..........I wasn't going to comment on this topic because of the tragedy involved, but once they said that they broadened their search off Australia I immediately thought of Trevor and his voyage there, funny I wondered at the time how many others had the same flash. I honestly think this is a wake-up call for GPS to be installed on all planes, if this plane fell into the roaring '40s it may never be found.

..............I don't know, was Clump a cheap imitation of Meatloaf? Or a bad wanna be of Axel Rose? I think the new band was more like Van Halen with their singer being David Lee Roth. My thoughts!

............... Well there is a surprise, 1st Kentucky wins, then Krista post another chapter so soon (probably celebrating the win) and then Corey outs himself!! Did not see any of that coming at all, especially Corey saying he plans to come out to everyone. Well he next needs to tell his mother, otherwise she will be blindsided and dear-ole-dad could get his hands on Corey first. Next the scene with coming out with CJ being there, I wonder how that will go down and I wonder how many students will side with CJ after the 'puppygate' episode is played out CJ may find himself ostracized by everyone. Should be a very interesting scene, very interesting indeed to see what your evil mind will come up with

............Well we get the three C's back together again for another fun filled chapter, and starring Jennie the new boxing champ!! Okay, I'm getting real tired of Clinton's antics, seems to me that CJ is not his friend, maybe he is blackmailing him or holding something over his head, Clinton is just embarrassing himself as he now is portrayed as Cj's bitch. I think, Jenny will eventually bring CJ down, and soon too, wouldn't hurt to see the Mayor get some grief either. You'd think they would have gotten the dog fixed!! Greg is a good guy after all, and he is not looking for a rebound catch either. I think he is going to wait this one out and see if he has a chance, otherwise I think he is just going to be a friend and watch from the sidelines. Watching Corey is painful, it is like he is playing both sides of a tennis match by himself. There are a lot of people standing in the shadows, the question is 'who will step out into the light?' I think it will be Corey's mother and Clinton in the end. P.S I'm pretty sure CJ is play on another author here, I was keen to noticed that CJ left Clinton behind while he went rock climbing amongst the 'cliffs' P.S.S. ...............I've been to 4 of them, yes there is one in Goldfield, Nevada but it is not much to see. Bodie is the best preserved 'ghost' town around with maybe 60 or more buildings and the mine. South of Nevada into the way to California about 15-20 miles out is a spot where gold was mined on both sides of the freeway, one in the hills on the east and one on the west side. The west side is not preserved at all, mostly pits where miners dug straight down into the earth and a few remains of buildings. The eastern side has buildings (a few) and even a outhouse still standing along with a mine dug into a hill.

...............Well glad to see you back with another chapter!!!! I had to re-read the last chapter to get back in sync with this new one, that is unusual for me as I can usually recall where I was in place of the last chapter. Did I hear David say "y'all" Haha! seems like this Cali boy is learning the lingo quick, and a quick note on the last chapter concerning Elder, after Billy's explanation of the horse's failed attempts to breed I thought maybe Elder was a gay horse. But now I thinking that he knew of Mr. Templeton's intention, and the fact that he didn't like him he was just being stubborn and refused to let him have any off-spring. Elder is a psychic and very intelligent, that is why he allows David around him, he knows David is special and close to Billy. That leads me back to Mr. Tempelton, I think he is as portrayed an evil little angry man that is over-domineering in his house and that his wife is biding her time arranging the estate and other matters that don't include her husband. After all, she doesn't seem to be overly concerned about her husbands whereabouts, is she playing the non-concerned wife? Nope I think his antics is playing into her hands and she is holding a royal flush. Okay this chapter, I thought the club scene was great, cute and kinda unbelievable to find in a small town, not to say that it is not possible, after all everyone in the place would have their own hides to protect so fear of being outed is minimal. Mr. Templeton has no clue on the boys sexual orientation, but Mrs.Templeton does and has probably known since before the days of Billy's playing the violin. We don't hear of Mr. Templeton bring in any crops, or working the field if he had wouldn't the boys be involved in the harvest? Yet, he does seem to have some money for repairs of the farm, perhaps it is because of the summer and it was all done before David's arrival. Well enough ranting and speculation, glad to see another chapter!!

................I agree, who the hell takes someone with a broken arm, who has never ice skated before to an ice skating ring?? Greg gives himself away by not admitting to being either gay or bisexual, he will become a friend to Corey, but not his lover. Clinton is such a fence sitter and scared to be outed, but I think he will be the one that gets with Corey in the end. The real elephant in the room is Corey's dad though, I'd rather he found out after Corey has left for College. The real question at this point is who is standing in the shadows? Surprised at seeing another chapter, great work Krista!!

............... I remember when our phone was a party line, meaning you could pick up the phone and hear someone else using it. You'd hang up and wait for them to finish before you could make a call. Also our phone number (all of them in town) started with Dudley then are few digit numbers, I'm not real sure, but I think you called 0 for the operator for an emergency. G-D, talk about showing your age!!

.........Well that was long overdue, nice chapter. I'm glad to say I didn't have to go back and re-read chapters. I remembered right where you left off, that first scene was revealing with Joel and his mother, I wonder how long the peace will last? I can see a scenario with Tanner and Derrick in bed together and Joel coming back thru the window and making the discovery! great to see another chapter Comsie, keep them coming!

......................Humm, interesting question, I was raised in an era that only board shorts were in. Speedos was a European thing, and we didn't have a swim team at my school. We did have gymnastics and I was one, but I wouldn't of have the guts to wear a speedo back then!

CJ does seem to be able to spoil things, doesn't he, and he doesn't even have to be there, just mentioning his name puts a gloom out there. The remark about Corey's mother and the CJ's dad getting what he was after (expanding his club) makes me wonder if they weren't set up! I think CJ's bluster is going to go down real fast after puppygate is exposed, but I also think he will be exposed for something else. Well great chapter, looking forward to more and to read other reviews!

....... Hey Q-man, here I give an honest assessment of the last chapter, before reading the next one and what do you do? You screw with my theory But I still don't trust Hanna, she seems more interested into getting into Dean's pants and may have realized that she crossed a line with him. Dean giving her a mulligan while still thinking with 'little Dean' for his brain power, he hasn't forgotten his chat with Darryl and that is good. I guess what 'evil' plans you have for the young sex-starved couple!!

.............. Hey Q-man! Well first Krista's story then yours, I guess those months leading to the New Year were a bit of a blur to me. But I never thought I missed reading your saga. I'm with Darryl on this one, this girl is not going to change. Dean is the one that needs to change, noticed how he kind of blamed Blake and date for ruining his date! He was embarrassed by meeting them in public with his date, and didn't recover enough to admonish his girls' mouth. It was only afterwards when he got home that he felt a bit guilty over everything. Great chapter, glad I found it!

.........Got to admit, I didn't watch it when it first came out, I thought why watch a blood and gore flick. But my daughter turned me on to seasons 1 & 2 and I wa hooked, the drama was more then then the mayhem in it. looking forward to the new season.

You had me going there for awhile, I suspected the arrival of others but I was afraid the spin the bottle game was going to out those two. Nice unexpected chapter, New Years resolution Krista??

.................Corey is understandably concerned when it comes to Clinton, for too many years he put up with CJ and Clinton. Now that they are starting to get to together Clinton is complicating things by moving too fast on him. Then of course as an evil author you have to bring Greg back into the picture making the situation even more awkward and complicated. Great chapter Krista.

............ Damn girl you are on a roll here! The bike was a surprise, yet in the back of my mind I thought it would come into play again. Well I see you have another chapter up, so I'll leave this review for now. LOL! Great chapter the puzzle deepens though!

............Humm, how did I miss this update? Well, I really know how, I wasn't around much for the last few months. Great chapter Krista, still leaving bread crumbs of clues to this story I see. Corey's dad is still a piece of shit and his mom is an angel with Corey in the middle of this strange marriage. There is going to be fireworks in the near future, a final confrontation between Corey and his dad, and one with CJ . Finally a resolution with him and Clinton, remember Krista a spider can only weave so many webs!!

.......................Hey Brat! Good to see you have written another chapter (finally, LOL). What is nice is that I was able to pick up on the story without going back and re-reading the prior chapter, not many stories I can say that about. I picked up on a hint in this chapter about things to come I didn't realize it then, but the idea of tragedy bringing people together would become very important in the not too distant future. I also noticed a small mistake, you have the judge telling the coach the funeral in on Sunday, but Andy telling the guys they need to be there for JT on the funeral on Monday!! Great chapter!!
