The next phone call will be to Gonzales or Fowler to have the Customs people allow them to get the hell out of there. If Bridget even suspects she knows where they are, with her contacts, they'd be sitting ducks.

............... I'm 98% of the time a beer drinker, will have wine around the holidays but very little, I like Cab's and Merlot. Once in a while I will drink B&B in a snifter glass, and on special occasions drink scotch straight or on the rocks.. Other then that I like beer!

He’d checked: his claim was reasonable, based on the forecast.

Grundig was involved in 'helping' Trevor find the tracker, but in previous chapters he was given Trevor's satellite phone number; Fowler’s eyes opened a little wider. “Good thinking. Okay, follow that up. Write up a request to them and then kick it upstairs to the commander; he can get action pretty quick. They’ll need the phone number,” Fowler said, reaching for a pad and pencil to write Trevor’s number down. It was preceded by this ” Grundig’s eyes glazed over for a moment, and then he added, “Speaking of calls… remember the wild goose chase Bridget led the police on by stashing that satellite phone in a truck? The satellite phone company was able to track it to a general area, and we know the Melbourne mob, plus Bridget herself, are very well connected. What if they had someone, somewhere, maybe in law enforcement or pretending to be, make a request to the satellite company? They could be tracking Trevor’s satellite phone while it’s in standby.” Then in this chapter we have; “I have dozens of people checking into everything that we can think of. Tracking his satellite phone is, unfortunately, proving to be beyond our current capabilities; bribes have been offered, but the companies guard that sort of capability very well. I will keep trying.” Bridget met Xavier’s eyes, and to his surprise, began to smile. Of course Bridget couldn't resist the urge to 'reach out and touch someone' via a phone call, hope Trevor doesn't choke on his meal!! I wonder if he will hang up on her telling her is in the middle of dinner, that ought to frost her!! But I guess I really want to know what she was going to say to him? Or was it ploy to try and triangulate his position? Great chapter goat! Now no more 2-week breaks for you!!

Hmm, believe it or not, I went to 4 in one night about 7 years ago with my neighbor Eric (he is kinda of like another adopted kid to me, and no we have no attractions, as I'm much older) It was liberating to see people being themselves, there was no crass involvement anywhere. It was just good plain fun, I did not participate, just watched and laughed at the antics going on. I left the club feeling great to see people just being people!

................. Funny how some minds think alike, I too thought that the wiley goat had to much Tequila last night, and that is why there is no posting yesterday. However, in fairness I would have to say the the no-show chapter constitutes a Cliffhanger.

Great story, I loved that you educated me in horsemanship, I was an owner of a couple of mustangs, but they were not mine, they were my daughters and wife and sadly, they did not care for them. I fed them and watered them every morning and evening, my wife and daughter seemed to ignore them except to feed them treats. My wife that claimed to be a horse person, I'd never once seen her ride her horse, nor never did she teach my daughter to do so. I was just feeding pets, my wife and daughter never rode them at ll. I was a novice in all all this, I got up at 4:30 every morning and fed the horses, but didn't hang around. I didn't know that the stallion was taking away the feed from the mare. (they were in the same stall arena) Look I don't know anything about horses and your story was very informative and greatly appreciated in your knowledge of this. I was fascinated by it.

.........I'm going to make a wild guess and say that the fire department torches it! Like the villagers did to CJ in a book or two back!

............. I did notice the lack of hearing from Grundig in the last chapter, I also thought it was strange that Trevor went to the the tech for questions of the tracker instead of Grundig. As I predicted Julie was a traitor, Steve may well be on track with Grundig. As a side note, I'd love to see this as a book in print and in the stores, but could not imagine it making it into a screenplay, it is too long and anything less then 3 hours of film would not do it justice. My nephew is in the film industry, as a budding director, he was the first family member that I came out to this year, he didn't even blink. So I'll e-mail him and ask him to read this looooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggg saga! LOL! To get his thoughts! .

.................... Looks like Trevor betrayed Julie in return. Bridget already thinking that Trevor is not going through the canal and instead going around Cape Horn, as she departs for South America. That is the most treacherous seaway in the world, and in winter Trevor must be insane. Of course Bridget is insane enough to follow him It would be fitting if she had the Sea Witch brought through the canal to follow him, after all ...."if you want something done" mentality. Of course it is personal, with four attempts and zero results, Bridget is going to after Trevor herself, she has five months to plan. I wonder if word gets out about the tape to the cartel, after all Gonzale's did mention that one of the names of the members to Frank and they did relay that info to the authorities. Which Gonzale's does not trust and now is hatching up a plan with Frank, Here is what I think; (sorry, the spoiler button still won't work for me) Bridget made some mistakes, going after Trevor to get herself off the hook for her husbands murder. Telling Sanchez that she destroyed the tape, Xavier might know that. Viewing the parcel sent tape alone by herself and destroying it. Torturing Julie to death, Xavier was there to her Julies forced confession that she never viewed the tape, Bridget only knows that Trevor has the tape, but not if Trevor has viewed it, sources close to the investigation leak that a cartel's members name has surfaced have made it to the cartels ears. Now most of the cartels members already don't like Bridget being in their inner circle. With Xavier's statement and the and Bridget's actions, they might conclude that Bridget is the one that let slip names of the member's and is only after Trevor for revenge of her failing to have him killed. After all, five months is a long time for information that a cartel members name has surfaced from reaching the ears of the cartel, since they have many resources available to them. Bridget is forced to flee and becomes even angrier with Trevor with her new found hardship! LOL! This is fun, or maybe Gonzales and Frank brainstorm to try and get Bridget out into the open, and claim the info was from Bridget and let be slipped into the authorities. Which in turn reaches the cartels ear. Great chapter!
