    Thanks again for the feedback, Butcher. Yes, the Hotel is taking in two more boarders as Danny and Brandon agreed to take Xander, and Dion and Trey agreed to take the baby. Even if the baby's mother had lived, I have a feeling the baby would have been taken away from her and might have come to Richard's attention just the same. Either way, the two new members of the family will be in good and loving hands.

    Yes, Burtcher, there has always been a lot of love at the Currie household and now Danny and Brandon are paying it forward by taking in even more boys. I'm sure Josh was touched by Frankie's comments, because he is an old softie, and he's proud with how all the boys have done with their lives.     Sunday morning, we each had a Western omelet, home fries, and toast to start our day, and then we got ready to go to the next place we’d agreed to visit, which was the Museum of Indian Culture. I suppose if we were being politically correct the name should be changed to the Museum of Native American Culture, but either way it was our first stop.     Danilo, thanks for all the suggestions and I shall take them into consideration. I'm glad to see that this story is sparking your imagination too and that you're enjoying this story. I like your suggestion for the door at the bottom of the slides, and I'll have to see if I can work that out for the following summer, since I've already written well into the fall and winter already.

    Thanks, Stix. I'm glad you're enjoying this series. There won't be a Captain Hook, but there may be other villains. I chose to write in first person, rather than third, because I've always felt that gives you a more intimate view of what's going on - and actually makes you feel as if you're in the room. There is definitely a lot going on, and you're right, this will be a busy summer with two weddings to plan, and don't forget that Beth and Katie will be having their babies in the spring. Yes, Frankie is also doing very well in his career, and Carolyn seems to be doing well in hers as well, so they should have a very nice life together. Thanks for the feedback.

    Thanks, Danilo, I'm glad you guys still enjoy learning new things from Josh's adventures. Yes, Josh gave you a look into his past as well, mentioning how he used to love the pinball machines and model trains. You also got a chance to find out a little about Carolyn, and Frankie's not really that old, but he does work hard and that makes him tired. Some of us also need more sleep than others.     Thanks, Tony. With Josh being a former educator and principal, he's always emphasized the educational aspects of the trips he took with the boys, and I guess some aspects die hard. I'm glad you still enjoys these adventures. The were also meant to draw out memories of past experiences in the readers, as Josh checks in with some of the boys. Thanks for the feedback.

    After Ricky and Tiffany left for work, I took my time and did some research on the computer before I left the apartment and set out for Allentown to visit Frankie and Carolyn. I had been looking at some sites that I could stop at along the way, since I felt I had enough time to visit a few of these places before I reached Frankie’s house.     Thanks again, flesco. Yes, the boys weren't used to physical labor so their muscles got sore, whereas Pop works for UPS and his carrying some heavy packages everyday and making lots of trips back and forth, in and out of his van, that it didn't bother him as much. I believe Trey was enjoying making the boys squirm over the liniment, although he probably wouldn't admit it out loud. Thanks again for the feedback.

    Thanks, flesco, and this is a lot going on in this chapter. Ryan is gradually increasing his ability to fix simple meals and the tree house is nearing completion, weather permitting. The puppies are also getting some attention and exercise and the road trips in Texas are long between stops. There may be plenty of attractions in between, but they are operating on such a tight schedule that they don't make any of those stops, otherwise it might throw things off. They've just left a little extra time for bad weather, so if they make such a stop and then encounter bad weather later, they'd have to skip some other planned stop. Thanks for the feedback.
