Yes, I wonder how that will pan out ... Jamie chasing straight guys Many thanks!

Thank you! It is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, only Yes, I make clear to our cleaning and kitchen staff that I really appreciate their work! The CEO will not create a clean work environment, but the cleaners do. The CEO does not get the something to eat, the kitchen staff do!

Thank you! But now, you need to wait till next Friday. Sorry.

Many thanks! I have tried making it a part of him, but not the defining feature.

Thank you! Because I use the tags every time to determine whether I start reading something, I apologize having assumed that people would do the same. Sorry! No, this is not for everyone. I don't read stuff I do not like either! Why waste time?

I bow to my elders! Good luck and enjoy!

Let's assume he knows what he is talking about: "Yes, I am sure of that."

I have some very good screenshots of Leon S Kennedy in Resident Evil 4 Remake that are my screen backgrounds. One would fit the required spec, but unfortunately, copyright law does not allow me to post these here. As for real UK armed police, their uniform depends on their role. If you google images for "metropolitan police armed response officer" you will see SWAT teams, ARV officers, protection command etc.

Thank you so much! I am wondering about speculating about "the government"'s role in all of "this". The governments today spend billions of dollars finding terrorists and are overwhelmed trying to stay on top of people who fall into much easier profiles than Jamie's or RMW's (if you assume he has special abilities, too ). So, finding any "supers" among the general population will be extremely difficult, especially if they do not form a "subgroup" from which opposition "could be reasonably expected" e.g. political or religious extremists. Jamie and RMW fall into the "Mrs Miggins" category, they could never be found unless every person would be screened and scanned at every opportunity and needed to identify themselves to a watcher/system standing on every street corner. Even China could not do that.

Thank you! Excellent video! Yes!

What collective hate the poor RMW has to endure Remember PM Camoron's "Hug-A-Hoodie" campaign? Maybe it is time for a "Hug-A-Conservative" campaign. Sorry to all Americans not well versed in British Politics, but that is hilarious! Those who ask shall receive an answer ... later. Good, I got Boswell's annoyance across w/o him becoming a hated fellow. Yes. I was thinking of Mrs Bridges, the cook from Upstairs/Downstairs, I have to admit. I got the name from one of the Edwardian period dramas. U/D was actually my first exposure to British TV. Back in the lower 80's. we only had three channels, too. and every Wednesday evening was U/D time. My mother loved that series and everything British! A picture of me in full uniform with that awful Custodian helmet is still in the main entry hall *shudder*.

Thank you! Yes, Upstairs/Downstairs comes to mind. Mrs. Bridges and Mr Hudson... And as we know from that series, servants always know what is going on. Have a bit of patience with RMW!

Thank you! I am really glad that this is so well received. Oh, he was honest now? Good that you believe that. But maybe, I am on about red herrings again... Well, I felt like RMW when I had my second day of driving training. We were to trainees per car. The first day, in the morning my colleague had just been driving around and me in the afternoon. The trainer wanted to see how we drive usually. On the second day, he took the wheel ... an I grabbed on to my seat for dear life! All within the RTA, just showing the enormous control a professional can have over a car. Knowing exactly when to break, when to accelerate, how to take a curve etc, that can make for a ride without speeding! Gosh, that was a course, best thing ever, even without blue lights! LOL! You just wait....

That is a long one First of all, thank you! I have played a lot in my youth. Now, I just do not have the time anymore. I do role-playing three times a week. Sorry, just mentioned above that the trainers are rough but fair. As for their reaction in Jamie's case, 1:! tuition and 50% time increase is impossible. There is more going on behind the scenes. Remember the inspector who just didn't want to know? Jamie describes that the speedup only works if he actively concentrates on it when he mulls over his first meeting with RMW in Ch 6. I am sorry, I put a lot of information in some scenes. As for his not being aware before, in Ch 2's Taser scene, he describes that during stressful situations, the world always seems to slow down. This is actually what I experience. In my first real fight, suddenly everything slowed down and I had all training in my mind and could go through the different options, evaluate them and decide on one. It was so eerie, I asked a PO trainer about it. People perceive such threatening situations differently.

Seems so. Mike has gone through some on-site training as well, so gets the idea. My class'es Officer Safety Training was with an ex-Marine Sergeant. That was the only time in my life in which I have been properly shouted at ... wow. Although I paint a rough picture of the trainers, there is the rule that everyone is the same, they do not like special treatment (no pun intended). I quite liked that. Also, this is not a fun show. Yours or someone else's well-being, maybe even life, might depend on what you learn there. The OST for Specials is identical to that of Regulars, because on the streets they all must know the same and be able to rely on each other.

Inspector Boswell was sitting behind his small desk and stared at me. He hadn’t done anything else since I’d entered his office to report for my first duty in the Protection Command. I was a seasoned police officer, so I didn’t mind him showing off to establish authority. It was all part of the game. But when he finally spoke, he surprised me. “I don’t know what to do with you, Jamie.” No answer was expected, so I didn’t offer any. “Your appearance here is insulting. All members o

Well, if we believe what Morris-Walker said, it requires a continuous chain of supernatural events i.e. a person with the right gene set and an event which activates said gene set. That would make it a pretty low number, probably worldwide. That is, if you believe, RMW...

I see your point. I can only say that my hubby and I were inseparable since the day we met (except for business trips). Still for a couple of years living together, I went through "my DVDs" or "his shirts". Now, it is all a big mangle... Takes time.
