........... Great story, it did have it's subtle hints of it being Kevin for awhile, that became clear after his confession!! So I wasn't totally surprised.

My take of it is that it wasn't a hate crime, more like lets make fun of my gay roommate, because I'm a practical joker and a jerk, and I don't see the consequences for my actions because it all fun and games to me. Why Clemente did what he did in such short of a timeline will be ever left up to speculation, could he have felt the student body smirking at him, could he have felt an ostracized by his fellow students after the first encounter that led him to believe 'it would not get better'? This shy young (gifted) kid JUST came out and definitely needed to join or talk to the local GLBT club for guidance. The real tragedy is that he did not seek it out, other then a room transfer that he requested, he did not seek guidance. It is unfortunate that this young man that struggled all his life to conform, barely made his feelings known before collage had it crash down on him before he could have made an impact on us all! I am disgusted with Ravi for sure, was intent hate? I don't really think so, I do believe he did most of the other crimes, invasion, witness tampering, etc. And he needs to pay for that.

I have to got to agree, why Ravi didn't take the plea agreement is beyond me, either his defense team was incredibly dense or thought they could get him off by a 90% chance and he took that advice. Even though I I left at 4am it was still warm and just after passing Victorville and entering the lower basin of Barstow I too heard the thunk sound of a belt falling off my trusty Datsun pickup.It was probably 98-100 at that time in the morning. Perfect nickname for Chad, and although told mostly first person by Chad, I would have liked to have heard about Jason's situtaion from Utah. Jess more then deserved what got handed to him, I shudder to think what would have happened had he not given his GF the heads up. Great story CJ!

It should prove interesting I wonder what papers Billy's mom has been secretive about, could it be she owns more then the old man knows about? ...............Sanchez may have a reach, but Bridget does not.....I'm thinking the navy base will settle many of Trevor's problems as they will be discovered and exposed. Sanchez will have a rude party, an Bridget will try to escape again as Mr. B. will fail miserably, the Aussies are tracking his plane and that sounds disastrous for him, I see him as a non-player now. But the consequences are going to be big. The only piece of this final puzzle might be Julie, Ben was thrown out early but Julie was just set aside, if she is loyal to Bridget would she chance it? Or would she ignore Bridget's escape plea? As I see Bridget is very persuasive in her eloquently waxed argument to convince Julie that she is also in danger, and Trevor needs to be taken out, that only works if the Aries secrets are not found yet>

'Wild speculations' ......... What part of the testimony did you miss? Did not Revi organize his web cam towards Clementi's bed area? Did he not go to another room of a classmate and monitor it and invite people to see it, not once but twice? As I listen to the testimony I can conclude on my own that Ravi was a guilty prankster, but crossed the line in sending out the feed for others to see. INVASION OF PRIVACY, and he is clearly guilty of it, and he should pay for that CRIME.

I disagree, Ravi violated the personal space of Clementi by broadcasting it, from which he planned and timed the episodes, that is clearly intent of invasion of privacy of an individual. He needs more then a spanking of so called community service, he needs some time spent behind bars fo his actions.

.... A search of the boat by our heroes will reveal more the the planted GPS tracking device as the hidden contents of Arnold will come forth here. Safe for the moment the crew will discover the mystery aboard the vessel.somehow, maybe when they land back at the naval base. But is that going to happen and soon, can I see Bridget and Sanchez trying to escape the cartel and Bridget killing Sanchez? Yep, I can see that with her going westward towards Trevor, but fuel is a problem, I wonder how the goat is going to solve that.
