I'm a little surprised that Owen and Beth don't/didn't have an actual 'sit down' talk. I'm sure he could confide somewhat in her and get some good advice from someone who actually 'sees' him. Well there's still Friday!

My guess it that Taggert has some scars on his back...the reason for facing front - and then grabbing a shirt immediately upon leaving the shower room. Hope we can find out more. He has come up with good and succinct suggestions too - and got recognized for them.

Hi - I kind of think part of a sequel, should have both Jack and Nick (and maybe mom) travel to Seattle to see Bev. She does deserve to see him more, esp if he's somewhat back to 'normal'. I don't remember if her age was mentionned, but if Jack is 15, his parents - late thirties...then she might be in her late 50s or early 60's; And with her drinking, might have her own health issues. Overall a great story! how many more chapters to this one?

Oh man...I am so in love with this story! (as with the Onward Door ones I'm sure the crew of the Chregar will be alright. Maybe stasis as someone suggested. It's just a real shame that it looks like there's only 2 chapters left! (from another site) Held my interest all the way and with updates every day! Good thing I'm retired now...lol

This is so so sad.... I had only emailed Comicality a couple of times about stories, but followed his IMAGINE Magazine every month. The 'boys' and Jeff Fort are going to try to keep the zine going - but who could ever even attempt to finish his stories! https://imagine-magazine.org/ First, Mike Wengert, the AwesomeDude. https://www.awesomedude.org/ Fortunately, Rutabaga, Alien Son and Cole Parker have updated/kept it going. Next was Pee Jay at Tickie Stories - http://tickiestories.us/Main.htm - no backup or replacement there. Don't know exactly what happened here. I think Timmy at IMOFATS, has said that he does have a plan, if anything were to happen. Lets hope that 2024 gets better....John

Hi - I really liked this story a lot....the mystery, the supernatural bent (even before the ending), the creepy professor, etc. It almost seemed a bit like the ending was rushed. Maybe we could have had another chapter. The professor should have had some sort of cumuppence. Winston 'might' have been saved from injury by the other beings. What happens next with all this knowledge? I would rather see a follow on with the boys as teens rather than men. Thanks for writing a great compelling story - John

I am going to miss reading about Jamie and his friends! It posted here in NY between 4 and 5 almost every day! It almost seemed like it was a few minutes later each day....building up my anticipation. I do have to go back and reread some of the more technical moments Jamie had...lol Wonderful ending to an awesome story! Maybe an 'epilogue' when you can read through all the suggestions Thank you once again Geron for keeping us all enthralled with your story telling!!

Hi again you know what was missing in this chapter (and I apologize if someone already mentioned it), They translocated into Kundun's area and over the time spent there and in the castle, Geert never asked to see his Master Mage Crill(?) or inquire how he was doing. just an oversight?

Hi - so I follow many of your stories Geron and am loving this one as well. AND I see some very fine parallels with the Odd Onward Door, which I'm waiting for a new chapter there too Especially in the last story published, the subway system is very much like the 'train' system between the peaks in the Darkness Between the Doors; and the Ancients here are the Armenti in that story! Great job! Thanks for writing such long novels! - John

Great story! I really enjoyed it. Putting the Theater group in it, just added to it. I expected Dickie and company to try something then. The only thing that would have made it slightly better is to find out that Dickie and his thugs get their comeuppance! Nice job as usual! - John
