...........I did appreciate his humor here, it is hard to believe how long ago his 'movie' was and how it seems to have taken it's toll on him. Yet I guess he is still okay, really gaunt but sounds okay!

...............Thanks everyone, believe it or not I initially forgot and thought my birthday was on Friday, so I was very surprised by my family. (hey you get old and forget ). Things are going real good for me right now with the new house and the set-up allowing my daughter, husband and grand-kids to live with me here. (separated 5th bedroom suite, on a 5 bedroom 3 bath home).

....Damn, that was some time ago I remember when Eric interviewed Steve. Not sure what happened to him, seems like he took a long break, hope the goat doesn't get stuck up on some cliff.

.........Well you tied up the loose ends nicely, except the mysticism implied of the old families in the early chapters. But the angle of the angel visit from his mother seemed to fill that part in, nice ending! Looking forward to 'Field of Dreams' and what you have in store for the characters and the mystery's for us!

........Wow, that sure answered a lot of questions real fast! I'm a little surprised that the security team outside were taken by surprise, seeing that they had suspects already in their sights. I figured that JT was a target, but had no clue why he was left alive instead and framed. It would have seemed that the Judge was a target by political opponents, maybe still so and the two instances are tied together somehow!Great chapter!

.................Hey Billy, I was surprised to see another chapter of 'Trials and Tribulations' I was beginning to think you abandoned it for the 'Fields' story. I'm glad you continued though as I peered into GA everyday just to see if you posted another chapter to a story. I'm curious why the Judge felt it necessary for for security, what tipped him off? Did he believe JT was in danger because of something he knew and forgot, or was it just a revenge on JT's family. It doesn't make sense, as the murderers seem to have gotten away with the crime, what does JT know or not know? Unless this is a setup planned to eliminate the Judge from politics, involving a still 'suspected murderer' of his family, if the Judge is killed and JT is left alive as the only suspect, well that would pave the way for another to seek the nomination of Governor. However it belays the question of how JT was involved in this mess in the first place, as no one could have predicted the judge would take a JT into his home. Great chapter, still mysteries prevail!!

..............Well, as I foresaw problems on the horizon for Sammy, Mike and Tony. Meanwhile all three are trying to figure out the odds of their relationships. I fear for Tony, the fact that his brother is still out there. His very life is in danger, and I fear he may be killed. Although that solves the love triangle, you still have Brent and company. And I can imagine the circus that can happen should he and others appear in the Judge's courtroom over any case involving gay bashing. The Judge could have a problem in any trial with his own son being gay in this backwards town. Great chapter, keep them coming!!!

...........Hey Billy, very nice way of reintroducing us to Andy, Joey and Roger again. That was a smooth way of doing it. Hmmm, Doesn't Roger play football? Brent is going to do something stupid all on his own and get kicked off the team, naturally he will blame Sammy. Going to be interesting, meanwhile Sammy may have to chose, hopefully not too soon though!

.........Hey Billy! Ya know gossip is probably ranked up there with hate, theft or even murder! I've always disliked the gossiper that relished in bringing someone down. Reminds me of the Salem Witch trials at its worst, suicides of others is another ramification. I'm glad Tony got that out of his system and grateful his parents supported him. Sammy has another problem Mike/Tony yet to be resolved, Brent may not be an issue much longer as I see his prejudice may spite him in the upcoming game. I'm sure the coach would love to find a reason to throw him off the team. However Sammy may bear the brunt of Brent's dismissal. Great chapter, looking forward to more!!

................Hmmm, what are the chances of 3 gay kids in that small of a town all eye-candying each other? LOL! Still don't know what the father's reaction will be when he finds out Tony is gay, but his mother seems to more concerned for her son and must have an inkling the way Tony talks about Sammy. So the stage is kinda of set with 2 antagonists Evan and Brent, then former in deep trouble with the law and courts. The latter being a ticking time bomb own his own for other reasons beside the gay players. I'm surprised that the cops didn't have a talk or even arrest Evan before his attack on Tony and left town, didn't the coach call the police after the incident and Sammy had to stay overnight at the hospital? I guess they could say they were waiting for Sammy to make a statement, but with the witnesses already? Sammy might be facing a big dilemma between James and Tony (ya think?) Nice chapter!
