What a scary escape and the end seem near just as they moved through tunnel that way the way out. They felt they were almost caught by the guards but the person behind Nathan was stopped. Now they have to find the gear and necklace hidden by Brohm and move onto Morgana. Luckily, Brohm had been stationed at the military base and knew the passageways and an escape hole in the walll plus had a friendly inn keeper who let them sleep safely. Will they be pursued?

Connor remembers most of what has tormented him and he spends time over the toilet throwing up. Times passes and Connor finally goes to work. When he comes home he takes a shower and intends to show M there to much more to sex/romance than kissing. His sex dive has become unusually high and he is motivated to sexually play with M. I wonder if both will be pleasantly surprised?

This is a scary situation. I hope he underestimates Lev and is handled well by him

Simon and Yidian are trapped inside Lord Crusnik's brothel and are powerless to disobey him. Lord Crusnik controls them and Simon is being dominated and fucked over and over without concern. Simon craves cock and Lord Crusnik uses him. Simon is at the center of the brothel and the key plaything. Connor finds him and is disgusted. He, too, does not realize Lord Crusnik is controlling Simon and is so upset at the dominated and out of sorts person he is that after fucking him that he leaves. Who can save Simon? River's character is more fully revealed as he diagnoses himself. He is a giver and the one who takes care of his friends. He is there for them and tries to fill in the holes and help them deal better with themselves and others. He ends leaving work to find Alec and help his handle his newly tweaked medicine which is acting in new ways. He has been taking care of Alec since they were 17. River feels he does not give himself enough personal time . But he is considering something new: focusing on one guy and not playing around. He will not yet admit it to Kenji, but he sees him in a new way that makes him nervous. Let us see how their date goes.... Kenji does..."Make me nervous that is. Partly because of what we might get involved in and partly because I was dangerously close to the conclusion that if I gave this a chance, I might like the guy. A small corner of my brain whispered softly that I already liked him or I wouldn’t have kept up communication. I wouldn’t be meeting up with him. So yes. The answer was yes. Kenji made me nervous and it was a feeling completely alien to me."

Drugs---It seems the people are drugged and dazed when they take pills at the one meal of the day. Lyoth took the pills and is incapacitated. Starwren did not take the pills and heard Mama talk down and swear at everyone at the meal. She was acting drunk and sounding crazy, Starwren took Lyoth out of the meal and towards the trees. Lyoth was not coherent. Suddendly an older, frail lady touched Starwren and asked for help to escape. Is she for real or is she acting as part if a security effort to trip Starwren up? What is her story? This place is bizzare and not grounded in reality. I hope Starwren gets the granitewood and flees with Lyoth while the people are drugged. He will need to decide if the old lady is speaking the truth.

It looks likeOscar will no longer visit his mother and siblings due to his mother's bad opinions.attitude . She seems to not like Oscar and that is sad.His siblings are upset. Hmmm His grandparents have thought ahead and showed Oscar a new building complex made for him. It will be modular and is going to be built in phases and hidden in a hill with camouflague at the right area. I think they need to explain the project better to him. It is much large than needed for one person. He will need others to live and work in the complex. Why and to what end?

What a happy time showing they all are are so giving and decent and hands on pleasing and able to let go to be supportive and generous. Lev and Brandon are going to continue growing up surrounded by more love. Would you not like to be part of this group?

I really appreciate the word pictures you draw of the people/friends Dan and Vaughn meet. Our two main characters were able to get along with most of the ones they met, except for a bitchy activist who became more rigid and vocal. Some of the people you want to know and others not. Vaughn may find two of his friends who know about Dan's boss inviting them both to meet later. The art show of nude men in paintings and photos they attended was an eye opener for Dan. He saw a straight marred policeman he used to know in several graphic sexually alive paintings. Dan was told the artist was very convincing, Dan is having his world shaken. I would have also enjoyed the show--especially the photos.

His mother asking to meet Dan and Dan agreeing to meet her ups their relationship to a new level. I am happy to see them evolve.

Connor told M about his childhood trauma with his dad and at school and why he would not kiss him. Connor got a pit bull and M loved the dog. He was named Jack . Unfortuately, Connor found the man dessed in black. Connor ran into the swamp trying to lose the man. He did lose him and Conno realized he was likely going after M. Connor ran back to his trailer very worried about . I bet M is safe. Jack, the pit bll, would protect M. But then man in black had to have scared M. The boy must be so upset by now. Connor and M need to reconcile as Connor comforts M.

Freedom---Nathan is taken and put in a stocks for public display and then in a cage in a large square. He is so tired and hurting. Surprisingly, Brohm shows up one night and frees him after killing a guard. Now they are fleeing. Will they keep their freedom or be caught? Nathan has questions but holds off to focus on their escape.

Let is hope the trial run for a week turns out well. Both have so much to give each other.

The entire group less their murdered friend are set to meet in the future. Fonith said she was messed up from the torture, though. Starwen and Lyoth landed in a supposedly uninhabited area on Jitha to collect granitewood. Instead they meet people and a leader called Mama and greeted by“Welcome to the Entry of Ecstasy." Something strange is unfolding. Is this a drug fueled cult and that might try to capture them or is the group harmless?

Wow--the last chapter ! There are so many loose ends and promising developments. I hope you return to this story in due course, please. This story advances or has advanced in reasonable amounts and at a focused pace. Kandric's last chaper was an epic of world class length--maybe a record for nifty--in many segments that told multiple stories about several characters and required great concentration to comprehen and tie together. I do want to know about how the end points in Kandric develop--now that the green dragon secret is out, Afterdusk is in the world, the positive role the drow played is known, gamba is is losing forces, Kandric's brothers are very active and fighting forecefully, Kandric needs to fight Flexna, etc. I worry it will take a long time to create and publish the next chapter of Kandric. Maybe, I worry too much..... Good luck Kyle in carrying out your vision--You always write interesting tales.

Connor has M back and to pacify Hannah told her he loves her, as a first. But M is stilll a blank slate. Sadly, the man or men in black keep appearing and are very scary. Connor repeatedly runs into them. One tried to reach M but needed to be let in with permission and M would not permit him to enter the trailer. Connor is very frustrated. He is going to question the next man in black he sees and not run away from him. Plus, he is likely going to get M high with his weed and see if he can loosen his lips. He is close to be blown out of his mind , I think. M confuses him. He said he had not eaten before Connor taught him and only been fed by a tube.

Oscar's mother was totally insensitive to Oscar's problems and conditions.She did not tell her children why Oscar was away and they thought he did not love them anymore. They were very worried. She said it was Oscar's role to tell them why he left. He did not want to relive his painful time. His mother did not even prepare the groundwork with her two children. She seems to not care about Oscar's delicate mental health. Unfortunately, he began to have a panic attack. I assume his grandparents will take him back to their home. His siblings will be even more traumatized. Oscar will likely not want to see his mother and his siblings for a long time. He does not need to have another panic attack. It is up to his mother, an adult not a child, to repair the damage she made.He will need to rely on his grandparents and his friends for support,
