  1. I've had the same thoughts as drpaladin....why couldn't Diane babysit, drive Mason, 'loan' Mason money, etc. Yes, I know her husband passed away 2 years ago, but she had enough to host a dinner for 5 adults and 2 children. One would think that at least Ben could have mentioned something to her before Julian came along.

    Geron Kees

I was very sad to hear this (first on IOMFATS). I really enjoyed Geron's writing. And will miss the Odd, Onward Door stories the most It was good to read the comment above that he had started a new one...hopefully some talented writer can pick it up. Over on Comicality's site, there are many stories he didn't finish that some are now being continued.

    Pillars

No...no! There can't be only one more chapter One to confront Zane about the trust and what it actually means. And a final one for Zane's complete meltdown and Taggert and Ash to live happily ever after.
  4. Great chapter! My question is why Owen didn't say (maybe Beth will later) - "did you ever once ask me what I wanted"

    Chapter Twenty

I'm a little surprised that Owen and Beth don't/didn't have an actual 'sit down' talk. I'm sure he could confide somewhat in her and get some good advice from someone who actually 'sees' him. Well there's still Friday!
  6. My guess it that Taggert has some scars on his back...the reason for facing front - and then grabbing a shirt immediately upon leaving the shower room. Hope we can find out more. He has come up with good and succinct suggestions too - and got recognized for them.

    Chapter 1

I thought there was something familiar about a fight, bitch sister, Noah, a tree house and keeping away from a step father... I must have read it the first time around! (I hope the lost folks on the island make up soon too

    Chapter 8

I'm slightly surprised that Cianán didn't tell Declan a bit more about what he knew about the vial. And Declan knows there is something very unusual about Cianán.

    Chapter 41

Hi - I kind of think part of a sequel, should have both Jack and Nick (and maybe mom) travel to Seattle to see Bev. She does deserve to see him more, esp if he's somewhat back to 'normal'. I don't remember if her age was mentionned, but if Jack is 15, his parents - late thirties...then she might be in her late 50s or early 60's; And with her drinking, might have her own health issues. Overall a great story! how many more chapters to this one?

    Chapter 26

Nifty should be up to date now! 😉 Guess they needed a little prompt!

    Chapter 14

Glad to see you haven't abandoned the story! I did have to go back and reread the last chapter. Garrett's skills have come in pretty handy! Thanks for posting - John

    Chapter 15

Oh man...I am so in love with this story! (as with the Onward Door ones I'm sure the crew of the Chregar will be alright. Maybe stasis as someone suggested. It's just a real shame that it looks like there's only 2 chapters left! (from another site) Held my interest all the way and with updates every day! Good thing I'm retired now...lol
  13. This is so so sad.... I had only emailed Comicality a couple of times about stories, but followed his IMAGINE Magazine every month. The 'boys' and Jeff Fort are going to try to keep the zine going - but who could ever even attempt to finish his stories! https://imagine-magazine.org/ First, Mike Wengert, the AwesomeDude. https://www.awesomedude.org/ Fortunately, Rutabaga, Alien Son and Cole Parker have updated/kept it going. Next was Pee Jay at Tickie Stories - http://tickiestories.us/Main.htm - no backup or replacement there. Don't know exactly what happened here. I think Timmy at IMOFATS, has said that he does have a plan, if anything were to happen. Lets hope that 2024 gets better....John
