Connor has M back and to pacify Hannah told her he loves her, as a first. But M is stilll a blank slate. Sadly, the man or men in black keep appearing and are very scary. Connor repeatedly runs into them. One tried to reach M but needed to be let in with permission and M would not permit him to enter the trailer. Connor is very frustrated. He is going to question the next man in black he sees and not run away from him. Plus, he is likely going to get M high with his weed and see if he can loosen his lips. He is close to be blown out of his mind , I think. M confuses him. He said he had not eaten before Connor taught him and only been fed by a tube.

Oscar's mother was totally insensitive to Oscar's problems and conditions.She did not tell her children why Oscar was away and they thought he did not love them anymore. They were very worried. She said it was Oscar's role to tell them why he left. He did not want to relive his painful time. His mother did not even prepare the groundwork with her two children. She seems to not care about Oscar's delicate mental health. Unfortunately, he began to have a panic attack. I assume his grandparents will take him back to their home. His siblings will be even more traumatized. Oscar will likely not want to see his mother and his siblings for a long time. He does not need to have another panic attack. It is up to his mother, an adult not a child, to repair the damage she made.He will need to rely on his grandparents and his friends for support,

What a fight! They almost all escaped but Golvinte who was shot and killed. They are fleeing away on ships. The destroyer is severely disabled with her cavitation engine off line and her controls blasted. Many enemy men are killed . The admiral and captain are nowhere to be found. They should be mad and disgraced.

Wow--Deathwalkers are flooding in and will be in a killing mood. Adga is leading her forces to find what is stopping the gate counterwight from acting and is now preventing the gate from lowering. They need to act quickly and finding a way to let the counterwight to act as intended. They have a massive deathwallker fight begining. Adga has to make the counerwight act and pull her forces behind the gate as it lowers and block the deathwalkers from reaching them. They still need to make sense of what Rovner wants them to do. The eggs may hold a clue and eventual action plan. What a great cliffhanger!

Nathan is living in hell--tortured by sick men. They play with him and want to keep him alive as a thing to hurt for their enjoyment.No end is in sight to his pain. Will death come soon enough?

Hannah was so jealous, She forced Connor to let her M away. She kept them separated. Now, M had a seizure. Connor intuitively knew he had to be with M to save him. I hope he is right. Will Connor take M back to his trailer? Will the strange man who contacted Connor try to take M away from him"

So far, so good. No real sore points and the 4 are getting along. Ler us hope the time at church and later lunch are not upsetting or controversial.

Quigley and Phentron found Fonith being tortured,. She was freed and all around her were killed, Fonith was especialy nasty and effective with cutting instruments. But now they have to find their friends and fight through other sailors and officers on the destroyer. It should be a difficult slog, I hope they are succcessful. The enemy must know attackers are on board and will be ready for them.

Well, Hannah wants to be his gf. He thjinks of her as more like a friend with benefits. He seesm to be going through the motions and passively lets her explore positions from the Kama Sutra. It can become a volitile people mix. Will Hannah be pleased or sad if M becomes close to Connor?. She is jealous now,I wonder how both Connor and M are going to change. Is Connor going to act on his gay desires? M is too innocent to know the problems he is causing. Will M stay after he mates and has compeleted his mission?

They have just 4 hours to find a way to get through the barrier and be able to stop the gate from opening, After all this , they have no way in sight to stop gates of hell from opening and releashing havoc on the world. How will the get inside the barrier? Do they have the skills and firepower that can stop the gate from being opened? We will find out their improvised plan soon. Time for them to be heroes....

Wow--the admiral and his clone have plans for Fonith. She will undergo converstion type therapy, lose her separate identity and work this time for an organization as its bounty hunter. Loved it the first time I read it. Connor has human like puppy to train and tend and for now act platonically with him. Connor is very attracked to a strange being who he thinks has amnesia.

Oscar has found more friends and is enjoying being busy with them.The kayaklng had to be very enjoyable. He no longer had a panic attack when describing his trauma. Good !

With the help of a friend who had a unique ship, Quigley and Phentron are now armed ready to enter the huge ship take away their friends and family. They have a big task and are going to face fierce fighters.

They have collected the second item and are on the way to get the third one. The last one will be hard and dangerous to collect. They need to kill 7 or more monsters to get enough of their blood. They asked for help finding the monsters.

Success. They acquired the first item after some difficulty in extreme heat Their helper was genuinely helpful and honest.

Jamie lived through the media minefield with disgust and unease and the support from his police buddies. His immediate superior hates him but was forced to return him to his duty protecting the minister. Jamie and Mike had a great time together and enjoyed lots of fulfilling sex. I loved seeing Jamie speak honestly and forcefully to his minister about his ability to read his mind. He told him to not do it. The minister was apologetic , but was he spealing truthfully ? Will he red Jamie's mind in the future? Now Jamie is prepared with the right firearms help, he thinks, to handle evil forces expect soon under a full moon. It should be scary and very dangerous. Given his new higher profile, should he be on the lookout for photographers tracking him?

Yes--things are getting worse--Both ships have been swallowed by a much larger enemy vessel. Fonith and crew will be take prisoner most assuredly

Well, thinking of the absurb--Is this upsetting and thought provoking situation designed by the author as a way of ending George's naval career? Lord St Vincent's assumptions acceting the charges will forever taint Calvert and Granger. Or is this cliffhanger a set up for a deus ex machina solution ? "Deus ex machina is a plot device whereby a seemingly unsolvable problem in a story is suddenly or abruptly resolved by an unexpected and unlikely occurrence."

I hope you have not given up on this story......

This dream, if is one, is very vivid and painful. Nathan really suffered and is being prepared for his death in a cell. He thinks Brohm is dead and Lord Helmsley has been killed by the demon. Nathan has some serious guilt and is revealing his fears so strongly. Will we find out the truth in the next chapter? Even if this is a dream, the realistic fear and pain he senses could do him in.

Morris -Walker handeled the mess superbly at the press conference. He told a story by ommission and carried out Jamie's insight. “I begin to see that truth is only a level of omission, Minister.” “Jamie, that is one of the cleverest things I have ever heard you say. I am proud of you!” Jamie's other key insight is that his minster can read his mind when he touches him. They will have to talk about this later. Meanwhike MIke is not pleased with him and there is to be an offical inquiry organized by a superior who does not like him. Does he have a hidden safety valve in Chief Inspector Mwangi?
