  1. I couldn't care less about Fred Phelps or his activities.
  2. I cannot find it in my heart to feel anything but contempt for the adults, but I do feel sorry for the poor children born into that family. Obviously a child who thinks fags are evil without even knowing what a fag is has been completely indoctrinated. My personal favourite, though, is the 'god hates fag enablers' campaign. It's too ludicrous for words. Menzo
  3. Fred Phelps and all of his various offspring aren't even worth disdaining.
  4. I think that, aside from a few select issues, the Singaporean government has the right idea about things. It's a lovely country, and everything is so blessedly clean. Menzo
  5. I'm an average cook but (all modesty aside, of course) I'm quite a good baker.
  6. *sniffs indignantly* It's at times like these that I'm proud not be a 'regular' guy.
  7. Kinky Boots! It's a fabulous, makes-you-feel-good-to-be-alive movie with a transsexual/drag-queen as the main character. Despite the name, it really is a great movie. Menzo
  8. The pony-tail makes it impossible to say counterclockwise.
  9. Yay for the one percent of Egyptians (immigrants?) who think homosexuality should be accepted. I'm actually surprised by some of the high figures in South America. Menzo PS Bummer about the mid-east though. They have such reputation for being tolerant people, hmm.
  10. I don't dream very often, or at least I don't remember very often. My dreams are usually unpleasant, and usually lucid. They almost invariably involve really stressful situations where I've let things go 'til the last minute or where I've done something, tried to cover it up, and had it exposed. The only really bizarre one I remember is the one where I won an UPHILL skiing competition. Go me! Menzo
  11. Because he's neither refined nor particularly intelligent? Menzo (the blasphemer)
  12. Congrats Kevin!!! GA wouldn't be the same without your relentless good nature Menzo
  13. I want to know who doesn't know the Village People are...
  14. No....*insert good alibi here* Really?!?! I soooo don't remember that, and I'm so surprised that I wouldn't have remembered that. *Bows head in shame* Menzo EDIT In my defense, it was only really mentioned in chapter 2, and that chapter was, forgive me, full of much more interesting things that Luke's athletic activities.
  15. He is? He's a construction worker, though, and he has curly hair. Though I suppose Leo's could be curly if he grew it out. Menzo
  16. You know, Easter and the whole rebirth thingy.
  17. I'm younger than you, geezer And thanks for saying I'm nice; it's not usually listed as one of my more prominent attributes
  18. That's because you're a nice person who isn't old, bitter and jaded
  19. Why is it lame? It is just trying to promote self-confidence in regards to sexuality. It's not exactly the rebirth of a dead guy or anything, but it seems like a worthy cause.
  20. I love this woman. Now that both Al Gore and Yassar Arafat have won the peace prize, my respect for the whole organization has dropped considerably.
  21. I don't like Old Navy, the clothes are too boring. Club Monaco, brought to my attention by Clinton (from What not to Wear) is now my favorite non-designer store. Menzo (wow this thread is off topic)
  22. But the Old Testament is, in my opinion, fairly clear on the matter. I'm not going to argue about biblical references, but in my experience there are equally compelling arguments from both sides. Either way, WBC are so delusional, it doesn't really matter what argument you use.
  23. I love this man. I've always thought atheism was the only proper way to refute Christian extremism.
  24. *shakes head* Kevin, I wasn't incredulous that you have never seen either one but that you never seen either one. It was a not-so-subtle mocking of your grammar. Because I'm sweet like that. Menzo
