    Makes you feel for Loren. He's so accomplished and millions of people all over the world idolize him. But he's just a guy with his own issues. No better and no worse than anyone else.

    @Tonyr this could definitely be what's confusing you. Shawn, Garrett, and Marcus are Jay's teammates/friends. Seamus (Matt), Will, and Scott are Jay's friends from college and they live in CO.

    I'm not sure when I said that. Jay lives in Seattle, obviously, as he's a player for the Seattle Seahawks. Loren lives in Puyallup, WA. Seamus and Matt live in CO with the rest of Jay's friends. In the last chapter Jay and Loren fly to CO from where they live in WA. Seamus picks them up from the airport (Remember, Loe got waylaid by fans wanting tips and tricks of the trade) Also in the last chapter, when Matt and Seamus drop Aidan off, Matt says “We planned to stay and walk you through everything but our flight was delayed, twice. If we don’t leave now, we’ll miss our ferry." I'm not sure where the confusion is from.

    I wonder what would have happened if Loren didn't have his friends. I think he would've gotten the same outcome but it would've been a terrible ride, days compared to an hour. They are the true MVP

    Thank you. It is hard to write trauma sometimes because it's so complex. But I do agree with you, Aidan is healing Loren in more ways than one.

    Ahh thanks. Jay is an ideal man but I really love Loren. I give him props for how hard he’s trying and how he’s allowing himself to be pushed outside his comfort zone. Despite his hesitation, I think there is definitely a part of him that wants what he never thought he could have or deserve.

    Thank you! It was a fun chapter to write. Anything to do with Aidan is fun. And you're right, I think Aidan sensed Loren's brokenness. Kids are smarter than we give them credit.
