    The beach sounds like a great idea. Everything is catching up with Dylan. Perhaps a break from Jackson is a good thing right now, as he works through the aftermath of divorce, abuse and death. His thinking won't be clouded by the happy drug of love.

    The Internet is an unprotected frontier for kids, and their exposure to sex and a host of other adult things comes a much younger age. I think it's detrimental to them, but what to do?

    A great chapter. I have a feeling that Owain and Mhairi are going to become anonymous local patrons/benefactors for various causes over the next few years.

    If the advanced class teacher is yelling at kids, I would bet rhat he is the aggressor in his previous relationship. Additionally, there is not history of violence between Zach and Dylan.

    I hooe that the condo can be sorted and that Dominic continues his recovery from the shock of losing his mum. Like many others, I hope Dylan meets a suitable mate, but in the meantime have fun away from home.

    I actually think Dominic's response is typical for a youngster whose prayers are not answered they way they hope.

    Well I'm really glad that Dad has arrived. Dominic's family is growing and he will be surrounded by love. As for Aunt Jessica, she's just a harridan who feels entitled to speak words of hatred. At least she didn't so it in front of everyone. @Canuk's response to a similar outburst was spot on!!

    So the money is real and possibly a condo as well 🤔 Dominic's managing this loss very well. He is a mature boy for his age. Fingers crossed for our dad and son. ❤️

    Dominic's "quietly sobbing" made me quietly sob too. 😭 As devastating as this is, death for Lacy is the kindest outcome. An aneurysm is a horrible thing and it can come without a visible warning. Now we shall have to see how Lacy's will was structured.

    Well that was a 180° turn around. I wonder what actually happened to the tumor? Was it still lurking somewhere? I'm sure it's back and she is now comatose. Poor Dominic.
