Chris the truth would help or hurt more at this point as part of him must think Derrick is out of reach because he’s straight plus he’s likely not the type to back down because Derrick has a boyfriend. If he learns Derrick is actually gay he may come on stronger...though that seems impossible 😂. If anything I’d expect Tanner to be more concerned because he himself said that Chris doesn’t give up on something he wants and said something about having to live with the crush as Derrick couldn’t do anything about it so I’d expect a little more concern from him. Still, while he doesn’t see himself necessarily better than anyone else Tanner has been kinda top dog around town so he may think there’s no way Chris could be a threat. Arrogance can be your downfall though.

Jamie Cross comes off as straight but you never know so I guess we need to keep our eyes open. The possibility he isn’t 100% str8 makes you worry about future drama despite how committed Billy is because...well it’s Jamie Cross 😂. I mean even Brandon might be tempted by a guy like Jamie Cross 😉. I can’t relate to how Billy feels about his mom dating but the way his mother just randomly went off on him doesn’t sit right with me plus it does sound as if she’s a bit of a hypocrite. His mother does have a right to date and move on with her life though which is something Billy will have to make peace with. Clearly his father isn’t coming back and things are going to change though that will be hard on him. I don’t know if I can feel sorry for Robin because he’s hurting himself as he knows what AJ/Alex is like and yet still pursues this “relationship” with him which only leads to jealousy of others with actual committed relationships. I’m sure Robin could find someone who actually cares about him if he took the time to look and got over his AJ/Alex addiction.

Chapter 59 - "A Little Field Trip"
NimirRaj commented on Comicality's story chapter in Chapter 59 - "A Little Field Trip"
Randy has no reason not to trust Ryan, but he has every reason not to trust Sean. I don’t know if Ryan is blind or what as if those type texts are common then it’s obvious Sean is hinting at something more than a joke. Also how does Ryan know Sean texts like that to everyone? Just because Sean says he does doesn’t mean he does. I also don’t like the fact Ryan didn’t immediately say who the text was from or the content as on one hand he might have been worried Randy would overreact yet on the other hand part of me wonders if Ryan already understands that those texts aren’t appropriate yet doesn’t want them to stop. I’m glad he replied back the way he did but I wish he would let Sean know those type texts aren’t something he likes to receive even though on some level he probably does like receiving them. As long as it’s one sided and texting only then I can live...until Sean sends him a nude then he’s dead, 🤣 -
A very touching ending. I had actually expected Beth to be lying to make herself look good but I’m glad they could move past the fact she was the one to dump Carter. I can understand based on previous conversations how Jackson could feel at first that he wasn’t truly chosen due to the situation but was in a way 2nd choice after Beth though it’s clear Carter just needed a kick in the pants to realize what was right in front of him. It was clear to me that his telling Ricky about their relationship was proof of how he felt so I’m glad Jackson was able to see it in the end. Hopefully these two will have a happy if bumpy road ahead of them.

All's Well That Ends.........
NimirRaj commented on Rigby Taylor's story chapter in All's Well That Ends.........
A great ending. Thankful to see they were able to get MacFife and Glaze locked away for life as well as cleared their names. Peter deserved the Art Gallery so I’m glad Max’s parents gave it to him. A lot of drama and danger yet worth everything they went through as it brought them together. Also glad to see Jeff found someone special. -
A positive moment but I wonder how it will turn out. If they video tape a confession with MacFife as he is now he can argue it was under duress and he was lying to appease them as surely his appearance would support his claims. I’m just not sure how they’ll get a believable confession out of him. Perhaps turning Glaze in along with the tapes will be enough to arrest MacFife, though Glaze’s shotgun wound could be used to make similar claims that his confession on tape is a false one made under duress.

Chapter 19 The Best Laid Plans...
NimirRaj commented on Rigby Taylor's story chapter in Chapter 19 The Best Laid Plans...
MacFife is too experienced to just trust Scramble plus he was expendable. Sad they didn’t catch him but there was a lot of confusion going on. MacFife is now going to be expecting trouble so a trap isn’t likely to work again even if they had some other way to lure him into one. -
Chapter 18 Rescue and ...
NimirRaj commented on Rigby Taylor's story chapter in Chapter 18 Rescue and ...
Hmmm Jon references how they framed Peter for murder and how they need to pay for that with their lives except that’s why they shouldn’t kill them. I think they could gather enough evidence to get the convicted or at least looked into by the police which would likely result in them finding something incriminating on MacFife. If they manage to somehow kill them, which is what it sounds like Jon has in mind, then there goes any chance of clearing Peter’s name of the murder he didn’t commit plus they’ll have actually committed murder. I understand the desire for revenge but they risk their lives as well as freedom in order to obtain it. Peter was thinking clearly at first but now he’s convinced that this is their only option as well. -
Not shocked Jon didn’t make it through the “party” without being harmed. I’m wondering what Jon said to MacFife and if his arguing with the girl in front of them was necessary as he obviously either provoked them or came off as suspicious. If the argument was about him going home with her I’m sure he could have said no and demanding to be let out after leaving with her as surely if necessary he could overpower her. The plan was a major risk for little gain as unless he was able to find physical evidence anything seen would be his word against MacFife’s. The most valuable info we know about is the murder Peter saw from the outside because if the cops find the body evidence could show Scramble killed C.C. and could implicate MacFife.

Chapter 10 Gregor MacFife
NimirRaj commented on Rigby Taylor's story chapter in Chapter 10 Gregor MacFife
That’s a twist I didn’t expect. I thought Frances was using her husband not that he was a criminal himself. They’re perfect for each other. I wish Max had left Peter the art gallery itself but I suppose he’d still be in a similar situation though he’d have more leverage. -
With her personality Frances is liable to label them both thieves when she finds out Peter took the money directly from the safe or she might just label Jon a thief as an excuse to get rid of him. I wonder if Max’s “accident” was because he possibly planned to leave Frances. Seems like their arrangement made them both content to an extent but she might have lost most of her wealth in a divorce settlement. I guess we’ll see what happens with her future husband though the poor guy doesn’t know what he’s gotten himself into

Self defense in this situation is a matter of opinion and also a matter of facts. As already stated in the story they had a chance, possibly with police help, to stop Lance without framing him for murder. If nothing else perhaps he could have used his forgery skills to falsify evidence implicating both in crimes Lance actually committed as a way to stop them. In the end I don’t feel sorry for Lance as he was a murderer and likely would have gone on to hurt more people. The headmaster I don’t feel sorry for either but clearly some of his own staff thought he was insane which makes me wonder about his credibility. I don’t know if we can assume he really would have succeeded in ruining their lives with his threats and accusations especially as few actually knew of the relationship between Robert & Bart. If the forgery practice was linked to this event it means Robert had this idea in mind before the headmaster ever threatened to ruin their lives. He also was pretty fast and calculated in everything he did meaning he had likely planned this whole thing in advance. That means it wasn’t a moment of passion but premeditated. If he had killed the headmaster in a moment of rage I might be more sympathetic for why he did it but his whole reasoning was based on paranoia. Things are not black and white so yes I agree he had a right to be worried though when one takes a life one has to deal with consequences if only to one’s emotional & mental state. Thinking about this logically considering how cold and calculated his actions seemed to be is there any evidence it won’t happen again? How can we know that if someone else comes into their lives that seems to threaten their livelihood with homophobic beliefs that Robert won’t decide to stop them with violence as it worked so well in the past? I just don’t like to see someone go down a path like this because you never know where it will lead. Perhaps his actions were justified but it still will weigh on his conscience. Thankfully I don’t think we have to worry about a repeat performance in the future as I believe Robert’s conscience will not allow him to give into this type plan again.
-
Ugh Robert yes the headmaster is a horrible human being but murder is never the answer. Lance deserves to be punished for what he has done and I don’t pity him rather I pity Robert. He gave into the darkness inside of him and once your on that path it can be hard to turn back. Plus Bart isn’t an idiot and neither are Robert’s parents so I’m sure they’ll be suspicious when the news breaks. If I was Bart I couldn’t help but be disgusted that my lover killed someone especially in such a cold & calculated way and it would put a strain on our relationship if not outright end it.
-
Robert needs to remember the art class lesson and the phrase pride goeth before a fall. If Robert goes to that meeting because of a slight to his pride and masculinity it’s liable to not end well. If he goes to the police and if they actually do something then maybe they might send cops as backup along with Robert wearing a wire so they have proof of what Lance is up to rather than Robert just running into danger. Meeting Lance will still be just his word against Lance’s unless he gets it on tape and even then it’s still a foolhardy plan. Sadly Robert probably will go to Lance’s. I hope they copy the video incase some homophobic cop or friend of Lance’s family deletes the video. It’s always good to be cautious when you’re surrounded by idiots as those cops don’t seem to be the best in the world.
-
So the headmaster is a virgin and killed his wife if by accident. I wonder if he’s truly disgusted by sex in general or if he’s actual a closet case as that would be a shock to the system. Lance and his father are disgusting peices of trash. If the person is into such things it’s ok but I doubt they care how their partner feels plus it’s obvious Lance has a sick mind.
-
I suppose they have a point about it hurting your lover to tell them but I don’t know if I agree with the advice to not tell your partner if you cheat on them. I think hearing that advice would just make me more worried/paranoid about my lover cheating on me plus they also said it was inevitable that they would stray from each other which while likely true is disheartening to hear said so frankly.

Long distance relationships rarely work so the Trent situation doesn’t surprise me. He’s either avoiding talking to Devon because it hurts being apart or he’s already in a knew relationship. Tammy didn’t mention the latter but she probably wouldn’t tell Devon if Trent had met someone else for fear of upsetting him. Jeff/Josh 😂 is a bit inconsiderate at times as he did just spring his friends on Devon at the last second. He is correct that his brother needs a therapist but I wonder if it’s more him wanting his brother fixed/normal than general concern for his wellbeing as he doesn’t seem to understand his brother much. I hope things improve for him.
-
His family is so....spoiled maybe is the word I’m looking for. None of them can possibly comprehend how he feels nor do they seem to try very hard to see things from his point of view and his “mom’s” reasonings are lackluster. As he said she could have come back for him at any time but instead she’s living in a nice house, sleeping around with guys who’s names she can’t even remember, and giving her primary son what seems to be a a great life. Sadly Devon blames himself for the way his dad treated him and seems to think he had to be there like it’s an important job somebody had to do. He didn’t deserve to be abused and he didn’t deserve to be abandoned. I kinda get why his brother is so blind to how he feels though because he grew up with what he considers to be a great mom so of course he doesn’t get why his twin doesn’t automatically love her. Devon seems to be on the verge of forgiving his mother and says he understands why she left him yet I can’t comprehend that. I think he is sympathizing with her and letting some of us anger go because his dad was abusing him so he’s just glad his brother got away from it while rationalizing her reasoning for leaving him as being justified.
-
I can understand her being afraid of him but she knew he would likely abuse the son she left behind plus how do you choose? Devon is going to always wonder why he was the one she chose to leave behind. Plus thinking logically why did he want one son left behind? It’s because he needed a housekeeper, a cook, and a punching bag after she left. She could have went to the cops after leaving with Josh if she was afraid he’d hurt her but she never did. When she was secretly “visiting” she saw that Devon look malnourished but did nothing about that either. She was apparently well off so even if time had passed at some point she probably could have gotten custody yet she did nothing. She can rationalize it all she wants but she’s a deadbeat mom.
-
Josh or Jeff whichever name your using still irritates me a little. Devon just politely removed his mom’s hand from him and his brother essentially admonishing him for not being pleasant. He doesn’t seem to understand why his brother is upset with his mom and I feel for Devon in moments like the one where he saw all of the photos of his brother growing along with evidence of how well he’s been pampered like that expensive car as a birthday present. I mean it makes it even worse that Devon’s “mother” didn’t contact him as she clearly has plenty of money. No one, not even his friends seem to understand why Devon is upset with his mom. Devon is now living with a mother who didn’t act like one, a twin who has led a much better life that would make anyone envious, and his brother will constantly have his boyfriend around which will just remind Devon that he had to leave his behind. I know he loves his brother but besides him he’s essentially alone now.
-
I wish Josh could see things from Devon’s point of view. He can’t understand why Devon can’t call Cindy mom and obviously it’s because she hasn’t been one. For the most part she seems to be a good mom to Josh but she hasn’t been in Devon’s life since she walked out with his brother in tow. It’ll take time to forgive her and if she had any hint his father was abusive I could never forgive her if I was him. Regardless I don’t think I can wrap my mind around any excuse she gives for leaving him behind and not having any contact with him. She’ll probably say his dad forbade contact but I’m sure she could have legally gotten the right to be in his life if she had tried.
-
I don’t like how his mom said she wouldn’t have left him if she knew this would happen because I had a feeling it was he was possibly abusing her. Devon is worried he shouldn’t have said what he did but he had a right to ask why she would leave him behind while taking his brother with her. Plus she’s not had any contact with him for years but I’m mildly disappointed in Josh. I’d assume Josh asked about his brother at some point growing up with his mother not giving him any info but as he grew older he could probably find the contact info himself yet he never contacted his sibling. Devon likely didn’t know where they had moved to in order to initiate contact but as far as we know he never moved so finding his address, number, etc...should have been easy for Josh. Devon doesn’t want to get angry at them but he has every right to as leaving him behind and not contacting him at the very least was cruel. I hope he doesn’t bottle up his emotions and let them fester as he needs to talk to his mom about what she did. I’m sorry he will be separated from Trenton and it feels worse that Trenton is his first love which is the hardest to get over. They could try a long distance relationship but those often don’t work in the long run.
-
So both brothers are gay and both parents don’t sound like the best parents in the world to put it lightly. I mean Josh isn’t being abused but it sounds like his mother may be neglectful if she’s bringing home guys for sex in the middle of the evening. If I were being abused the way Devon is I’d rather be in foster care than with my dad. Anything is better than what is being done to him.
-
How could a mother leave one of her sons behind likely knowing what his dad would do to him. I don’t understand how she could love one son and clearly not love the other.
