If I were allowed I may choose “wardrobe” as my favorite supporting character. I should have mentioned that ages ago. I read the outfits until I can picture them. Really easy to finger yell with that “p”. Kalian would be a fine favorite choice as our protagonist but G-zus he whines a lot. Most of my thoughts echo what’s been said here already so I’ll be brief: kudos Aditus. Brilliant action packed chapter! The oily blood has to be Caspian.

Why exactly do we suddenly believe every word from Suman? What happened to the ‘machines’ Tyren was working to create? Were they not army / defense related? And what Magik does Sumerian have up his sleeve? His kin certainly have it. He does not?

Who’s messing with Meep? Unacceptable. And thinking back on a long-ago detail: Why did his mother never speak his real name? Meep is a lot easier to finger spell so there’s that. Hmm.

Kalian is a perpetual Chicken Little. So many small wounds self-inflicted. Interesting how a good wrecking sets him right. For a moment. I’m certain that he won’t leave it be with Loren. And Loren?
