Christopher is getting more and more flashbacks that remind him of feelings rather than events, and Marco is central to these experiences. At some stage, and very soon, these two need to have a chat; and Christopher needs to LISTEN not just react blindly.

Absolutely, the way that Miles has walked away from Troy speaks to a deep seated fear of some kind. We already know that he has been fighting demons for years. Whether Troy would be able to, or indeed ought to, forgive Miles is another matter. Let’s see what happens. I’m still hoping for them, not because “love conquers all”, but because they appeared to be so good for one another.

What a delightful chapter, as Harriet and Dorothea accept August and Fletcher fully, at the same time revealing their own love to the men. I’m equally delighted that August has the love of a grandmother to replace what he lost when his mother died. They just need to ensure that Albert does not get wind of how wealthy they have just become. Beautiful writing as always.- 20 comments

Seagull Bay is a psychological drama that twists and winds its way to a conclusion, that will have you reeling. what’s starts off as a family holiday at the beach quickly unravels into something far more sinister. This was a great weekend binge read and comes highly recommended.

I was afraid that this necklace would be in Brandon’s possession and there it is. Brandon somehow has become an embodiment of evil. Or was he always such?

Poor Marcus. We knew that his life would be a short one. How will the three remaining musketeers regroup after this and how will they revenge his death. Also, let’s not forget Brandon and little Jet.
