..........Hey Trevor! I like the way Aries got out of this mess, shame they both died in the car accident though (as Lone Wolf seemed to be pretty decent guy). His breakup with Ian was kinda fucked up, but not unexpected as the age difference and drama it caused was difficult to understand. Shane needs to either let go or grow up, a new start and with the band too, maybe Shane can help Aries by writing more songs, first he has too discover his own past songs to get the muse back. Lastly, the very last thing Aries needs is a stalker, he left his life back in Napa and that is where it needs to stay. Great chapter!

................Hey Trevor!! Interesting events, Aries being possessed by an angry Sean re-enacts revenge for a crime of way past. Gets in a bunch of trouble, wonder how Aries is going to get out of that mess? Speaking of mess, he has just jumped out of the frying pan and landed in the fire, how the hell is he going to get out of this one? Always interesting, looking forward to more!!

........Another interesting chapter, Amber has cooled way to far down to quickly. I don't like Ivan's plan at all for Ian, as he could be charged! Mr. Simms was an interesting character, I sure his hatred was rekindled in his heart after seeing the reincarnation in Aries, and suffered a heart attack later. Yet, after 40 years you would think there was more then $1,000 dollars, I wonder if after going thru the shoebox there might be a savings account or something that Aries could access? Finally, Aries needs to find that song...to reconnect to Shane in order to become 'famous' again. Still to come is the creepy old guy!!! Great chapter! -

......Well, interesting and weird chapter! Aries has some strange characters in his life, Keith and Riley's dad. The latter is dangerous sounding, while the former is just a pathetic excuse of a human being. Thanks for the chapter!

............Hmm, interesting chapter Ian's wife leaving was a given, but what is this shit about Riley's dad? He seems to be a self-absorbed selfish and dangerous person. It is still awkward about the relationship developing with Aries and Ian, didn't I read that Aries/Shane was pretty well known in the past life as a writer and musician? Maybe he recorded that song he is trying to remember and will accidentally hear it again. Interesting chapter! Thanks! Benji -

.................Hey Trevor, the story had me confused as I thought it was being one of the same title I was following in Jacob Millers site, his editor is named Trevor and that is where the confusion laid. Interesting short story (I think [short]) I loved how Shane's mind worked in tricking the murderers into confession, which he caught on tape and also into confessing to the police. Now how in the hell are you going to wrap this one up? Not like you can go back to 1969 and have them start over again, and the age difference is awkward, to say the least of that Ian is married with child. Perchance, an accidental deaths of the two together, brings them back together in a few years? -

............Guess I should have read the epilogue first before responding to the last chapter, but that isn't my style, I prefer to comment on each chapter,even if I'm proven wrong. Crappy end though (for them). They only stayed one night!! You could of stretched that to at least 2 days, LOL! Oh well, a long saga with a good ending anyway! Thanks for the ride (wink!) Benji

.............Hey Krista!! Well the no girls or alcohol rules was broken rather quickly, I'm guessing dad is not going up to check on them, otherwise the would be another chapter before the epilogue! LOL! One little mistake, if they are using the sleeping bags, why on the floor? And if they used the sleeping bags on the bed, why pull up the covers? The air conditioning might be pretty cold but sleeping bags are pretty warm by themselves. Strip poker, ya know that is something I never did (nor my friends) during my school years. Must be your generation Krista!!! LOL! Great chapter! Benji

.................I didn't really miss this one, just bad timing on the post as this is a bad time (month) of the year for me. After hearing 'No girls' for the 8th time, I knew there was going to be girls there. LOL! Awkward having other teammates of Coreys come along too, I guess it is part of Jenny's great plan. Interesting about the newspaper article though, not much dept given into it, but the gist is clear. CJ is persona non grata to those that care. Great chapter! Benji

.....Another 'nice' chapter, I was a bit surprised that Corey's dad only mentioned 7 players quitting, one (understandably the preachers son) but no direct mention of CJ. I guess you have other plans for him (sinister laugh, LOL). Looking forward to more, thanks Krista for another 2-fer!

.................Hey Krista! Well I have a good excuse this time for missing this chapter. I was on our annual brother's trip to Big Bear, and even though I could get reception up there I didn't even take my cell phone with me. Corey's dad did not surprise me (he did that awhile ago in accepting his son). I tink that CJ's dad organized this fiasco and it will backfire on them as all the team will support Corey...except CJ of course and he will have to chose between being on the team or resigning. Next chapter ought to be interesting! Thanks for the chapter! P.S. Caught zero fish, got skunked (and here I paid out $100.00 in new gear, that really sucks!!!)

...............I'm very sorry to hear of his passing, having met Trebs many years ago, I found him to be articulate, astute and a voice of calm reason. He will be sorely missed here in GA as a moderator whose rose to the challenge to judge disputes in a exemplary fashion.

So sad...............I've heard it said before that the line between genius and madness is a thin one. I wonder now if depression is a form of madness. He will be truly missed if not for his comedic genius but for also his dramatic roles in films.

...............Well another great chapter, I loved the sneak out and the parental misconceived notion to stop it! LOL! Both dads are very gifted, if they wanted to kill the vehicle from going anywhere they should have pulled the spark plug wires (if I have my era right). Their motives might have been noble, but really CJ was their fear? Or was it a mob enticed KKK members in the back of their minds or small town mentality? I think their fears are surreal and most of the school will back Corey and Clinton. That aside I loved the back of the pick-up scenario, (How did you imagine that scene? LOL) Thanks Krista!

Hey Krista, I'm still surprised at Corey's fathers reaction, I guess I got it wrong about his mom standing in the shadow. Not surprised at Clinton's parents though, I'm glad Jenny turned CJ in. It was the least that should have been done to him, although I'm sure the kids at school will start to ostracize him when school begins. I will find it hard to believe that CJ will ever apologize to anyone, let alone Corey and Clinton, maybe he'll send a text message to them? LOL! I'm sorry and glad Corey gave Trouble away, as I was wondering what would happen to her when (if) Corey goes away to school. Okay, now I'm a bit confused here, is this the epilogue? I can see things were pretty much wrapped up, but it was anti-climatic. Thanks for another chapter!! Benji

.........Well I guessed a good part of the last chapter in this one, so I'll guess that the majority of the kids at school aren't going to care and CJ's stock will drop rapidly in the hierarchy of the school because what he did, I'm sure 'puppygate' will play into it!!! Actually a good ending, I was kinda of surprised at how smoothly it has gone so far. I think Clinton will also have little to worry about from his parents for some strange reason, I think it is CJ'S family that may face the brunt of the town's apathy and maybe scorn. But you only have left an epilogue left, and I'm not sure how you could resolve that here. Great chapter Krista, been a long ride though!!

............Well that was easy, now they don't have to come out to CJ! I think I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Clinton will not back down this time, and if CJ starts some shit, Clinton is going to finish it up for him. The real problem is going to be Corey's father, that is going to be some blow-up scene, although I wouldn't be surprised that the old man didn't already know, it would explain a lot of his anger at Corey. Likewise, I think Corey's mom always knew, after all a mother always 'knows'. The school kid's won't really care, at least most of them. Still got 'puppygate' to fall back on, and as far as a clffhanger? Well anytime CJ is involved there is always a cliffhanger!! Great chapter!!

........... I used to go to garage sales every week (a hobby that got me too much junk over the years) But on the other hand I found some of the best deals ever. I really appreciated finding a retired couples new place, with there new lawn now rock and gravel selling an almost new lawn mower, I found a riding one in perfect shape for $100.00 bucks, same model was $1200 in stores!
